Representative of the 14th District, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Giving accountability the finger

The Grayzone

An anti-war activist was visited by California Highway Patrol officers after posting video of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s bumbling comments on Israel-Palestine. The action, which AOC denies triggering, was initiated by a call to US Capitol Police.

As he waited for a food delivery at his home in Los Angeles on April 8, Ryan Wentz, an anti-war activist and producer for the online viral program Soapbox, heard two men calling his name from over his front gate. When he approached, he realized they were not delivery drivers, but police officers flashing badges of the California Highway Patrol.

The cops informed Wentz that they had received a call from the Capitol Police, the federal law enforcement agency tasked with protecting the US Congress, about a tweet he had sent that allegedly threatened Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Wentz told The Grayzone, “The officers said, ‘We got a warning about a sitting member of Congress. And it was because of your tweet, which tagged them in it.’ And then they just wouldn’t back down from this accusation that I threatened to kill her.”

The California Highway Patrol indicated on Twitter that it had acted on a call from Capitol Police.

Though AOC’s office has denied falsely informing Capitol Police of an online threat by Wentz, the Democratic congresswoman has in the past asked her supporters to report critics to social media censors.

Whoever called the police on Wentz furnished law enforcement with a patently false allegation, as he has never threatened violence against any member of Congress.

In the tweet that triggered the police action, Wentz merely posted video of AOC delivering a vapid and embarrassingly convoluted answer to a question about resolving the crisis in Israel-Palestine. Describing her answer as “incredibly underwhelming,” he let the congresswoman’s cringeworthy commentary speak for itself.

Going by my recent difficulty with the Twitter, this incident confirms that the social media platform is no longer a “private company” and has become an arm of the government hell bent to induce and normalize censorship and will shut down any attempt to hold elected officials accountable for their bad policies and idiotic statements. And just like in my case, this person got clamped down for words belonging to another person.

AOC should be less concerned about what she perceives are threats to herself, her brand, her political party and evidently a powerful political lobby and more with the persistent problems and crises that’s affecting her district starting with the recent fire that left hundreds homeless in Jackson Heights. But apparently, the politically gutless AOC would rather have her own personal National Security Agency apparatus than have her manifesting her virtue signal tweets into getting better hourly salaries, secure housing and medicare for all to the people.

Fascist idiot.

On Rikers Island, a convict who previously served time for killing two men and was awaiting trial for a  shooting murder a few months earlier was set free from a clerical error following a court hearing where he cursed out a judge and he was released after the time on the contempt charge got served. The fugitive did not have bail set for him because of the severity of his crime. Corrections sat on this horrifying information for 12 hours before they notified de Blasio’s NYPD. A deputy warden and four C.O.s got suspended for the drastic miscue.

A week later, another murder suspect was set free from Rikers because of another clerical error that stemmed from reducing the bail for a felony gun possession charge to $1.00 and classifying his felony murder charge as ROR, Allowing him to get Released from the prison On his own Recognizance. Fortunately for the city and society, the felon turned himself.

The other suspected killer fugitive is still running free despite de Blasio’s confidence about his recapture.

Also on Rikers Island, a prisoner serving time for avoiding to pay over $85,000 in child support got mistakenly released on a clerical error. And again on Rikers Island, a prisoner serving time for avoiding to pay over $85,000 in child support got mistakenly released on a clerical error. The convict is also COVID-19 positive and took the metrocard and took NYC Transit and the LIRR home to his sister’s house in Suffolk. Even though he’s supposed to remain in quarantine under captivity for another week.

Has de Blasio, Speaker Cojo and the NY Council fauxgressive cronies ever given the thought that the reason Rikers is making C.O.’s work triple shifts is because solitary confinement has been cancelled and the only way to tamp down violence and keep order is to keep C.O.’s on duty for every minute and second that way they can justify these new supposed progressive policies? Even though it’s clearly not working? Even Jeff Bezos lets his Amazon FFC employees go home.

And while this FUBAR management is going on at Rikers, where is the NYC Jails Commissioner? Whose conspicuous absence after de Blasio put her on medical leave following the release of a fugitive killer that’s still on the loose has made her virtually unobtainable for comment?

Manhattan

In Hell’s Kitchen, a man looked directly at a 65-year-old woman walking on the sidewalk and kicked her in the chest and then stomped on her head three more times as she lied on the pavement in front of luxury apartment building, as the doorman closed the door as she writhed in pain on the ground while the man yelled at her that she didn’t belong here because of her race, which he presumed was Chinese, but she was really a Philipino woman. When the coast was clear, two building employees went outside and aided the woman although the NYPD said that no 911 calls were made after the attack despite the luxury building owners claims. The lunatic then threatened another man with a knife who tried to stop him from getting away according to a witness.

The man got arrested at a hotel homeless shelter in 3 blocks south from where he pummeled the woman in broad daylight. The city placed him at that hotel after he served a 17-year-sentence for murdering his mother by stabbing her in the chest three times with a kitchen knife at her home in the Bronx. He was released on parole in late 2019 after being rejected two times the prior two years.

This barbaric attack was enough to garner enough local and national media  for Mayor de Blasio to give a token condemnation for violence towards Asian people, which exceedingly rose in the city he runs after he announced an undercover cop task force to catch bias violence against Asians in the act and demanded his constituents to report people even on the presumption they said slurs resembling bigotry against Asians. Which shows that everything the Blaz touches to try to stem crises of any kind, he exacerbates them

The psycho is now incarcerated and denied bail.

Also in Hell’s Kitchen, during a Black Lives Matter protest, a man got his face lacerated when a demonstrator smashed the plexiglass window of a restaurant shanty while he was eating.

And again in Hell’s Kitchen, a man ran down the sidewalk and clotheslined a 73-year-old to the pavement in broad daylight.

In Harlem, a man brutally beat his 10-year-old stepson to death inside their apartment at the St. Nicholas’ Houses. On the day before the murder, cops were sent to the building to respond to a 911 call describing a man yelling threats and banging on a wall When they arrived to the source of the disturbance, they waited in a hallway and left after 12 minutes after allegedly not hearing anything and getting a voicemail trying to contact the person who notified them. The next time the NYPD sent cops to return to the building to investigate another domestic violence call, the boy was lying dead in a bathtub hours after his stepfather threatened to beat him worse than he did the day before.

During the boy’s life, the NYC ACS were regular visitors to this household, as early as when he was a baby when his mother was charged for neglect. His stepfather had prior  domestic violence arrests for beating up his mother and also assaulted another woman in front of her 3 kids. The autopsy of his final beating of his stepson found internal injuries to his organs and broken ribs.

The cops managed to arrest the passenger but not the driver and found the murder weapon on the ground.

And again in East Harlem, an app-food delivery man got shot to death in a playground after he tried to stop his killer from stealing his e-bike while he was about to eat lunch. Robberies of ebikes have seen a massive surge during the year long pandemic, mostly off of gig working undocumented immigrants who make about 60 bucks a day and are usually too scared to go to the cops to report them stolen, making them easy prey for lowlife thieves. For some reason, the delivery guys have to purchase their own bikes even though they work for tech companies that make billions of dollars and don’t pay as much taxes as regular businesses in the city.

In Midtown, a man driving a commercial van blacked out and rear-ended another car and caused it to crash into a restaurant shanty, the van driver then collided into a fruit stand set up under a building scaffold. Kayla Estevez and her boyfriend, Ernest Wright, are pictured in an undated photo. Estevez is shown with a black eye in this photo, which her family claims was the result of domestic violence.

Her boyfriend claimed she crushed her larynx by herself. The woman suffered from bipolar disorder and her brother’s repeated calls for help to city government agencies to get help for her were for naught. So where the fuck was Thrive, @NYCFirstLady?

And again in Downtown Manhattan, a homeless man suddenly charged a couple walking with their 1-year-old son in his stroller by Battery Park and slashed both of them and then slashed the toddler on his lip. The assailant previously served time for attempted murder. During the remote court hearing, the goon didn’t seem to give a shit about being convicted again.

And again in Downtown Manhattan, a man committed suicide by jumping from the Staten Island Ferry into the East River.

Open Letter To A Twitter Algorhitm

Dear Twitter Algorhitm,

Why did you do it?

Why did you suspend my account? How can you determine that what I wrote was directed as a threat to a newspaper? How is it possible that you cannot distinguish between a sardonic joke and an actual threat?

Most of all, how can you determine that I made a direct threat at a corporate news website when they were the ones that printed the actual threat and repress my only social media account when they were the ones who actually tweeted the inflammatory threat in whole first. Clearly to get clicks and RT’s. Why do I get censored for quoting their tweet, making a rhetorical situation out of it with the victim’s responding to the maniac who made the actual threat?

And I don’t get why the email informing me of my irrational and unjustified suspension makes it look like I directly threatened the Daily News when my tweet didn’t even @ them.

Even though I’m not surprised by this unreasonable ban on my rights to publish opinions on your platform, you did do it to the NY Post, which your boss and owner cited as a grievous mistake even though he still claims he didn’t know how it happened in two congressional testimonies. The same obviously happened here but what I find interesting is that the tweet you cited as proof in my email is utterly different than the actual tweet I made. Mr or Mrs. Algorithm, don’t you also have a zero tolerance policy regarding tweets that are not based in fact? Because this shows you are clearly in error.

Twitter Algorithm, I assure you I do not misuse my account with your platform to troll or to intimidate people or organizations or even for various genres of disgusting fetish porn, but to inform myself, my followers and passerby viewers in topics and news regarding politics, government affairs and events, various genres and forms of culture, mostly music and entertainment and also of updates to my blog post on Impunity City.

This arbitrary censorship of my account as well as the accusation of being a violent account is what’s really offensive and threatening and I demand it be restored.

Sincerely,

JQ LLC

P.S. Notice I didn’t even bring up the fact that this happened shortly after I published and tweeted my post on Andrew Yang. who has a quite a vociferously dedicated massive cult on your platform running protection for him. I would be remiss if you did the same for Yang like you did banning reports on Joe Biden’s never-do-well son so he would win the primary…

Update:

Here’s the first comment regarding my still suspended twitter account. But unlike twitter, I believe all voices and words should be published. Especially when a threat is legitimate and condones oppression of voices and words buttressed by baseless accusations.

Spring has thankfully arrived in the city of New York. And along with the blooming leaves and flowers along with an influx of (weaker) vaccines about to come to town while public spaces and streets are still barren public during this stubborn pandemic, the Democrat primary race for mayor to rid this town of de Blasio will truly commence until it’s final destination on the second day of summer. But one candidate has already taken over your city’s poltical zeitgeist, and according to corporate local news, that candidate is Andrew Yang.

It wasn’t that hard for Yang to conquer all the attention, he already ran for president of the United States and his unlimited basic income proposal from that campaign actually influenced national policy with the last three congressional budgets with checks of $1,200, $600 and most recently $1,400* given to every citizen during this pandemic (although incrementally, since Yang’s UBI was supposed to be for a check every month and the 1,400 payout was means tested and limited to an earned income cap, not to mention that Biden promised 2 grand and lied). And now with the celebrity and name recognition, jumping into New York City’s Democrat primary mayor’s race was an easy transition since the competition is pretty stale across the board with career city bureaucrats like current office holders Brooklyn BP Eric Adams and Comptroller Scott Stringer, Ex Sanitation Chief Kathryn Garcia, Big banker Ray McGuire and two ethically challenged candidates lawyer Maya Wiley and prodigal son bureaucrat Shaun Donavan. After Wang’s announcement on the Coney Island boardwalk, the first poll immediately put Wang at a commanding lead over his opponents at the time.

But after that auspicious start, reality and even logic has crept up to Yang in only a few months, revealing himself more as a dilletante huckster than the political outsider he’s being portrayed as.

As with his presidential campaign, there is nothing much or distinguishable from the other candidates about Yang’s mayoral platform to run this city except for his Basic Income proposal, which he marked down from a grand a month nationally to a one time payment for the city’s check to check working class. There is a lot to like about it because it does target residents who needs this money the most, even if it can barely pay the rent and utility bills but might be just enough to play lottery scratch tickets. The big hairy but to this is how as mayor is Yang going to come up with the city funding for this and his answer was quite startling but expectantly and obviously vague.

last week, Yang was talking to reporters about the movie he planned to see on the first day that New York City theaters reopened since the pandemic shut them down. He also fielded questions about he’d fund his basic income plan and gave an admittedly “vague” response, suggesting it’s still unclear if he’d rely primarily on existing city funds, hit up private investors, rely on a rollback of state tax breaks — or a combination of all three.

First, he said that even in its “diminished” state, the city has the “level of resources to commit to this, in part because it’s going to save us a lot of money on things like homelessness services and shelters that are very, very costly.”

“Keeping people in more secure and stable environments will actually, in large part, pay for itself,” he said.

But Yang did not say where in the ailing city budget he intends to draw the $1 billion it will take to pay for the plan.

He then added that he’s been in talks with “several New York-based philanthropists who are very excited about this program and so hopefully we’ll have some private sources of funding as well.”

When asked to name who those potential financial backers are, he replied: “Of course I’m not going to tell you right now after I just gave you, like, you know, like, this vague, like, several private sources because, you know, we have to have things to announce for later.”

NY Daily News

At least Yang’s fumbling and his campaign manager’s pathetic sop defense of the candidate’s ambitious program has a scintilla of honesty even if for the past 2 months they didn’t even have a solid budgetary plan to justify it, considering how it’s the main driver of the candidate’s platform.

