New Bad Days 59: Police Officer Gets Surrounded By Drunk Derelicts Then Drops Them One By One After Responding To A Citizen’s Complaint In A Train Station; Queens Con Ed Power Plant Transformer Explosion Fire Cracks The Sky And Social Media But Still No Revelations About Why It Happened; An Elderly Woman Gets Beaten Down By A Career Thug In Her NYCHA Apartment Building With Broken Locks; A Man Sneaks Into A House And Attacks A Woman In The Bedroom With Her Baby And While Her Husband Was In The Shower; Three City Bus Thefts Occur In Two Weeks, The Last Two By Teenage Hooligans; A Scumbag Steals A Motorized Wheelchair From A Handicapped Woman Who Needs It To Go To School And Shooting Heroin And Littering Needles In Public Parks Has Become Expected And Normalized By The Mayor And The NYPD

Manhattan

In the Lower East Side at the East Broadway Station, 5 drunk men attacked a cop on the platform who was responding to a complaint a woman made of being sexually harassed by them. The fiends got dropped one by one as the cop kicked each fiend in the midsection as they approached and defended himself with his baton as they kept coming at him. The last moron tried to catch the cop on a blind side but he caught him and barely got a hand on him and the dumbass fell backwards on the tracks. This is the best police work in real time I’ve seen in years. Ultimately, the cop’s bravery has been all for naught because of the city’s laws stressing leniency towards public drunkenness and public urination AND defecation, these derelicts were processed at the station as drunk and disorderly and were released without charges despite threatening to assault and endangering the life of a police officer. The main problem with this is that the NYPD only initially charged them with vagrancy which gave D.A. Vance (who sucks at his job) no choice but to release them, even though it stems from his ruling that decriminalized subway fare beating. Somehow, sleeping on the subway platform and attacking a cop are seemingly also exempt from prosecution.

Police officer Syed Ali, is a combat Army veteran who served in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and was himself profiled for being Muslim and detained by TSA officers a year ago at JFK airport which stemmed from the effects of President Trump’s travel ban. As for the five wastes of life, they are back on the street and in the subway although three of them will finally face assault charges after much protestation by the citizenry and Officer Ali’s fellow cops. Too bad citizens who are related to victims of excessive force can’t get the same belated justice.

In Midtown, a man shoved a police officer on patrol by St Patricks Cathedral, injuring his wrist and elbow and another man swung at a cop inside a McDonalds on 8th Ave.

Also in Midtown,a corner newsstand suddenly went on fire.

In Harlem, a man died after arguing with a man who stole his cellphone as the thief knocked him to the ground when he tried to get it back.

Also in Harlem, a delivery man hit a transit cop with his e-bike motorcycle while riding drunk.

In East Harlem, a 12-year-old boy was caught in the shot in the leg in front of a deli.

In Downtown, a man recklessly driving his car with his dog riding shotgun, clipped another car while speeding and caused it to flip over and catch fire, killing the driver. Then crashed into two other moving vehicles and two parked vehicles, injuring three others and then tried to run away from the wreckage he caused.

In Greenwich Village, a man who attempted to break into an apartment building cut open his hand punching it through the door window, then got arrested after he called 911 and tried to blame it on a Hispanic man. The skel has 77 prior arrests in the past 30 years.

In Kips Bay, a homeless man brutally attacked a bus driver by reaching through the window and punching her multiple times in the face and chest while she was in her drivers seat.

In Downtown Manhattan at the Fulton Street Subway Hub, a woman mugged another woman for her coat by punching her in a bathroom.

In Chelsea, a man killed himself when he fell on the tracks walking between cars as the 2 train ran over him passing the 23rd Street Station.

In the Upper East Side, another man killed himself by falling on the tracks walking between cars on the Q train as it was moving, making it the fourth time in December that commuters got killed attempting this. No word yet if these were suicides or just lethal clumsiness.

In Greenwich Village, a man killed himself falling from a balcony of an apartment building where he smoked cigarettes.

In the East Village, a delivery man who parked his car in front of the Hells Angels Club to make a food delivery to an apartment building and was yelled at by a man telling him to move his vehicle. When the delivery guy returned he was confronted then beaten up by two men as one wrapped his arms around the victims neck while his buddy repeatedly punched him in the face.

Also in the East Village, a woman had her cellphone stolen by another woman who hugged her while saying goodbye in a bar.

Again in the East Village, a homeless man was found dead lying on the sidewalk.