His career bureaucratic competitors smelled the blood in the water and pounced on it. Eric Adams, BP of Brooklyn and who has been persistently polling second; “You can’t call it a plan if you don’t explain who would benefit and how you would pay for it. New Yorkers are struggling right now — they need serious action, not empty promises.”. Comptroller Scott Stringer’s spox response was delish; “Andrew Yang has a plan written on the back of a napkin that would be pure comedy if the times weren’t so serious.”

Although you got to feel a tinge of sympathy for Yang for being so flummoxed about how to fund New York’s UBI for the working poor and low income families, because it’s 180 degrees removed from how he was going to fund the monthly UBI “freedom dividend” that he proposed during his presidential campaign run, because under President Yang that UBI was going to extract funding from national social safety net programs for the poor like housing vouchers, food stamps and social security and the monthly stipend was based on a prospective rise in unemployment caused by automation’s usurpation of industrial, retail and restaurant jobs. It also should be worth a mention that Yang’s  UBI has solidarity support from every tech billionaire who would benefit from a society solely dependent on a meager dividend every month like how they have massively benefiting from a world wide pandemic for the past year. Yang is not just selling a benefit plan to voters, he’s buying them as well.

This has exposed a major vulnerability in Candidate Yang, for he was easily caught off guard when he was queried about something substantive after being on the receiving end of a glut of flattering profiles from the local news blogs while spending the majority of his time on Twitter to the delight of his adoring Yang Gang followers, a horde that has been relentlessly battling naysayers (like yours truly) doubting his qualifications and capability to run New York City with absolutely no prior civic experience whatsoever. Not even with the basic civic duty of voting in an election his entire adult life living here.

But to run NYC you got to be quick and have a settled plan and it’s utterly disturbing that he has nothing behind his basic income program that he’s been touting for months since yelled “Can You Dig It” in Coney Island at the start of 2021 (even though the gangbanger Cyrus who said that, yelled that line in a park in the Bronx before he got assassinated). Now instead of a policy to help the most vulnerable populace, it now comes off as a bribe to win their votes.

Another flawed thing about Yang’s basic income proposal that he’s not sure how he’s going to fund is his plan to build a People’s Bank in City Hall. Yet again it sounds like a good idea, tying it to the NYC ID the city put out a few years ago to help working poor people and undocumented immigrants get access to municipal and commercial services requiring identification and using the NYC ID as an ATM card to access it. But if “Mayor” Yang still is unable to fund it, then who will. In a way, this resembles the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York PAC that’s already available in the Mayor’s Office and de Blasio’s redundant and corrupted Campaign For One New York 501c4 PAC he ran to fund Pre-K and “affordable housing”. If the funding isn’t enough to keep Basic Income and the People’s Bank running, will it rely on money from “philanthropists” that do business with the city and yearn to get more of them?

Yang’s Basic Income and his hypebeast social media fueled campaign has all the elements and mannerisms of pushing a startup company or an app, and like those ventures, it’s all hype and show and no substance and all risk; Citizen Yang’s ventures belie his status and bonafides to run a city as an entrepreneur. Starting with his last one when he started a fellowship non-profit to inspire other entrepreneurs and college graduates to invest and work in smaller cities and after 3 years it only produced 4,000 jobs. Normally a disaster like this would make you reevaluate your decision making abilities and recognize limitations, but Yang would follow this up with running for the highest office in America.

Yang has transferred his own quixotic run for president into his current quest for mayor, but fortunately for him the competition for the role of hizzoner (or herzzoner) is a lot easier as they poll in the signal digits with only him and Adams polling in the doubles. Although Yang via his startup strategy had to buoyed his top rank by citing a poll made up by his consultants before he even announced his candidacy.  Despite how unethical it was, that little issue went ignored and he was able to gain momentum as later polls continued to favor him with bigger leads, even though he’s running neck in neck with voters polled who are not sure or undecided who they want to vote for.

Image

Another thing that has buoyed the Yang campaign, is his Yang Gang following on social media running protection for him as he was making startling gaffes and displaying general cluelessness about city life and issues, like his notorious visit to a “genuine bodega” and his defense of staying at his second home in upstate New York because he was agitated to work remotely as CNN pundit while watching his two sons in his two bedroom apartment in The Heights, which must have been thrilling to families that had no other housing option like Candidate Yang had and lived in smaller apartments or even a homeless hotel room.

Corporate news media interest is also enamored with Yang, notably Washington DC based website The Hill, which captured Yang giddily greeting people on a line stretching about a mile on the sidewalks of Flushing waiting to get food as he gave elbow bumps while Assemblyman Ron Kim vividly described the food insecurity that has exacerbated during the pandemic in what is practically an integrated news segment/campaign ad. Although it was quite noticeable how the people were used as props.

Yang’s campaign and narrative strategy also includes avoiding the mayoral debates, which is easy to do because of the existing distancing guidelines and the Zoom platform, when he was absent for was an essential debate centering on the homeless crisis. Although he did have an excuse for bailing on a Zoom debate because he contracted COVID, he still had the strength to appear on a Zoom fundraiser for his campaign.

While Yang is being portrayed and portraying himself as an outsider in the primary, his pandering to the Orthodox Jewish vote by condemning the BDS movement against Isreal’s government’s apartheid treatment of Palestine and the West Bank shows his willingness to pander like any run of the mill establishment politician; this may be the most New York thing he’s actually done so far with his cognizance of a key demographic and the reach of powerful lobbies,  shown most recently when an aide of Queens Borough President Donovan Richards had to resign (aka fired) after only 3 days when he got appointed for only tweeting his support of BDS.

Last but not least, Candidate Yang last few public engagement attempts have come off obviously contrived going by his appearances with fellow candidates Maya Wiley and Kathyrn Garcia (twice) to establish an RCV prospect to his and their bases and an awareness rally to address the anti-Asian violence from a recent shooting massacre in Atlanta (where White women also got killed). But his naivete of city and state politics hit a nadir during a recent debate on his desire (and frankly everyone’s) on getting NYC Transit out of New York State Control and back under the purview of the NYC Mayor by asking a mindlessly picayune question about “who do you complain to?” as if the MTA is some disembodied omniscient entity and not under the grip of a despotic megalomaniac elected official for the past 10 years.

This is exactly the type of unadulterated ignorance a person exhibits when he never voted in NYC elections his entire adult life as well as national ones also.  And another thing to kill this outsider myth that’s been manufactured about Yang is that he’s scared to call Cuomo on his scandals, especially his sexual harassment and assault accusations. Candidate Yang knows Cuomo isn’t going anywhere anytime soon and will have to deal with him, and even through his pink washed virtue signal tweet, he’s already folded to the governor.

This why Andrew Yang’s mayoral campaign is all hype and no substance and is barely thriving on a foundation of cult of personality worshipping hypebeasts on social media and this has manifested in the most recent polls too. Yang went from a commanding lead in the last two polls hovering around 30% and nosedived to 17% in a recent poll that relied on phone tallying, putting him barely above Eric Adams at 13% and way behind Not Sure/Undecided at 50%, making candidates polling in the single digits actual contenders again thanks to the ranked choice voting system. This probably came as a shock to the Yang and the Yanggangbangers who realize that astroturfing is a lot harder to spread on a landline than on the internet.

It’s really not hard to fathom Yang’s current plight as just another bland candidate in the fight the city hall. To think only a few months ago he could seemingly walk up to a crowd in say Union Square and flip the bird and grab his junk towards them and would strut away in slow motion still with a commanding lead. But he’s not in total peril because it’s clear as day that half the legal voting age citizens of NYC have absolutely zero confidence in everyone on the Democrat primary ballot.

Image

It’s not hard to see how this has regressed for Yang as the weather gets warmer and the election near. And it also confirms how tainted those initial polls favored Yang; because they relied on online tallying, and not every constituent in the five boroughs has a social media account. Or they do but don’t have the time or interest to Stan anyone, especially during a stubborn pandemic and an economy in purgatory.  Another thing this city doesn’t need is a mayor who wont be accountable and transparent and Yang doesn’t show much hope for a return to those values by inducing non-disclosure agreements on his campaign staffers.

And the last thing New York City need is some dilettante entrepreneur who suddenly decided he can run city government after being disconnected from it for so long and show up with hollow polices (or continue established incremental policies)  cloaked with wondrous optimism. Because NYC already has gone through 7.4 years of that with de Blasio.

That’s why Yang is where he’s at now. Like the Blaz, all he knows how to do is tweet. He’s all platitudes, nice words and neat ideas but no sense and no functional plan to save New York City.

That’s Candidate Yang.

Alexandra Ocasio Cortez Has Forsaken Political Courage

Too soon mural in the East Village, Manhattan taken in 2019.

Washington D.C., U.S.A.

This has been quite the new beginning for re-elected wunderkind Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. After easily winning the primary and the general election last November along with Trump falling to a guy who didn’t make any effort to win, AOC became the most culturally powerful figure in Congress with a massive social media following bigger than most celebrity figures in movies and pop music. With this much status and power in presumably good hands, it seem the iconic Latinx from the Bronx had solid momentum to get progressive policies and programs for the working people and working families ratified into laws.

Then all of sudden, a jagoff comedian dared her to back her words and foment change…

Days after her victory, California Man Jimmy Dore released a video from his youtube channel/podcast encouraging her to make a concerted effort to get universal health care on the floor in Congress. Well renowned on social and corporate news media as Medicare For All, Mr. Dore’s video manifesto laid out how it could become a reality if she would use her leverage as the most popular lawmaker to get M4All on the floor. Dore also pointed out how getting it on the floor can be easily realized with more votes from her progressive congressional allies in the “Sqaud”; Ayanna Pressley, Rashida Talib and the immensely popular Ihlan Omar who all recently came off huge victories themselves in their districts. Along with victories by fellow progressives Cori Bush and Jamal Bowman (also from the boogie down Bronx), Dore pointed out that these progressive minds could align and force the vote for medicare for all, and with AOC as social media’s alpha dog, she and they could use that new leverage against Rep. Nancy Pelosi who was looking to get re-elected as house speaker and withhold their votes for her unless Medicare for All gets heard.

Dore’s advice made absolute sense. Forcing the vote was certainly not complex to execute; besides the gains progressives made in the election, the House lost a bunch of seats and Nancy Pelosi’s hold onto the gavel was tenuous to say the least plus her popularity poll levels shown her to be more despised by voters than they were for Donald Trump. Another major factor for forcing the vote for Med4All and against Pelosi is that support for universal free health care has 3/4 support from the citizenry of all political parties. Plus the misnomered Affordable Care Act prices are obscene for working class people who have to pay half their paycheck on rent. Look at these monthly rates for the bronze level which is the lowest tier on the program.

Image

All the facts were on AOC’s side and the odds and momentum were all in her favor. But while Rep. Ocasio-Cortez continued her prolific tweeting and instagramming spree on myriad other issues as #ForceTheVote was furiously trending on those platforms, she never acknowledged the hashtag or the jagoff comedian with a response. She remained insouciant even as a portion of her 11 million followers from the left tweeted her to step up and challenge the Speaker and her peers in Congress and see if they have the collective balls and nerve to deny health care to hundreds of millions of people during a resurgent pandemic. After all, it’s what she campaigned on in her inspiring run for office in 2018 against the corporatist Joe Crowley. But it wasn’t until pro football player Justin Jackson of the L.A. Chargers called her out for her stunning lack of tenacity on the issue.

Apparently, this message somehow triggered Rep. Ocasio-Cortez. which was shocking after weeks of unlimited profanities and laced urgent messaging directed to her from Jagoff Dore, but quite obvious because Jackson got positive hits and RT’s and got showed up a jock and getting ratio’d on social media is clearly to only way to get her attention. Her justification for remaining tentative about forcing the vote was that the votes weren’t there to force it among her congressional peers and then followed up with a feeble example of what she was certain could be passed, like a $15/hr minimum wage (and she wasn’t even sure about that). For someone that has gone all out to distinguish herself as such an influential and righteous figure on social media, her gateway-splaining to Mr. Jackson was uncharacteristically off-putting and dripped with condescension, which led to blowback attacks from her disappointed and disillusioned followers who were stunned by her betrayal of her promises and her remarkable ignorance of historic progressive change.

AOC, clearly affected by J.J.’s tweet and also by her hard left followers and political twitter personalities, followed this up by resorting to throw shade at Jimmy Dore because of his salty language.

For a woman that didn’t mind to swear to make a point before when she called out a Republican congressman who called her a fucking bitch and used those words on the house floor and in a cream puff interview and fashion shoot in Vanity Fair magazine and most recently while talking shit about a hypothetical run to primary Senator Chuck Schumer, AOC becomes quite an arbiter of speech when those same dirty words are used for an agenda to institute national health care for everyone that has bipartisan agreement from everyone that counts. Really off character from a Bronx resident who at times throws down her provincial street cred and can’t even handle a fucking curse word. That she suddenly equates these words with actual violence is inherently absurd and she kind of comes off like a pussy.

As the days went on, Jimmy kept railing her but AOC kept defensively tweeting her legislating tactics about and against forcing the vote while more progressive pundits, comedians, regular folks got more hip to her blatant gaslighting. But AOC still persisted and strangely still wanted to make the force the vote for Med4All issue all about language and tone on social media. When it clearly got too for the social media icon to temper reasonable retorts to her obsession with words instead of fomenting change to nationalize free health care, she threw one her tweets into the memory hole.

This sudden erasure by the congresswoman is a far cry from what she tweeted a few weeks earlier (and which she didn’t delete). AOC not only lost her political courage but also some of her thin skin. This sure is a far cry from the earnest working girl from the Bronx that was presented in a well produced, brilliant and (seemingly) sincere campaign video she put out. on her way to her stunning victory and immediate national and worldwide fame.

But her insouciance towards her social media followers concerning Medicare For All is worse is that she wasted no time getting the COVID vaccine and did an instagram video chronicling the procedure for it, considering that her elderly and essential worker constituents are having trouble getting inoculated because of the botched rollout by her state of New York and that her other constituents and millions of other people don’t have health insurance because they are unemployed during a resurgent pandemic. Clearly a vote for Nancy Pelosi is also a vote to bankrupt the infected.

But when the opportunity came for the political courage to force the vote on Medicare For All and take the gavel from Speaker Pelosi’s lizard hands, AOC still persisted and she meekly voted to re-elect her, following the lead of her fellow and new Squad members

Even though this resulted in universal condemnation from a wide swath of her base that believed in her, AOC benefited for her fealty to Pelosi and was rewarded with an oversight committee role (along with a few other squad members). Noting how this was a way to push Biden to implement progressive policies, it would seem that AOC now had the ability to influence the House to get the votes on the floor for Medicare For All.

But then January 6th happened. (Which was the day after she got her committee role),the new day of infamy when Ex-President Donald Trump whooped up hundreds of thousands of his MAGA horde to bum rush an under-guarded and under-surveilled U.S. Capitol and after a woman veteran got shot to death and a cop got killed and then roamed the halls and chambers calling out for elected officials as they hid for their lives.

After this, AOC and her fellow committee members and Pelosi  got busy and wrote up new articles of impeachment practically overnight against Trump even though he had 2 weeks left in the oval office. Following the majority vote for impeachment, AOC suddenly recovered her political courage. After posting a rather self-indulgent video that was presented as a town hall  on her Instagram account where she described how she and her fellow legislators were close to being killed, she has been at the forefront for calling for government committees to explore  moderating social media platforms and deprogramming bigots and proclaiming that the government should spare no expense in getting these inherently unconstitutional policies into bills then laws post-haste

Queens Chronicle

“This is not a problem that’s going to go away Jan. 20,” Ocasio-Cortez said, adding, “What Trump has created doesn’t dissolve overnight.”

She noted that Trump cut funding in 2017 to a Department of Homeland Security program known as “Countering Violent Extremists,” which provides grants to communities to counter radicalism through outreach.

“We have to get that funding right back up and we probably need to double, triple, quadruple or increase funding for these deradicalization programs en masse,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

While she’s right about Trump’s omniscience and his role in the political zeitgeist is not going away soon, all the things she’s advocating for have already manifested with Big Tech Social Media’s banishment of Trump and his followers and web services collusion clampdown to ban a competitive social media platform Parler. As for the need for stronger surveillance for domestic threats, the Patriot Act is already there to pursue them, but it’s looking clear that what AOC and her elected peers are proposing is Patriot Act 2.0 to make organizing and discourse even more surveilled with the assistance of the Big Tech monopolies.

It’s amazing how fast progress can be made when your own house gets invaded, in this case the House Of Representatives and their Senate Chamber co-op neighbors. Also amazing and disturbing that AOC has devolved from a Democrat Socialist to the new Sen. Joe McCarthy, but the signs clearly were there when she was deflecting from progressive people’s tweets and cowardly putting the onus on Jimmy Dore’s videos criticizing her, trying to get her growing brunch liberal/Dem establishment base to back her up in attempts to undermine him and everyone else that was ratioing her. It’s apparent that there is something motivating her to be such an arbiter and growing authority and expert on violent words and proactive legislating when she’s on Jack’s Twitter and Zuckerberg’s Instagram while she’s calling them out to arbitrarily shut down people on their platforms.

But during all this, she clearly has forgotten all about Medicare For All and is more about forcing the vote for a surveillance state dictated by Big Tech monopolies; during a fucking pandemic with new strains of COVID spreading. AOC not only lost her political courage but also her thin skin. Along with this betrayal, she is now sacrificing what’s left of our constitutional liberties. AOC‘s rejection of most of her base at the dawn of a new term in Congress is worrisome to say the least. Sadly, she’s clearly more concerned with her career and her social media celebrity status than for the welfare of her constituents and the rest of millions that are unemployed in this nation. She ran on democratic socialism and has meekly embraced establishment pragmatism. At this rate and at this moment, those Dem votes she claims that aren’t there for Medicare for All won’t come in 2 years or even 100 years.

In 2018, it really did look like she was the real thing and it was truly a miraculous occasion when she won and beat the Democrat machine in Queens and in the Capitol. But the more AOC speaks and tweets, the more her motives in congress looks more like a side hustle to her huger status as a social media influencer and the more she sounds like a spox for tech surveillance than a representative for the people. This is yet another case of a careerist who forgot how she got where she’s at. She went from walking the streets of the Bronx and Queens to the prospect of her eating $20 chocolate popsicles in Nancy Pelosi’s kitchen.

But if AOC thinks bigger clampdowns on social media and deprogramming people are going to protect her and her Democrat establishment allies from another invasion of the U.S. Capitol, she better consider that the next invasion by hundreds of thousands of people will be about genuine demands like wealth redistribution and Medicare For All. Then what the fuck is she going to say when actual violence comes knocking at the doors and busting through the windows again? Will she and her peers lock the doors and hide under the tables and then go on Instagram comparing them to assassins too?

Or will she remember what political courage really means and not words to exploit to pacify voters and then hoodwink and bamboozle them. Words to bait and switch and then wind up switching, rather than fighting.

Your fucking move, congresswoman. Fuck this surveillance and deprogramming bullshit and force the vote for Medicare For All.

Borough President Candidate Accuses Governor Cuomo Of Being A Sexual Harassing Asshole

Image

New York, New York

This afternoon, a nurse became the first person receiving the official COVID-19 fighting vaccine at a Queens Hospital as Governor Cuomo zoomed in on the historic inoculation via video. What should have been a great moment for him after his recent Emmy and Ted Kennedy honorary award (?!) was given the kibosh from a former aide who grievously toiled for him for three years. And it all started with an innocuous question 24 hours earlier when a blue check guy asked everyone that was paying attention on twitterworld what job was the worst they ever had…

Lindsey Boylan called out her former boss and unleashed a very well-written sobering thread capsulizing her experience working for him and the degradation she endured before he became the pandemic pop culture icon that’s beloved around the world and revered and adored by the Democrat establishment party.

Ms. Boylan vividly describes a cult-like atmosphere and protective circle around the governor and the hubris he carried that gave him the assurance and confidence that gave him the impunity to mistreat her. Which matches the same hubris he’s displaying during the pandemic and it’s current resurgence and the same circle of sycophants still  propping up and protecting the megalomaniac executive official.

While this recollection of Cuomo’s abuse of power and her are only allegations (for now), they unquestionably have merit being that she unleashed this as she’s currently running for Manhattan Borough President in 2021 and will be subjected to inquiry of her tweets by the press during her campaign. Plus Ms. Boylan has a character witness for her allegations of Cuomo’s sexual harassment:

Just like that Yankee cap wearing woman’s taking her opportunity to rage at the governor and the press even as they and Cuomo showed zero interest for her

she was railing about her difficulties filing a sexual harassment complaint herself and verbally and profanely described what she felt was entrenched corruption in the offices there and let Governor Cuomo know it even as her voice faded as state troopers dragged her out.

The difference now is the one doing the accusing is a woman with a heavy social media following and a blue check verification and like the unheralded lady in the video above, Boylan’s not sparing any profanities either.

What truly makes Boylan’s thread fire is that it appears she did this to get some sort kind of closure and probably to persuade the Biden transition team to retract his pick for U.S. Attorney General (even though Cuomo has said about 5 times he’s remaining in New York and is running for another term). Mostly it’s a sincere confessional from a person who is using her power as a public figure to inspire regular people not be afraid of bullies in the workplace and has opened it up for people to use social media as a vessel to liberate themselves from their oppressive work environment and attain the same privilege as well.

Governor Cuomo’s response to his former aide’s confessional diatribe against his character was decisively calm and measured and peppered it with claims of his support for women and the policies and laws he ratified for them. But recent history belies all that regarding his autocratic assholic behavior since the pandemic struck New York and the tens of thousands of deaths caused by his edict(and tens of thousands of more uncounted) and her charges of enablers is legitimized by the fact that no one told Cuomo he shouldn’t write a self-aggrandizing book about the pandemic while it’s still going on and wreaking havoc on his constituency and the state’s economy and also deciding to celebrate his birthday with a star-studded virtual fundraiser days after he decreed for restaurants to shut down serving customers without mandating any financial relief for them.

Cuomo has an advantage on Boylan because she mentioned that she won’t take questions about her accusations from the press (good luck), but days before her tweet screed about his abuse of power he decided to ban the journalists from all his pressers and cited the resurgent state COVID cases as an excuse, a preemptive strike to avoid facing them now that his pandemic response and his data are starting to reveal flaws (even though they were already there). Another advantage he has on Boylan is his other circle of enablers, corporate news networks that have been praising his dubious leadership and practically running protection from him, as none of the networks (sans Fox) barely devoted a minute to Boylan’s charges against him (maybe this is partially why she’s reluctant to expand beyond her rage tweets)

Regardless of all that, at least Lindsey Boylan social media whistle blowing undressed the emperor of New York and hopefully like the multiple cases against Harvey Weinstein, a chorus line of women (and maybe men) will come out with their experiences working for Mario’s Son, listening to his obnoxious condescending tone and insults, his oblivious come-ons and his machinations and manipulations to keep his aides working under fear of his whims and also his loyal minions.

All they have to do is follow.

Twitter Censorship Continues: V. Progress New York, C’Est Vrai And The Residents Of NYCHA Buildings

Manhattan, New York, U.S.A.

It’s been a week since the election ended and Joe Biden is still the president elect. The DNC’s fortunate son managed to win by a large number of electoral votes despite the corporate news/social media protection racket that managed to keep the corruption laden emails and IM’s and DM’s of his crack fiend son Hunters laptop off the airwaves and the internet’s series of tubes for a few weeks.

During those few weeks, social media monopoly Twitter locked down the NY Post’s account from posting other Hunter Biden story URL’s and every other story URL’s and after their principal owner @Jack testilied during a congressional hearing on their selective censorship of the NY POST which led to a big Texas verbal ass whuppin’ by Senator Ted Cruz, Twitter acquitted the NY Post and they resumed their legitimate reports on the Biden’s diplomacy grift on the platform after being extorted to remove them. Twitter’s sudden 180 re-legitimized the nation’s oldest newspapers credibility and made them more popular, getting the NY Post thousands of more followers. Suffice to say, what Twitter did when they reinstated the paper’s account was the biggest self-own of all time and maybe for eternity.

But it’s not all good news for the free press. Even though the NY Post is back, Twitter is still censoring and extorting smaller fry news sources like the solid and strictly independent news blog Progress New York. Although not the blog but a public services app they developed called C’est Vrai. And just like with the Post, @Jack and his posse of needledick mods and stringent algorithms are banishing on a petty technicality.

Progress New York

The Twitter social media giant has censored the C’est Vrai app, an action that suspends the ability of the Web application from delivering programmable tweets over the Twitter service. The action by Twitter followed its demand to control the content of tweets delivered by the C’est Vrai app.

The C’est Vrai app is a multi-faceted, computer-assisted tool that provides research and information services to Progress New York. The dispute focused on recent content that the C’est Vrai app has been delivering, namely, the location of certain utility outages taking place at the apartment complexes of the New York City Housing Authority, or NYCHA. Twitter’s restriction prevents the C’est Vrai app from continuing to deliver such content, which was being served in the public interest.

Twitter had objected to the inclusion of the Twitter handles of public officials, in whose districts the apartment complexes were located, respectively. In response, Progress New York described that officials were only tagged for outages in their district and noted that several public officials had acknowledged the C’est Vrai tweets in some form without complaint, including, but not limited to, Borough President James Oddo (R-Staten Island) and New York City Councilmembers Steven Matteo (R-Staten Island), Carlos Menchaca (D-Brooklyn), and Helen Rosenthal (D-Manhattan).

The last programmable tweet delivered by the C’est Vrai app.

The restriction by Twitter began on 23 September, when the last programmable tweet was published by the C’est Vrai app. Despite arguments submitted by Progress New York in explanation for how the C’est Vrai app programs tweets, Twitter summarily objected to the use of public officials’ tags, writing, “We can only consider a request to reactivate your app after you agree to stop this behavior.” Because Progress New York interpreted Twitter’s response as extortious, Progress New York would not respond to a criminal threat that was intent on undermining Progress New York’s constitutional right to operate a free press. As a result, Progress New York replied, in relevant part, to Twitter, “Progress New York is a news organisation. Regrettably, this is not the first time we have faced extortion or attempts at extortion. We don’t respond to extortion or attempts at extortion.”

Yet again as with their pathetic suppression of the NY Post’s Biden scoops, @Jack’s and Twitter cited an arbitrary (and inherently baseless) excuse citing security concerns to freeze C’est Vrai  even though the people that Twitter deemed were threatened somehow by getting @’d,  those people willingly responded to those tweets and sure didn’t seem harmed at all going by their professional responses.

But apparently, this needling against C’Est by Twitter extended beyond just tagging elected officials and went after them just for disseminating info on public housing’s locations were services were lacking or non-existent.

Prior to the current example of prior restraint on Progress New York, Twitter had restricted the ability of the C’est Vrai app from publishing tweets about certain utility outages at NYCHA apartment complexes in July, when Twitter improbably complained that the location of certain utility outages was private information (“You may not publish or post other people’s private information without their express authorization and permission.”), even though such information has been being published by NYCHA on its own Web site.

The suppression induced on Progress New York and C’est Vrai by a multi-billion dollar tech corporation can be described equally as incredible and irrational. Why would Twitter find it necessary to punch down on a small local news site just trying to make low income earning residents lives easier while living in public housing buildings that continue to be bereft of essential services like heat and perpetual hazardous environmental conditions? It’s suspect enough to make conspiracy theories opinionated deductions about how Twitter runs their business and what their inherent interests are behind their policies.

Having said that and since Twitter’s recent actions and punitive decisions against the NY Post and still against Progress/C’est are inherently based on deductions themselves, the connections behind them and how they are tied to NYCHA in this  opinionated deduction here is just as merited…

Twitter’s Manhattan offices are in Chelsea on 17th Street between 7th Ave. and 8th Ave. Walk down one block west on 17 and the first thing you see on the west corner of 9th Ave. are NYCHA’s Fulton Houses.

Image

Fulton Houses is currently under the crosshairs of the federal’s Housing and Urban Development department which is about to implement the RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) program which is designed to provide more funding to pay for way overdue renovations of the buildings utilities and infrastructure and to also improve services to the buildings.

In order to activate that funding and all those improvements, two actual affordable public housing buildings have to be demolished and replaced with one mixed used building with market rate apartments. This insane on the face of it proposal has caused much consternation and strife with the long time tenants of Fulton who are reasonably worried and mighty pissed off about being displaced from their homes and their community they’ve known for their own lives.

Down the block on 10th Ave. by the luxury elevated promenade the Highline is a dense row of luxury tower buildings under development but nearly complete, casting an ominous high end market rate shadow over Fulton Houses. Even though the tenants are still valiantly fighting the city from the RAD proposal, these lux buildings seem to projected to be completed in concurrence with the NYCHA buildings planned for destruction.

What does this have to do with Twitter? Maybe their new employees will be able to occupy the new NYCHA mixed used building as the middle tier workers making low six figures can look to occupy the market rate units. While the top tier workers check out the new apartment buildings by the High  Line. Instant new community. As for how it will mesh with the community of Fulton’s residents of retired elderly, working class and disabled people, that’s pretty much a mystery, but going by the resistance against the RAD proposal, they are more distrustful of, agitated and dead set against it than they are curious of it. But what’s distinctive about the Fulton Houses is that it’s the only NYCHA project to have entire buildings destroyed. How would anyone else react if these officials told you the only way you’ll see conditional improvements and a better quality of living is we blow up your home first?

It should be noted that RAD is here now because of decades of funding re-allocated to the Pentagon and tax cuts for the wealthiest and of criminal negligence by those hired to keep NYCHA functioning and habitable plus the environmental hazards and collapse of services that quickly exacerbated while under the auspice of the lying Mayor de Blasio and the last lying president of NYCHA Shoya Olotoye, the RAD program is being induced on every public housing building in every building. And that’s what brings this to Twitter’s sleight of hand complicity in this, because it’s truly off-putting how a tech company cum news publisher and editor that was so seemingly hell bent on helping Democrat Joe Biden win the election by suppressing the conservative leaning NY Post would want to suppress tweet bulletins about public housing services from a leftist leaning blog’s service app while NYCHA’s uninhabitable conditions still exist and their buildings services and infrastructure continue to break down with daily frequency. And shut down those tweets with seeming precision.

One mo’ time, Progress New York:

Though Mr. Dorsey denied U.S. Senator Cruz’s accusation, social media giants have, indeed, become so powerful that they now have the power and discretion to censor news outlets, a dangerous social condition, since a major function of a robust and independent journalism industry is to serve as a check on power, particularly the Government and big businesses, including social media corporations. Now, social media corporations are demanding a say in the content produced and shared by news outlets.

For example, Twitter’s questionable use of its “policies” led last month to the suspension of one function of the C’est Vrai app, namely, the ability of the Web application to deliver programmable tweets over the Twitter service. The action by Twitter followed its demand to control the content of tweets delivered by the C’est Vrai app. Twitter objected to the use by the C’est Vrai app of Twitter handles of public officials in the content of tweets, a demand that Progress New York found unacceptable, because Government officials, once elected or appointed to office, become wholly unresponsive to public demands for relief. Progress New York was founded on the principle that Government officials need to be held to account for their failures, particularly those that result in the suffering of average people. It’s unknown if the irony was lost on Twitter that the tweet content it was objecting to being programmatically shared by the C’est Vrai app focused on the non-stop water and heat outages taking place at public housing developments, but it wouldn’t have mattered to Twitter, because Twitter appears to be determined to thwart the independent functions of journalism.

The C’est Vrai app is a multi-faceted, computer-assisted tool that provides research and information services to Progress New York. Progress New York is a fledgling journalism platform that depends on the C’est Vrai app for its plan to expand, its roots in fact-based reporting, and its ability to shine a line of the failure of leadership in Government and in business.

Since Twitter crippled C’est Vrai’s account, the Astoria Houses went without gas for a month and tenants had tremendous difficulty getting in touch with NYCHA to get it restored. The only responses they got for the horrendous delay of services was from a food charity group that set up buffet tables of hot food for the residents and Status Coup reporter Jordan Charlton, who did a live stream interviewing residents and activists. Maybe if C’est was working, a tweet would have got to the district councilperson and maybe the residents would have been able to use their oven instead of the shitty single hot plates that were sent to them (is NYCHA aware that two burner plates exist?) and be able to have hot water to shower or even to wash their hands sooner. Especially with a fucking pandemic going on.

Whatever is going on with @Jack’s Twitter, keeping C’est Vrai in social media confinement is unconscionable given what the apps purpose is, to improve the quality of life of and the quality of services for public housing tenants that are living in squalor the government made for them (and continues to). More unconscionable is that because the app is not familiar to the masses and that it’s only poor people, @Jack and the Twitter army assumes that no one will notice or care

Locking down C’est should be hyuge news but it’s not because well Twitter practically owns the news being that people get their news on social media first.  Even after the self-own from their NY Post lockdown debacle, it looks likeTwitter and their algorithms will still remain stubborn needling bully assholes, buttressed by a sizeable populace who condones their regressive, passive aggressive and robotic censorship tactics that conjure up centuries of mob persecution mentalities from Christ’s persecutors to the with hunters of Salem. But nicer and with skateboards.

Free C’est Vrai.

Twitter V. The NY Post, The Public Interest And The Unalienable Right To Know

Let October 14th 2020 go down in history as the day when censorship became policy by a monopolistic social media monolith.

It started off rather innocuously. The New York Post published the long awaited but already well known and confirmed story of presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden’s pay to play corruption to obscenely enrich himself, his father and an energy company in Ukraine who hired him and paid him over 80 grand a month through email messages procured from a laptop Hunter (or someone close to him) carelessly left behind at a computer repair shop. This expose’ instantly debunked Joe’s persistent claims that he never had contact with any executive from the foreign company Hunter worked for and exposed how the vice president abused his position and duties to get a prosecutor fired in Ukraine that was investigating corruption inside the company Hunter worked for. Which Biden defiantly bragged about doing when he answered a question during a forum on foreign policy only 2 years ago.

The NY Post followed this up with a flurry of other stories of Hunter Biden using his relation to the second most powerful person in America at the time to acquire more wealth and influence for the companies and acquaintances he associated with. Which were immediately available on the NY Post’s social media accounts…

And then at 2:20 in the afternoon, it stopped.

Like a new age tech version of Paul Revere (and also Benedict Arnold as this post will go on to show), some establishment Democrat Party apparatchik asshole from Facebook blabbed that Zuckerberg’s social network was going to limit the distribution of various stories of the Biden expose’ by manipulating the links to them, then Jack Dorsey’s social network went full bore and eliminated access to the NY Post links entirely and locked the nation’s oldest newspaper access to the platform by claiming that the information was acquired was previously hacked even though Hunter’s email file was only removed physically from the hard drive and not internally through the internet. Other high profile casualties of twitter’s memory hole tactic were President Trump’s Press Secretary  Kayleigh McEnany and President Trump’s second daughter Tiffany,  suspending their accounts for tweeting the links. Twitter also brazenly told Kayleigh to remove her tweets about the NY Post stories to regain her account with them, basically using extortion against a high profile government official to get what they want.

What Jack Dorsey’s Twitter’s suppression of the Biden stories did was the equivalent of a mass shooting by making the NY Post and every other corporate run and independent news source and the general public and their rights to read the news and be informed and decide for themselves whats false or true the biggest casualties of all. The lunacy of this initiative to suppress the links is as if it was a normal thing to do and they expected no repercussions from it. It demonstrates, no, verifies that Twitter has a censorship policy and will utilize it when it sees fit. And in this case it’s to protect Joe Biden and his campaign for the presidency.

But what makes this suppression of the fourth estate from this private corporation glaringly horrific and basically stupid is that Twitter is technically violating their own policies. From it’s claims that the emails were hacked even though Hunter’s email files was only removed physically from the hard drive and not through the internet. Twitter made their revisionist vetting and crass decision of voiding the links of the NY Post stories by placing a story provided by Washington Post that purports to debunk the meeting Hunter arranged with the Burisma partner and his dad at the top of their trending column in spite of the NY Post’s published message confirming that arrangement.

Image

Basically, all this showed was that Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos confirmed Biden didn’t have a prosecutor fired to save Hunter from getting indicted, showing tech overlord solidarity for Trump’s immensely flawed and corrupted opponent. And because Twitter cannot shut everyone up because that would make them extinct, blue check and non-blue check twitter account holders consisting of elected officials, conservative and liberal pundits/laypersons and the Trump re-election campaign drones of course naturally pounced on the banishment of the NY Post links, posting screenshots of the articles as the paper of record were dishing out updates to the Biden scandals.

As expected when the Bezos Post article trend didn’t have the result he desired to legitimize Twitter’s censorship , @jack resurfaced via a tweet and meekly described what his company did as unacceptable after a Senator excoriated him and his company for the “unacceptable” action they took to ban the links.

Jack’s digital mea culpa was obviously not sincere, which should be flagged itself for being misleading content going by Twitter regulations. And to confirm how full of shit he was, what happened hours later after his tweet would magnify then justify even more suspicions about his social networking platform’s agenda driven tactics. Hours before Biden and Trump were about to take questions from “undecided” voters in town halls that were on precisely the same time at 8 p.m., Twitter suddenly had a breakdown. Then as the debates town halls began, it remained down for a considerable amount of time making tweeting comments about Trump and Biden impossible.

Twitter’s announcement/spin that there was a problem with their internal systems was fishy, considering that only some regions were affected by the blackout, mostly in the blue state Northeast coast and California. Which explains that although you couldn’t tweet about Trump or Biden, the platform was still available and trends were still updating, including the damning #TwitterCensorship. Other noticeable things after the twitter blackout ended were what was trending during the town halls because for some reason, nah, for obvious reason #BidenTownHall was trending and available more readily than #TrumpTownHall.

Considering what Jack and Twitter decided to do the day before, it strains credulity that this blackout was a technical breakdown. Considering how they were capable of manufacturing consent by purposely blocking links, how inconceivable would it be that Twitter wouldn’t manufacture a shutdown?

Coincidentally, ninety minutes after Trump’s town hall ended and 90 minutes after Biden’s town hall ended. Twitter’s spokeslady tweeted a damage control thread about their new guidelines regarding stories stemming from hacked materials (which they themselves got wrong) and redoing their labeling of tweets Twitter deems harmful or false or harmfully false.

Despite this feeble attempt of self-regulating reform of their news distribution policies, twitter is still blocking the NY Post’s account from posting tweets of their latest stories that aren’t Biden related! And won’t take the paper out of twitter jail until they refrain from posting the Bidens’ scandal stories. But for all intents and purposes, it seems like Twitter is extorting the NY Post to prevent them from doing any more stories about the Bidens to get their social media distribution abilities back. But like first strike at suppressing news stories, it’s still not going to stop people from posting the most incriminating information about a presidential candidate since, well, Hillary Clinton 4 years ago. But @jack and his twitter arbiters would not know of this concept because they were barely out of diapers or even in their daddy’s sperm when Tipper Gore wanted to label Metal and Rap records for their content and their hands were still being held when Barbara Striesand tried to accomplish something similar by stopping the press from distributing pics of her mansion, leading to a mass influx of gawkers.

Twitter’s ghoulish and fascistic ban on the NY Post is not only trying to normalize censorship but is also further normalizing manufacturing consent by being able to do it faster than what the old former big 4 networks did before the internet because of the technology and talent they have. The wretched thing is that the signs of this new normalization of tech censorship were already brazenly being implemented for years but it was a passive aggressive form of censorship when they when @jack and twitter were shadowbanning conservative people an their views from being disseminated. And it got legitimized by Zuckerbergs Facebook only a few months ago when they decided to ban QAnon advocates and their views and theories from their platform.

But what makes Twitter’s censorship an established part of our society now is that it has quite a large base of supporters. Who are quick to defend @jack’s policies because they like who and what views and ideas are being suppressed. And now with Biden, with the President they collectively despise. And these people also work in the same medium with the NY Post, being journalism. Their fervor for Twitter’s unacceptable actions and ad hominem attacks against the NY Post and the Biden expose’ is just as rancorous as those who unquestionably support the police despite the systemic rot that is plaguing them regarding brutality, bias and oppression against protesters.

Most disturbingly worrisome of all, the New Twitter’s biggest supporter right now is Joe Biden, who already feels he’s absolved of his unethical and immoral abuse of his position while he was VP because of the de-platforming of his son’s transgressions of exploiting his dad as leverage to acquire millions of dollars while he was jetsetting to foreign nations on our tax dollars. When a reporter asked Uncle Joe about his son’s emails, he viciously blew it off as a smear. Biden has been belligerent with reporters before and also with people who questioned his policies and ethics in his 47 year career as an elected official and vice president, but Twitter’s banishment of the NY Post and their stories of his fucked up son’s sordid quid pro quo deals with corporations and nations that Joe enabled and played a proactive partner with him with his threat to withhold aid money to the Ukrainian government has clearly emboldened him to chastise journalists in the same manner that President Trump does with his fake news tropes against them.

What @jack and Twitter (and Facebook) did laid the prospect and also basically assured that they would not only be hardcore arbiters of any news story that gets placed on their platform but will also be a dutiful news media apparatus for the Biden/Harris administration, whether about policies foreign and domestic, standard insider gossip, constructive criticism, standard and vitriolic opinions and even satires and memes and most essentially any alleged corruption in the White House. Or corruption involving Hunter.

Despite the pathetic way Twitter has modified their guidelines, by extorting the NY Post from getting their account back, their guidelines and regulations they made are still violations of the unalienable right to know and a violation of the right to information itself. Sure journalists and publications will still be able to report the news, but the people who use these platforms will be stopped from deciding to see them and make their own conclusions about them. And they are expected to accept that.

And they will continue violating your right to know. Because twitter knows better than you and should have the unalienable right to determine what you should know.

Now that’s what really is unsafe and truly unacceptable, @jack.

New Bad Days 77: NYPD Continues Attacking Protesters While Enabling Vehicular Violence Against Them In Manhattan And Lynch Mobs And Anarchy In Brooklyn; The High Frequency Of Random Assaults Claims Rick Moranis As A Victim While Brazen Gunpoint Muggings Occur In Broad Daylight By Talyor Swift’s Townhouses; A Man Shreds An A Train By Throwing Shit On The Tracks; Stray Bullets Hit A Boy During J’Ouvert Parade That Was Supposed To Be Cancelled, Hit A Man While Protecting His Children At An Auto Dealership And And Killed A Woman When She Looked Outside Her Window; The Fast And The Furious Movies Are Being Recreated In A Home Depot Parking Lot; BLM Cosplayers Steal American Flags After They Went To The Wrong House To Yell At And Shootings Meant For Their Targets Continue To Escalate Along With Muggings And Burglaries

On Labor Day weekend, the NYPD made a grand announcement to, well, fight crime. Commissioner Shea and his fellow high brass fellow Blue Bloods assembled and deployed cops to the streets to ramp up arrests and tamp down on gun violence, primarily in Brooklyn where shooting have led to triple digit percentage increases from last year and other myriad crimes that have seen high percentage upticks in hotspot areas. Whether this sudden focus on serving and protecting the public was motivated by accusations from the citizenry and elected officials of an intentional slowdown or by a dead pool put together by a bunch of sick fucks in a Long Island bar is purely coincidental. And if it was motivated whether if NYPD cops actually placed bets on that pool to keep the body count low is taking cynicism to a higher level, although not highly illogical. More likely it’s because Dermot’s blood probably boiled just enough to match the temperature of bowl of lukewarm tomato soup.

Following the holiday weekend that saw over 20 shootings and a protest whose participants caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages vandalizing stores they passed by, Commish Shea  declared the weekend was a  great success while his feckless boss and toady Mayor de Blasio remarked how peaceful the streets were and the city was safe as ever.

The only good news, probably the only good news all year concerning de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD, is that they made a historic shitload of gun possession arrests during the peaceful weekend. Proving that such enforcement is possible without a shady unit of Punisher wannabes but soberly also proving that the handgun stockpiles keep rising.

But still no one is asking where these guns are coming from. Which is hard to extract such information when the victims refuse to divulge the gunmen and it’s also hard to procure data for guns when only 20% of the over 1,000 shootings this year has lead to actual arrests which correlates with a 40% rise in murder and a bigger presence of gang activity.

Manhattan

In Times Square, a group of protesters holding a demonstration for a man who was killed by police in Rochester while in custody was crossing the street with the green light and walk signal and then was approached by a car with tinted windows and a bull bar on the front that was slowly proceeding. Then the driver hit the gas pedal and proceeded to go through them and speed down 7th Avenue without any pursuit by the NYPD despite the presence of cops outnumbering protesters that were monitoring them before the incident. Even though the car came close to hitting people and managed to clip a bunch of bikes.

A vehicle seen driving through a crowd of protesters in Times Square on Thursday

The people in the car, which was recently purchased at an NYPD auction, were a group of people that were counter-protesting. One of them was the woman who vandalized the Black Lives Matter street mural in front of Trump Tower with paint a total of 3 times.

Minutes before the attempt at vehicular manslaughter of dozens of people on 7th Avenue, six counter-protesters were escorted by the NYPD around the corner. During a discussion with the MAGA group, over 30 cops were standing and milling around, including many of higher rank. Then they all got in the car that would be weaponized shortly as a group of cops formed a wall protecting them from the people witnessing this strange occurance of the NYPD co-operating with and chaperoning this certain activist group.

The NYPD did not levy any charges on the driver or his passengers, even though the last person who tried to run over people in Times Square got arrested immediately. Also, the terrorist caliphate ISIS recommends the weaponization of vehicles to kill masses of people, which happened on the West St. bike path 3 years ago when a man ran down and murdered 8 people. But since the NYPD recently used two of their SUV’s to barrel through protesters on the street, running over people is now legal and a form of self-defense.

The woman recognized for her vandalism by Trump Tower claimed that she and her co-horts were scared and the driver panicked because someone allegedly hit the car with an object or punched it. Good thing they kept that bull bar on.

15 days later in Times Square, another demonstration was held by about a hundred people protesting against federal ICE detention centers allowing a doctor to perform hysterectomies on immigrant women without their consent. Then it got disrupted by cops as they swarmed and arrested 86 people for publicly assembling in the street as an automated recording played proclaiming that the public assembly was unlawful.

In Herald Square a man got slashed in the neck during a fight with another man on the 6th avenue subway platform.

In the Upper West Side, a man was shot to death on the street after he stabbed someone during a fight.

Also in the Upper West Side, a man threw rocks with profane messages attached to them at windows of a broadcast network building following an attack and destroying a camera belonging to a rival local new correspondent and a photographer by Hudson Yards.

Again in the Upper West Side, a man who chucked a rock at a cop’s head is still on the loose three months after the incident.

And again in the Upper West Side, Rick Moranis was walking on the sidewalk and a man walking towards him directly punches him in the head, knocking him down to the ground in broad daylight.

In Harlem at the 148th St. Station, a man was found dead on the 3 train.

Also in Harlem, a man fondled a woman on her crotch while she was walking on the sidewalk, then he robbed her wallet and went to a deli to use her debit card.

Again in Harlem, a man beat a homeless man to death on the street.

And again in Harlem, an off-duty C.O. crashed into a parked car while driving drunk, then the owner of the damaged vehicle slashed him in the face.

And again in Harlem, a man got hit by an SUV when he ran a red light on his ATV vehicle while trying to hop the sidewalk. He died from his injuries a week later.

And again in Harlem, a man was shot in the leg after getting into a street fight.

And again in Harlem, a man was shot in the torso on the boulevard.

And again in Harlem, two women were both shot in the arm on Riverside Dr.

And again in Harlem, a man about to cross the street got killed instantly by a hit and run driver.

And again in Harlem, a man followed a woman into an apartment building and attempted to mug her in the elevator but was unsuccessful, but two days later he followed another woman into an apartment building and helped her carry a cart up the stairs, then he attacked her inside the elevator and robbed $300 off her.

And again in Harlem, a man robbed a hat off a vendor’s table and got into a fight with the 72-year-old salesman who tried to stop him and shoved him to the ground with such force that he wound up killing him. A memorial was set up on a linkNYC kiosk for people to hang hats on in tribute to the courageous man.

In East Harlem, a man got shot in the ass following an argument on a street corner.

Also in East Harlem, a man walked into an apartment during a party and shot a man in the stomach.

In Midtown a 18-year-old man got caught dealing drugs on the street weeks following shooting a man on the grounds of the St. Nicholas Houses months after being released by a juvenile detention center.

Also in Midtown, two men broke into a designer watch store at midnight and robbed over six figures worth of watches in a few minutes.

Again in Midtown, a man that arranged a drug deal with two men on the street went awry when the men saw his upscale duds and decided to rob him instead. The mark got stabbed in the back when he tried to get his designer bag back and the two thieves got away with that plus his cellphones and wallet.

And again in Midtown, a man with a baseball bat swung it at a group of people on the sidewalk a month after he threw rocks at various consulate buildings around town.

And again in Midtown, a man randomly suckerpunched a 77-year-old man who was about to walk by him, causing him to fall on the sidewalk and crack his skull. The lunatic let his victim know that’s what he does.

And again in Midtown, a gang of four men rushed up behind a man walking on the sidewalk and walloped him with a cane then stabbed him multiple times.

And again in Midtown, the giant face masks on the lions at the New York Public Library keep getting stolen. Those look like they can make good canopies for homeless encampments that aren’t under scaffolding.

And again in Midtown, a woman committed suicide by jumping into the East River.

And again in Midtown, a caravan of pickup truck drivers boosting for President Trump blocked all the lanes on 5th avenue in front of his building, which would have obstructed NYPD and FDNY vehicles in case of an emergency.

In Hell’s Kitchen, a man kidnapped his and his ex-girlfriend’s son after having a dispute at a park.

Also in Hell’s Kitchen, a man broken into an auto dealership warehouse and stole a SUV and then crashed it into a median trying to get away and then abandoned it.

Again in Hell’s Kitchen, a man set a couple’s apartment on fire while they were still inside. One of the residents died weeks later.

And again in Hell’s Kitchen, a man that got stabbed during a street fight died from his wounds a month later.

And again in Hell’s Kitchen, a man trying to steal a scooter belonging to a man who was buying items in a deli got stabbed in the back with a knife the worker gave to the attacker.

In Penn Station, a homeless man randomly attacked two women in 120 seconds when he shoved a woman on the sidewalk and sucker punched another woman causing her to fall onto the street.

In Washington Heights and Inwood, three men mugged nine people in 8 days.

Also in Washington Heights, a man was shot three times on the street and then died from his wounds.

Again in Washington Heights,  a man walking on the sidewalk was suddenly run over by a speeding driver in an SUV. A Samaritan who owns the deli on that corner pulled him from under the car and then the driver backed up and tried to hit the man he plowed again and sped away down the street. Cops did catch the psycho driver later but wouldn’t disclose any information about him to the Samaritan. But why should they after what happened at the protest at Times Square the day before, because running people over with your car is legal provided you have good cause.

And again in Washington Heights, protesters having a Black Lives Matter demonstration retreated from the George Washington Bridge when cops blocked them off and then marched to 34th Pct. and were met by a miltia of cops decked in riot gear, champing at the bit for a confrontation. A clash between both groups ensued after a high brass officer broke a woman’s arm by throwing her on the ground and a protester hit a cop with a sign, leading to 6 people getting arrested.

And again in Washington Heights, a man committed suicide by jumping off a public housing building.

And again in Washington Heights, a homeless man stabbed another homeless man to death on a street corner during a fight when they were both inebriated.

In the Upper East Side at the 63rd St./Lexington Avenue Station, a man attacked another man as he waiting for the F train by randomly slashing him twice on the hand and chest.

Also in the Upper East Side, a woman walked into a cellphone store and was mooching off the power supplies to charge her celly while not wearing a face mask. When a worker confronted her about violating the store’s pandemic rules, the woman lashed out and call her a racial slur and threw a small plastic bin at her face and she punched another worker who was escorting her out the store.

Again in the Upper East Side, a man held up a bank at gunpoint and robbed it of $5,000 and then got grabbed by the cops 7 blocks down who recognized him.

In Inwood, a man brutally beat and stabbed his girlfriend to death inside her apartment after she let him stay over days after he mugged a man for $10 by stabbing him three times with his victim’s own knife. The killer then called the police on himself and threatened to engage in a shootout with them in the hopes of going down in a hail of bullets.

Also in Inwood at the 207th St. Station, a window on one of the doors of the A train was smashed up.

In Hamilton Heights, a gangbanger was shooting at people on the street as cops were passing by while on patrol, then they chased the shooter and caught him.

In Central Park, a dead body was found in a lake nearby Columbus Circle.

Also in Central Park, a homeless man was found dead leaning on a rock on the grass nearby 109th st.. It was found that he was beaten to death by a man who left his body there with help from an accomplice.

Again in Central Park, helicopters have been flying perilously lower over citizens trying to relax on the green spaces. Remember back in June and in Hell’s Kitchen last month when the NYPD was flying choppers over protests in Brooklyn and over an activists apartment building that it looked like you could almost touch them? Looks like they opened it up for these hot dogger chopper pilots to do the same with impunity.

And again in Central Park, a man fishing at a lake reeled in a dead body.

And again in Central Park, a man was stabbed in the chest during an argument with his attacker by the Wollman Rink.

In Columbus Circle, a man randomly shoved another man onto the train tracks and is currently on the loose.

Also in Columbus Circle, an 82-year-old woman got hit by a man on a ride share moped while she was crossing the street with red.

In Washington Square Park, a rave went on until the evening morning hours as revelers drank booze and disregarded wearing face masks and social distancing. NYPD cops deployed to the area only watched the partying and hardly made an effort to monitor and disperse the clustered crowd. And then there was a bigger more clustered pandemic violating rave at the park the next week and the NYPD still made no effort to stop it and tell revelers loaded on booze to go back to their dorms and apartments.

In Washington Square, a man tagged an NYU building with swastikas and anti-Semetic and anti-Black graffiti messages.

In Greenwich Village, a man sat down on a bench where a woman and her two children were sitting on and zipped open his shorts and masturbated in front of them. A Samaritan nearby protected them from the skeev who took offense at his concern and threatened to hit with a brick. With witnesses filming the altercation with their cellphones instead of dialing 911, the Samaritan then chased him for blocks and lost him by the West 4th St. Station.

Also in Greenwich Village, dozens of cops charged after a group of people right after an automated warning was played on a LARD speaker when one of them stepped one foot on the road. The cops managed to knock over tables that were set up for outdoor dining outside a restaurant where people were dining and not associated with those they arrested that the NYPD charged with engaging in an unlawful assembly and obstructing traffic; which the NYPD themselves wound up doing when they were securing the area in the middle of the street and on the crosswalks

12 people were arrested and the apparent rationale for this swarm was that they came from a demonstration and art exchange in Washington Square Park that the NYPD aggressively broke up.

Something tells me that de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD are trying to make anarchist jurisdictions on purpose.

In the Flatiron District, a man accessed an apartment building and hot wired the elevator panel which gave him access to a residence. He banged on the door and then grabbed a 78-year-old woman by the throat when she opened the door and stole her purse. The unreasonable act caused 56 trains to go out of service. The man laughed his ass off while being detained by other Samaritans until the police arrived.

When a judge let him loose without setting bail because of the reform laws, he threw a metal bench at a city bus in September, and was released without bail again. At the arraignment for the A train derailing, with the man going off on a tangent in the courtroom, the judge wisely convicted him and set his bail at $50,000. Which is still too lenient for the million dollars in damages this dick caused.

Also in Borough Park, hundreds of men congregated on the street without masks to celebrate a religious holiday and hold a protest against Governor Cuomo’s and Mayor de Blasio’s pandemic lockdown restrictions because of a rise in COVID-19 positive cases in the area and in towns very close by. The man who led the demonstration incited his over-enthusiastic followers to burn face masks and boxes in the middle of the street.

The presence of sheriffs and NYPD officers did not intimidate the mass crowd of people, of which only consisted of men. The presence of law enforcement also didn’t intimidate the crowd as they converged on a man trying to reason with the crowd to wear masks and beat him down to the ground and also chased a photographer down the street then surrounded him on the sidewalk and pinned him against the door of a building and knocked him down as he was trying to walk away from them. The presence of their district city councilman and the organizer of the demonstration and the mob on the street only enabled their recklessness as the latter yelled out to them that they were his soldiers. Nobody was arrested or even admonished by the NYPD, even when he went to report his attackers for beating him up and breaking his camera.

The next day, the mob leader went on social media and announced another demonstration against the lockdown order and repeatedly denounced a reporter while holding his picture up for his followers while calling them his soldiers to target him. Then during the demonstration, the massive assembly the organizer/general pinned the targeted journalist against the wall and they verbally and physically assaulted him. The mob attacked another reporter who was standing on a trailer trying to film the ruckus as the mob hit him with a pole then pounced and beat him up when he came down to the sidewalk.

The NYPD was nowhere to be found during this lynch mob attack and did not arrest anyone involved. Most conspicuously absent was the presence of the mass deployment of cops that was normally seen during the George Floyd protests and every other protest or public assembly or gathering in the past month (especially the ones where people are riding bikes)

Also missing was the arbitrary and ultraviolent aggression the cops utilize against them plus the kettling tactic, of which all these riotous revelers have already committed to do themselves.  What de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD did do instead was turn tail and run away when the mob got more riotous.

And it shouldn’t come as no surprise. In fact it was expected because the organizer Heschy Tischler proclaimed right in front of your city’s police force that he was good friends of the department, giving him and his “soldiers”  to feel like that they have their own set of laws and have the hubris to brag about it. It’s these cops pictured below with Heezy have permitted an actual anarchist jurisdiction in Borough Park while treating them like a sovereign state.

Cuomo’s COVID Comedy Is Not Pretty

New Normal, New York

Governor Andrew Cuomo  has been in quite a blue mood lately. Although it’s not over New York elected officials bipartisan calls and congressional and senate demands from DC calling for an independent investigation into the motives behind his mandate demanding nursing homes accept COVID19 patients and the immunity law he gave the owners and financial holders of them. It’s also not over the MTA’s running out of funding to maintain and operate the transit system to go along with maniacs breaking train windows for the fuck of it. It’s also not over the mass exodus of the state’s richest people from the big hollow apple and especially those he’s groveling to so they stay put…

No it’s all these young and youngish adults who are flouting the pandemic protocols he put in place back in April (which he did very late) that mandated mask wearing and social distancing while shopping indoors and mingling outside at bars and restaurants. Even though this consensus flouting as been going on since the outbreak began and reaching the tipping point in summer’s eve with people partying down on an Astoria street, Cuomo decided that the only way he could get the narrative through to these maskless party obsessive punks would be through, um, comedy.

Now Cuomo is the last person who should delve into this genre, although as his massive ego and megalomania plainly shows, it’s safe to say that he probably thinks he knows funny more than anyone else who happens to be in his surroundings. Even that COVID 19 mountain grave poster he commissioned to make and is selling now has little side jokes (the boyfriend cliff).

What’s truly interesting about Cuomo’s sudden interest in resorting to humor is that because of his emergency executive powers that Albany’s legislators gave him in order to prevent contagion to keep the curve going back up the mountain is that he won’t let people who are actually funny and rely on comedy for their livelihoods do their jobs:

Witness this from the Queens Chronicle:

Customers at outside restaurants and bars can enjoy live music with their meal as long as the operators can produce appropriate State Liquor Authority certification and can keep at least a 12-foot distance between performers and the audience. Comedy shows, which can also accommodate those metrics, are not extended that right, however.

“Restaurants and other on premises food and beverage establishments that have a license through the SLA are only allowed to offer on-premise music if their license certificate specifically allows for such activity … All other forms of live entertainment, such as exotic dancing,s comedy shows, etc., are not permissible currently regardless of phase,” read the state Phase 3 and 4 guidelines for Licensed On-Premises Establishments.

A spokesperson for the Empire State Development Corp. said that comedy shows, whether indoor or outdoor, are considered high-risk gatherings. The state is concerned that they would create an environment that encourages mingling and congestion, resulting in spread of COVID-19.

“Comedians should be up in arms about this bizarre, explicit distinction. So musical comedy would be okay?” Kambri Crews, owner of comedy club QED, wrote in an Aug. 13 tweet.

Like many other comedy clubs, the Astoria cafe had been operating outdoors in accordance with respective Department of Health dining guidance — patrons should not be standing unless for necessary reasons, standing customers should wear face coverings and that 6-foot distance measures should be respected. In early July, the SLA rescinded that right.

“What comedy show have you been to where people are standing around and milling about?” said Crews, who told the Chroncile she’d happily accommodate any SLA restrictions, such as not selling alcohol, if it meant she could resume operations.

When asked if the distinction between live music shows at restaurants and live comedy performances at clubs lay in the guests’ incentive for gathering, the Empire State Development Corp. spokesperson said, “Music is ancillary to the meal.”

I don’t want to obsess that long on what a moronic statement that spokesman said, because I’ve been to plenty of clubs and concerts and I never had a hankering to chow down on something, but drinking is usually either required and expected during a stand up comic’s show. And Cuomo has been sending his SLA agents to shut down bars with the efficacy of how the Matrix deployed duplicate Agent Smiths after Keanau Reeves, but that’s another long story that needs to be thoroughly investigated and told, because I think the issue here is the state of comedy in New Normal, New York and in COVID-19 America. And it’s not fucking pretty.

Back in May, the NY Daily News profiled a young comedian who was doing parodies of Governor Cuomo’s daily COVID-19 briefings on her social media accounts. Taking after (or stealing from) an overnight sensation novice comedian (and former tech drone) Sarah Cooper’s twitter vids mocking Donald Trump’s interviews and statements by lip synching them, Maria de Cotis lip synched some clips of Cuomo’s pressers that immediately went viral, getting tons of hits and also praise for her satires on the suddenly immensely popular governor, mimicking personal and familial anecdotes and charming banter with the press.

Being a fan of comedy, especially satire, and with a social media account of my own, I felt a sudden urge to aide Ms. de Cotis.

So I clicked the link of her tweet video and I made some suggestions how she can get even more viral and huge by mimicking other videos from his daily briefings that were instantly available from attachments to stories and links from the New York Post that were related the serious subject matter of his policies that he wasn’t getting national fame for, the manipulating of rising mortality rates in nursing homes.

Now I’m not much of an influencer, well, I’m actually not an influencer, my blog only gets about 10-20 hits a day and I have under 400 followers on the twitter, so I didn’t expect her to take my advice. My clear intent was to disrupt the awful narrative that Governor Cuomo is some sort of hero of the pandemic when his dawdling from shutting down the state cost over 25,000 New Yorker’s lives. And also that Maria here can expand her repertoire with some dark, sardonic humor about this tragedy.

Alas, it was not to be. Because minutes later this happened:

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EY02MxSXYAAqjtE?format=png&name=small

I have tweeted at celebrities before challenging their views and opinions but they usually and naturally go ignored. And I’ve been blocked on the Twitter before by regular people, but this was the swiftest that I ever been cancelled by an account. A (quasi) celebrity account too. And it really wasn’t that hard to deduce.

This funny lady (according to her profession) has recently acquired some fame and celebrity likes for her lyp sync and satirical characterization of the most famous Governor in the USA #MatildasSon Andrew Cuomo. I saw all the videos when I had the chance, and all she did was goof on the segments from the briefings when he talked about his daughter.  And as shown above, I suggested she would probably get more raves if she lipsync clips of Cuomo talking about his handling of the nursing homes which is getting a lot of critical scrutiny. And all the videos were available on all the links I provided.

Maybe DeCotis doesn’t do satire that’s acerbic or dark, maybe that’s not her thing, but apparently, she does satire that’s government approved. Or in this case, Cuomo approved. Because in her videos, she not only links Cuomo’s government account but also his personal account @andrewcuomo

Image

The only thing missing from that “comedian”s videos was the excelsior emblem. All of her video tweets have both of Cuomo’s accounts. Something tells me that this woman could have got commissioned to be a jester for King Andrew’s court. While the “LuvGuv” can keep tabs on his detractors. Zoiks.

Which brings us to Cuomo’s latest resort to comedy derived policy making. As the chillier weather and flu season of Autumn nears and with reports of college students  getting infected after attending crowd cluster homecoming ragers and park ravers, he gave his celebrity brah Paul Rudd, star of “Clueless” and creator of the sharp comedy about traveling van catering waiters “Party Down”, a call and make a humorous PSA loaded with that snark humor that millenials and Gen Z appreciate so much and view on their $1,000 cellphones.

Rudd gives it all he got here, from the hipster pube beard and upscale hoodie, headphones and skateboard accessories while going off at the mouth with heavily misused social media jargon, but it just falls flat. Especially when the bit comes to a halt when he pleads with the target demographic to don the masks and show respect, which negated everything that was mildly amusing in the video in the first 60 second as Mr. Rudd descends into another middle aged man desperately trying to connect today’s youth that will surely won’t listen. The saddest thing about this is not the wasted effort in this video but the fact that Governor Cuomo basically summoned Rudd to produce this mess. Again spending New Yorker’s tax dollars to hire another jester at his whim.

To paraphrase the immortal saint of comedy Bill Hicks, government monitored and approved humor will always suck. And government integrated comedy is surely worse, as manifested recently at Gotham Comedy club when Chuck Schumer grabbed the mic from Jerry Seinfeld to tell a shitty joke during a charity fundraiser. (And shouldn’t Gotham have their liquor licensed revoked for having a joke being told, which is against COVID guidelines?)

But there is a reason why comedy performance is considered (and mandated) as a potential contagion hazard by the Governor, and that’s because comedy is capable of reverting the authoritative narrative and constructs of the establishment and is capable of bringing truth to power as or even more effectively than the hardest hitting muckraking journalism could. Imagine if a funny person with a gig at a club like the Comedy Cellar going off for an hour with jokes about the police states and the obscene redistribution of wealth that are simultaneously blossoming during this pandemic and gilded age coinciding with a depression and about the politicians of today who are doing a horrendous job serving their constituents with conflicting and suppressing pandemic guidelines while assuring their moneyed donors they will be well protected. The last thing people with power want is someone getting on a stage with solid comic material that excoriates the system induced by this pandemic and going viral with it.  That’s the kind of super spread that Cuomo is just as worried about. Maybe more.

As Herschel Krustofsky illustrates and as the legacies of Lenny Bruce, Richard Pryor, George Carlin and Bill Hicks has validated, the best and funniest comedy besides the jokes is when it challenges the status quo and points out the inherent absurdity of it. It confronts taboos and turns them inwards rendering them irrelevant. It exposes the truth behind the lies and opens up minds that hear it, subjecting the creators and defenders of those lies  to the ridicule they all deserve. Sadly, thanks to the likes of Paul Rudd and Maria DeCotis, all of that endemic graft and corruption is going to continue unblemished.

Speaking of Ms. DeCotis, I wonder how she has progressed as a comic since she went viral months ago.

I guess I will never know. And apparently, it’s very essential that I better not.

The last time I heard Andrew Cuomo make something resembling a joke was just days before he was going to end his COVID daily briefing afternoon variety show; he rang the bell at the New York Stock Exchange and flippantly remarked that 73 people who succumbed to coronavirus that day as “good news”. And topped it off diminishing those people that died with a tone deaf observation by describing it as the “absurd reality” “we” all live in.  The reality the ersatz King Cuomo exacerbated with his criminally absurd and negligent decisions while trying to normalize vapid acceptance by marginalizing the deaths of over dozens of people because of the vast amount that died and got stored in trailers before those 73 victims in a short amount of time.

No wonder he needs comedy to salve his sorry leadership and the general lack of respect for him from young adult and certifiable young New Yorkers. And to salvage his certifiable royal fuckups.

President Trump Makes America Disasterland

@realDonaldTrump

“The only thing we have to fear is, fear itself”

                                                                                 Franklin Delanor Roosevelt

Four years after he announced that he alone can fix America; with his 50,740th tweet it sure looks like Donald John Trump has finally gave in to Fear Itself. Because now that he thinks COVID-19 is some kind of super villain terror kingpin or an omniscient and omnipresent entity.

Although the latter is surely apt, because the Invisible Enemy is sure acting like a vengeful God that is constantly brought up and used as a cudgel by the President’s evangelical monetary backers.

President Donald J. Trump tweeted that message above on Easter Sunday, the day of the alleged resurrection of Jesus H. Christ. The day he proclaimed/decreed to a perplexed Fox News Channel reporter that life, society and the economy will return to normal even in the face of thousands of people getting infected, hospitalized and near death’s door and succumbing to the contagion. Hard to tell if President Trump thought that Jesus was going to rappel from the open sky, take the nails off his hands and slay COVID-19 with them, but his cabinet and advisers had to break the bad news to him that his irrational optimism is no match for the pandemic, leading him to responsibly decree that every state was now a disaster area and everything had to shut down and people had to modify their routines and habits revolving around the virus.

In the few weeks since making America Disasterland, deaths brought on by COVID-19 grew into the thousands, none most devastatingly more than in Trump’s home state of New York.

It really is confounding how that being a college educated, successful (but dishonest) businessman whose net worth is alleged to be billions of dollars and convinced almost half of America to put him in the White House would immensely fuck up the response to the nascent outbreak of COVID-19’s rapid spread that led to this national disaster and economic purgatory existence. Although it shouldn’t be that hard to break down. Trump is by all means a simple kinda man.

Now granted the President is not entirely to blame but he sure is responsible despite his flippant denial. After the disease hit Wuhan suddenly sickening tens of thousands and killing over a thousand people in just a few weeks and turned the province into a ghost town, which led to the Center of Disease Control to issue the first serious warning about coronavirus.

But what’s perplexing is that Trump has at his disposal and under his command a vast network of intelligence agencies keeping track of every environmental and sociopolitical event around the world. We got the CIA, NSC, DOI, DARPA and a vast military apparatus to help monitor these agencies. And one of them was the National Center of Medical Intelligence, who were monitoring this contagion way back in November 2019. And it’s most certain that there was a Presidential Daily Brief that collaborated this looming threat from an Invisible Enemy just as there was when a PDB was written up detailing a terrorist determined to strike the United States back in 2001.

But it appears in retrospect that President Trump took the same approach with the reports from China as President W Bush took when he got the PDB on his ranch in Texas a month before the attacks on 9/11/01. Because around the time this report was made, Trump still golfed and held campaign rallies. (If he even got the PDB at all, knowing that a “steady state” exists in the White House)

Then it came to America literally from coast to coast when a nursing home in a small town in Washington led to a spate of elderly residents dying at once and then the next confirmed case popped up in a tiny suburb above the Bronx named New Rochelle when a lawyer contracted the virus. And then passengers on a cruise ship suddenly got infected with coronavirus as it was heading back to shore

As news was spreading about COVID-19’s threat to the U.S a, around this time Trump was not that worried and neither was the World Health Organization, for they both were getting dishonest reports of how the contagion spreads from the government of China who were doing their usual obfuscations and micromanagement of information. Trump then banned all flights from China, then Iran and South Korea and enacted another travel ban at Europe which led to a mass exodus from that continent causing mass clusters of travelers at airlines trying to get back to America.

Then the short month of February came and following these proactive measures, Trump decided to rest on his laurels and showed good composure as he reassured the nation he had the virus contained and controlled and determined that it was going to go away really really soon after he called it a partisan hoax, continuing his well reputed brand of complacent optimism with golfing and entertaining his base with more rallies as the 29 days flew by and cases in the U.S. started to swell including another case in NYC, the president continued golfing and kept repeating his narrative that COVID-19 was “under control”.

It was under control, but not the Invisible Enemy just the dissemination of information about it’s genesis in the U.S. A doctor from Washington who was frustrated at the bueraucratic bullshit going on with the CDC after they distributed shitty COVID-19 tests decided to break protocol and draw up a test on a teenage male who showed symptoms and was discovered positive and then she and her colleagues proceeded to do testing around their area themselves. Then the feds clamped down on her and Trump continued spout diarrhetic falsehoods from his faceanus.

Then the COVID-19 ides of March came crashing down on Trump as the invisible enemy spread across the land as people started dying. Then the W.H.O. finally declared the contagion as a threat to the world. As is wont with Trump when things go awry, he succumbed to repetitive and outlandish statements (and also a quick round of golf) and finally declared a national emergency on March 13. And is wont with Trump he succumbs to spewing falsehoods, ludicrous retrospection and self-contradiction claiming he knew it was a pandemic from the start yet no one knew it was coming. This he said just minutes apart from each other.

What a fucking imbecile.

Expectedly and ultimately as is wont with Trump, he did not preemptively or thoroughly prepare for the novel virus and made some dumbass decisions that truly exacerbated it. Like when he hired John Bolton to run the National Security Council. While the warmonger was machinating regime change invasion plans against Syria and Venezuela, Bolton decided to eliminate the NSC office’s pandemic response team. To think that when Trump was assembling his cabinet after beating Hillary, he didn’t want to hire Bolton because he didn’t like his mustache. Should have went with his first instinct.

And as it’s become apparent now that America is the biggest disseminator of COVID-19 in the world right now, Trump didn’t have a sufficient federal national stockpile of testing kits, ventilators and PPE supplies in case states ran out of them with the rapid amount of positive cases that rose immensely in a few weeks time after he boisterously lied that tests and medical supplies will be available and will save everyone.

But what makes Trump’s horrendous non-response that has resulted in thousands of fatalities in the country he thought he could fix by himself is how miserly he has been with the national stockpile which was scarce to begin with.

Trump then commissioned his COVID-19 task force team and assigned VP Mike “Pontius Pilate” Pence to supervise it, despite having zero medical expertise but his reliance on prayers and heavenly wish fulfillment from an Invisible Man In The Sky falls in line with Trump’s fatal brand of optimism. The president did do the right thing and invoked the Defense Production Act to get corporations to produce PPE’s as hospitals were running out and nurses and doctors were contracting the diseases while rewashing their masks and wearing garbage bags to protect themselves. But he’s only sparingly invoked it and did not authorize it. If it was authorized, companies could have mass produced masks, gloves, scrubs, ventilators and put out quality COVID-19 tests instead of the shitty ones they made that a doctor had maybe thousands of lives could have been saved. But that would have been an acceptance of socialism and Trump and the billionaires that own this plutocracy don’t want that.

Trump’s barely significant invocations contributed to thousands of more citizens getting infected and spreading the disease while unaware (since COVID-19 acts as a sleeper cell in asymptomatic people) so he can meander and then bestow the pandemic response to his co-advisor, son-in-law and lost boy oligarch vampire Jared Kushner and his bolier room styled COVID-19 task force he assembled to manage the dwindling and mass production of the federal stockpile that is dependent of the president’s methodical and moody very strong invoking.

Few days later after thousands of more deaths starting piling up and markedly in the epidemic’s epicenter of Trump’s childhood borough in Queens and state of New York, Jared admonished governor’s demands to save the lives of their constituents, doctors, nurses, government service and essential workers, claiming that the federal stockpile does not belong to them and suggested using innovation to acquire the PPE’s they need. Then Trump administration had to get their data beavers and remix the CDC website to reflect Jared’s heinous gaffe.

What Jared and Trump are with their stingy distribution of the emergency federal stockpile so desperately needed to states especially regarding the pandemic’s epicenter of New York is similar to the slumlord behavior and tactics they adminstered with their apartment building portfolios when they wanted to get rent-stabilized tenants out of their buildings by denying them basic services like heat, water and power and repairs.

But the reason why they are doing these dastardly things that are costing hundreds of lives daily is because the Chamber of Commerce is vociferously against nationalizing companies to produce life saving equipment, which is why Trump is only “invoking” DPA in increments.

Amid the presentnational emergency, compelling industry to undertake massive changes to global production chains would be damaging. (Emphasis theirs)

The EO is seeks to impose major changes on critical industries in the midst of a public health crisis. The ability of businessesto move quickly to “repatriate supply chains”at a time when many businessfunctions are shut down isclose to nil.

While some sectors may be able to boost production of relatively simple products domestically on an emergency basis, forcing industries with complex value chains to shift suddenly is a different matter.

Additionally, at a time when U.S. andglobal financial markets are under tremendous strain, movesby the world’s largest economy to break it trade agreement commitments would send the wrong signal to markets and add to the present financial uncertainty.

Somehow, this Chamber of Commerce’s pernicious and predominant influence on the budgetary and now emergency decisions for America and Americans has barely got any attention on the endless coverage COVID19 porn that’s on corporate news televised and social media and it might be because corporations like Google and Nike are on the COC board. Because of this callous and diabolical machinating, PPE’s are being manufactured and dispensed as luxury products going for ossified prices to the highest bidder. It doesn’t help that COVID-19 tests went to celebrities and pro athletes as well as corporate executives and elected offcials first.

And now the President of Disasterland had to do something he always fought tooth and nail to avoid doing when he screwed over his contractors and clients that built his empire, he had to pay back the nation he was elected to lead for fucking it up. Like his disastrous Taj Mahal casino quagmire in Atlantic City, Trump’s negligence since the start of 2020 as coronavirus was creeping across the planet has put America in economic purgatory, as 26 million citizens are forcing themselves to stay home with the exception of the newly branded “essential workers” and waiting for unemployment insurance and thousands of REAL small businesses have to shut down if they are not deemed “essential”. This led to the massively inequitable 6 trillion dollar CARES stimulus act proving more oligarch welfare and a class action settlement one time pittance payment of $1200 for the working class as they scrounge their savings to pay their rent and creditors until the states “reopen for business”.

But don’t worry nation because the President isn’t. Hell, he has always operated and conducted himself by not giving a fuck. He continues to harangue the press with his fake news refrain and continues to make outlandish statements, comments and suggestions like his current batty remedy of injecting bleach and applying sunlight to prevent coronavirus from spreading. The latter he described as if the sun was like IcyHot.

And now the psycho President is trying to get the nation back to work although sounding less tyrannical than he did not long ago when he was channeling Mussolini by claiming “total authority”, which he didn’t recognize when the Chamber Of Commerce was telling him to back off the DPA order. Although as is wont of Trump, his proclivity for administering authority by contradiction gets worse as he tells his constituency to abide by coronavirus protocols then goes on twitter with exhortations to his base to embrace insurgency and  liberate themselves from the states implementing his own disaster declaration order.

As if all that including hundreds of deaths piling up daily from the contagion and coming up with more trillions for more stimulus bills to bail out America and more importantly to Trump his re-election, we still got to spend another trillion or two for essential  regimes to change and a new cold war to fight.

But at least now everyone will have access to a swab after 3 fucking months as the disease spread, now revealed to have started here around January, as Pontius Pence recently announced that five million citizens got the COVID-19 tests as a harbinger of hope to get the nation’s economy up and running again.

And we will. It’s just another 317 million more citizens to go.

Then after that, while wearing cheap masks, rubber gloves and standing six feet apart as we do our collective daily grind to keep the capitalist system thriving making modest wages and making billionaires even richer, we collectively as a country will pull together to help President Trump Make Disasterland Great Again.

Executive Apocalypse: Stronghead Trump’s Shock Jock Doctrine Is Shaping And Destroying American Policies, American And Immigrant Lives, And Ultimately His Own Presidency And The Government He Swore To Uphold.

3kwTrump fondling Old Glory. Both in distress.

This is America

With 2 years of being President, in name and elected position only, Donald John Trump has seen his administration, policies and himself go through wild twists and turns, leaving a trail of domestic and societal wreckage that is still being spread with every signature, demented and illiterate tweets and words coming out his face anus.

What must have started off swell for him at the spring equinox, with the resignations of Homeland Security Secretary H.R. McMaster, Chief Economic Advisor Gary Cohn and Secretary Of State Rex Tillerson from his plutocabinet, ridding Trump of dissenting but sage advice on how to run the nation like an adult (an adult that’s redirecting wealth to the top 1%) and maintaining economic parity and some version of peace with our European allies has now devolved into a daily wrestling chair/ladder/table cage match show.

…and then along came Stormy.

Yowsah, Yowsah, Yowsah

Stormy Daniels, a voluptuous smokin’ hot woman and award-winning porn star actress who engaged in brief coitus on a boat with the President, led Trump to summon his devoted lawyer and patsy Michael Cohen to pay her $130,000 to keep quiet about the one-night stand and helped suppressed an interview she made with a celebrity tabloid magazine with it’s principal owner and CEO David Pecker, which all took place one month before Election Day 2016. But the payment was made through shady channels. When asked by reporters about this as he was about to enter a cabin on Air Force One, it may have been the first time in recorded history that Donald actually was stumped and conveyed a paralyzing fear.

snapshottrump

Since this made worldwide news, the Donald has been leading his country and conducting himself like a megalomaniacal hyperactive 300 pound gorilla with explosive diarrhea in the White House, throwing his shitty policies all over the walls and seeing what sticks, as a chunk of his plutocabinet bailed on him along with two of his personal attorneys, along with his post-election day firing of Jefferson Sessions, who the President always thought of as his own personal attorney.

As for his long-time personal lawyer, days after it was exposed of Cohen and Trump’s little collusion to shut down a salacious story by concocting a fake ass LLC and lame ass alias for Trump, David Dennison, to put a muzzle on Ms. Daniels and the immediate subsequent arrest and detainment of Cohen, it turns out he was also doing (actually yearning to do) some illicit lobbying through his shell company called Essential Consultants to get fat juicy tax payer funded contracts for Trump to dole out.

Now it turns out Cohen used his Essential Services LLC to financially muzzle a hot Playboy playmate from dishing about her sexual dalliance with Donny and also to pay off another Playboy model 2 million dollars about her affair with a major GOP fundraiser, using the aforementioned LLC and the same Dennison alias that was used for POTUS.

Now that all of Donnie’s sexual piccadillos and all the felonious cash laundering campaign law violating drama is clearly breaking his already addled brain, Trump, whilst implementing demented and doom-laden policy decisions had been making the rounds worldwide and embracing dictators with doe-eyed subservient zeal unfit for a man who has spent the first two years of his temp leadership role making outright and veiled threats on his social media feed.

But it isn’t like he’s become a different man. If there is a difference is that Trump is acting crazier than ever before and is actually showing outstanding vulnerabilities for a guy who has “great mental stability an is like a smart person” and who was once reputed to be according to a best selling autobiography, a deal artist. No, this is the same guy we (mostly everybody from New York City) have always known and this is the way he’s always operated.

A few news pieces surfaced that has practically defined Trump’s performance, agenda, and directives as the President. The first was by a senior staffer who described Trump’s tactics and directives in foreign policymaking as “We’re America, bitch!” and the second was the  more pointed retrospective observation by Leslie Stahl during an interview in May when she interviewed Trump after he won the nomination of the party he permanently neutered about why he continues to viciously attack journalists.

STAHL: …he’s attacking the press. And there were no cameras, there was nothing going on. And I said, “You know, that is getting tired, why are you doing this? You’re doing it over and over and it’s boring, it’s time to end that, you’ve won the nomination, and why do you keep hammering at this?” And he said: “You know why I do it? I do it to discredit you all and demean you all so when you write negative stories about me no one will believe you.”

This (not much of a) revelation shows that Donald John Trump has conducted and directed his presidency by the Shock Jock Doctrine. Not the delightful writer Naomi Klien’ landmark theory “The Shock Doctrine”, where the plotting and planning by insider politicos and their mercenary goons meticulously conquer and profit off of disasters, wars and coups, manipulating civic services and society as a whole. On the contrary, Trump’s “Shock Jock Doctrine” is what can be only discerned as the retarded version of it, as his policy and executive decisions do the same things but wind up with disastrous results on both the most vulnerable victims of them and eventually and humiliatingly towards the one individual, our executive in chief now known in New York’s criminal court system as Individual One, wielding them.

The Shock Jock Doctrine is inspired and defined by the syndicated radio and cable news talk show personalities of America: Hannity, Limbaugh, Savage, Alex Jones, the late Bill O’Riley etc. etc., men who spew extreme zealous polarizing opinions on how the government should be run. But Trump’s Shock Jock Doctrine more resembles Howard Stern, who Trump has mimicked his legendary format of crass insults and taking his oversexed radio theater objectifying and manhandling women to hedonistic power tripping levels, the latter no doubt verified by the pussy-grabbing claim he told Billy Bush 14 years ago.

But it also is glaringly affecting all his ill-thought foreign, domestic, immigration and economic policy decisions:

After writing his lie-positive polygraph signature on the executive order declaring Jerusalem the capital of Israel, the opening of the new embassy offices there was marred by the psychotic gunning down of Palestinian protesters approaching the Gaza border while unarmed and also while they were in the midst of praying. The IDF snipers also shot a 21-year-old woman to death while she was identifying herself as a nurse trying to help the already wounded; one of the near 300 Palestinians killed and 29,000 injured during the year long protest.

While meeting with North Korean dictator Kim-Jong Un, Trump and the dictator seemed to agreed to a de-nuclearization deal. Following their historic meeting, Trump came away with bizarre impressions from Kim, marveling at what a stronghead he is and how his oppressed citizenry worships him and would like Americans to stand at attention whenever he or his image manifests somewhere, further cementing Trump’s deep seated admiration for autocratic tyrannical regimes. Since then, North Korea has continued to violate sanctions by ramping up their nuclear capabilities and naval logistic fuel shipments.

Then there’s Saudi Arabia, over a year after the weapons deal that was Trump’s first visit with a foreign nation which the Sauds have used to fuel their monstrous and sadistic attacks on Yemen, Amazon/Washington Post journalist Jamal Kashoggi was brutally murdered in the Saudi embassy. He was jumped by 15 men and was butchered alive from a physician severing his body with a bone saw. Following blatant falsehoods from the Saudi Royals about the slaughter which devolved from claiming that Kashoggi left thru a back door; then claiming that he fought with the 15 men inside; then finally admitting the murder as ordered by Crown Prince Bin Salaam, as pictures showing a hazmat cleanup crew team arriving at the embassy and footage showing one of the assassins wearing Kashoggi’s clothes impersonating him despite having hair and the victim being bald; President Trump veered just as wild as the Saudi Royal Killers manipulation of their self-investigation (which included brazenly sending a hazmat cleanup crew as it was getting international news attention and condemnation), first believing their cockamamie results and then finally and literally accepting the murder, stating how much they are needed because of lots of money and jobs are at stake because of the weapons deal (but more likely it’s the petrodollar and their investments in high-end real estate, the latter most definitely deriving from Donald’s own portfolio; most recently in the Hyatt Hotel and the former DC Post Office). Trump pulling the U.S.A. out of the U.N.’s human rights council makes his solidarity with these human rights violators and modern dictatorships and modern apartheid in the case of Israel

There is also his self-described beautiful but inflation driving and business and employee killing tariffs on foreign countries. Recently anointing himself as Tariffman, these tariffs (along with the Oligarch Welfare Tax Cut of 2017) have blown up the national debt another two trillion dollars.

But most of all, there is what’s going on at the Mexican border. Following Trump’s campaign launching vitriol of Mexican rapists and killers (and some good people) and his tirade about shithole countries and continuing Barack Obama’s cruel deportation and rendition policies; Trump’s administration took it to a sadistically higher levels with AG Sessions Zero Tolerance declaration. Breaking families apart by separating children from their parents and locking them in modern day interment camps in a vain attempt to discourage all migrants from coming to America. Making migrants eat food that’s against their religious beliefs. Making kids sleep on the floor with foil blankets; injecting them with pyschotropic drugs without their or their parents permission, constant verbal and physical abuse from guards. Having injuries and maladies left untreated. Thousands of kids subjected to constant transfers to other “shelters” from east to west of this nation and not keeping track of them. Putting babies and toddlers in what’s called “tender age” interment centers, which akin to describing and herding them like they were veal.

Howard Stern’s influence can also be felt in Donald Trump’s choosing of acquaintances. Donald also has his own “wack pack” consisting of visitors like Kid Rock, Kanye West and the My Pillow Guy. But it has extended to even his dismantled plutocabinet, with the exodus of D.C. reporter, pundit and insider reputed rational adults like Gary Cohn, H.R. McMaster and Rex Tillerson, the ones remaining are all dimwitted characters. Education Secretary Besty Devos, who doesn’t know shit about education; Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, another dunce who was fortunate enough to have relatives in banking to enrich himself; HUD and Energy Secretaries Ben Carson and Rick Perry, who are basically slackers letting their departments do nothing as public housing rots and fossil fuel, fracking and coal companies get awarded public park lands for more planet damaging extraction and young ward adviser Jared Kushner, who despite also personally profiting immensely from his non-divested business in his time in the White is being played and owned by our Israeli and Saudi allies as they continue their oppression of their nation’s people.

But the biggest tell and blowback from Howard’s influence on Stronghead Trump, is the crank call he got from Stuttering John Melendez who imitated accused and exonerated crooked N.J. Senator Bob Menendez to persuade Trump to go easy on immigrants and select a moderate pick for the vacant at the time Supreme Court seat.

This was perhaps the greatest crank call in history (this one was formerly the greatest) and would had a longer shelf life in corporate news and talk shows if it wasn’t for the 24-7 half-second attention span news cycles because of corporate social media. Ironically, what did fill the void was Trump’s own wack packer version of Stuttering John, his actual personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani popping up on occasion giving outlandish and even incriminating defenses of Trump with his claims that his client is incapable of collusion because he’s president and how he can pardon himself if he is ever charged. But Rudy’s biggest and funniest gaffe was when he proclaimed to the nation that the truth isn’t the truth, making even a hack like Chuck Todd openly mock the once person of the year on Meet The Press.

Apparently, Trump hired Rudy mostly to represent him to normalize his own habitual sociopathic lying and kill the concept of moral sense at the same time.

And now we come to Trump’s piece de resistance and genesis program for his reason to exist as President, his fucking wall. After sending troops and making orders to shoot migrants if they throw rocks (which is wholly inspired by his pal Bibi Nethanyahu’s and his IDF’s tactics to oppress Palestinians protesters) and a Supreme Court decision to terminate his unconstitutional asylum ban, the Stronghead has gone head on and shut down the government (with the exception of the military) to get 5.6 billion dollars to build a useless wall (or fence) made of either concrete or steel slats or whatever and making shocking analogies of the construction of the wall with the invention of the wheel (these are his quotes/tweets).

Stronghead’s stubborn persistence for the Trump Wall has led to parks being inundated with garbage and feces, SNAP benefits and public housing services being cut to the poorest Americans, and over 800,000 workers being denied their paychecks, notably to those responsible to protecting our borders which President Motherfucker keeps bitching about, the immigration offices where people are getting hearing to become citizens and TSA security officers in the nation’s airports, where the majority of immigrants (and alleged terrorists) are actually arriving in! Stronghead Trump’s Wall stand is undermining and sabotaging the secure borders he claims he wants to protect!

The Stronghead President as managed to endure and finish two years of his first term with the Shock Jock Doctrine, but he and it is about to be tested with a Democratic majority in the House which he has immediately undermined with his government shutdown for his stupid fucking wall but is partially ignited by a new crop of fiery representatives that are calling and writing up articles of impeachment and with a current investigation into his crooked business dealings in his Trump foundation in New York and with Robert Mueller getting another six months with his investigation of Russian meddling in the 2016 election (nothing there) and the influence on Trump’s campaign and policy making (very likely). And with three major cabinet positions filled with interim acting appointees and his NSA Advisor John Bolton discrediting Trump’s proclaimed Isis victory and promise to bring home thousands of troops by announcing that the troops are remaining indefinitely, it starting to look like there are machinations being made en route to persuade the Stronghead to resign and Mike Pence taking over the Presidency just in time for the State of the Union address in a few weeks.

Now Trump is about to go on national T.V. and address the nation that he is going to the border himself to make his case for his fucking wall. Who knows what is going to spew from his faceanus to justify the construction of it and the funding for it now. But that’s why we will all tune in. Because the reason why we used to listen to Shock Jocks like the King Of All Media and in the last 5 years President Trump is that we want to hear what crazy offensive shit he will say next. The distinction with the Stronghead is that we really don’t have any other choice and can’t change the station and our 4G cellphones.

Because his vulgarities have an effect on everyone and the state of the union and also has had a deleterious effect on our infrastructure too (which he still hasn’t paid any attention to  since announcing last year for a trillion dollar plan to improve it), but not only on the roads and highways of America but on the proverbial high road. Because three years of talking shit, dispensing insults and veiled and directed threats, the high road has been condemned.

To be continued…