On a crowded 4 or 5 train, let’s assume it’s Midtown, a homeless man sprawled on the entire bench whipped out his pecker and waved it around pissing on the floor like he was Jackson Pollack as the urine cascaded down as the train rolled. Then the bum went back to his nap while commuters seem to be adjusted to such a blight of humanity.

Queens

In Steinway, the sky above Northwest Queens and the South Bronx radiated with an encapsulating electric blue blast emanating from a group of explosions of transformers at the Con Ed power plant. Scaring the shit out of the residents of nearby Astoria and L.I.C..

After Con Ed released a statement reassuring the brief electrical fire yet encompassing, frightening and disaster movie resembling energy withdrawal was under control on social media followed by replies by citizens busting out with the film references this resembled (from Thor landing (mine) and the manifestation of Gozer) the fire was doused and everything was fine and normal. Until the corporate local news teams covered this non-stop for the entire weekend.

Eagle staff photo(Queens Eagle)

The only question that has not been asked during all that CNN-like pointless coverage is how this happened. There wasn’t a major storm that would normally cause something this major. The last time this happened was at the Con Ed plant in the East Village during hurricane Sandy. This might be premature and reactionary, but maybe…maybe the plants can’t handle all the power consumption generated from with the influx of new young professionals and posers that have populated NW Queens, crowding and inflating the rents in Astoria.

056.jpgJust one street on Long Island City. This was from a year ago, they are finished and occupied. (JQ LLC)

And of course, doubtlessly from Long Island City, with all that tower hyperdevelopment, it’s an easy bet that too much energy is being consumed over there. What’s going to happen when Bezos and amazon’s gentries come to the area? (since the latter are already rapidly buying condos). Will the truth come out or will it be one of those #thingstheydidnttellamazon.

But for now, since this disturbing incident has predictably subsided in this 86,000 second social media driven news cycle, all heads must focus on whether Grover said fucking on Sesame Street.

In Laurelton, a man tried to board a bus without paying then punched the driver’s face multiple times when he told him to get off.

In Jamaica, a fire broke out in a storefront church and engulfed the apartments above it, killing a 64-year-old man and an 86-year-old man.

Also in Jamaica, a pimp that regularly beat, tortured and robbed a woman he exploited forcing her into prostitution got caught when he hit her with a wooden plank just to get $40 from her.

Again in Jamaica, the rear wall of an abandoned church collapsed to the ground. Neighboring residents have filed complaints to the D.O.B. about the building for 2 years.

In Jackson Heights, a disabled 18-year-old woman’s wheelchair worth $6,000 was stolen by a lowlife who clipped the chain off a fence it was attached to outside the home on Christmas Day. The mother chose to leave it outside because it was too heavy to carry to her second floor apartment.

Also in Long Island City, a man hammered down a wall and broke into an office building and robbed a bunch of handbags worth over $9,000

In Bayside, this months FDNY calendar fireman model bashed a bottle over another man’s head during an argument in front of a bar.

Also in Flushing and Ridgewood, a hipster robbed $8,500 from bank ATM’s by using duplicated debit cards.

Again in Flushing, a woman kidnapped the baby Jesus from a manger at a church.

In Richmond Hill, a teenage male ripped the cellphones out of the hands of two people while whizzing by them on a bike

Cops have not released much information on why he was there and he is now on the loose in a residential neighborhood.

Again in South Ozone Park and Richmond Hill, a man held up four women at gunpoint in the last three weeks, robbing three woman of their cellphones and cash and knocking down a 60-year-old woman to the ground who resisted and snatched her purse and cellphone.

In Ozone Park, a homeless man was found dead inside a van in a junkyard.

In Woodhaven, a massive fire engulfed a three floor mixed use commercial and residential apartment building.

Also in Maspeth, two men were walking around the town with a shopping cart ripping off package deliveries in front of houses. The cart pusher got arrested. (#BoycottAmazon)

In Sunnyside, a driver speeding on the L.I.E. lost control and flipped his car over and crashed at an exit.

In St. Albans, a fire broke out on the top floor of an apartment building, killing a teenage girl and injuring two women.

Brooklyn

In Coney Island, a man broke into 88-year-old woman’s apartment in a NYCHA building on 7 a.m. Christmas morning and beat her down as she laid in her bed as he shouted and demanded where the money was. After he ransacked her dresser drawers, he continued to beat her up on her bed and continued assaulting her after she pressed her life alert alarm and screamed causing him to run away.

The victim’s building does not have functioning locks on the doors, which were damaged during Hurricane Sandy six years ago, and is only manned by security guards during the day and not after 8 p.m.. The senior citizen also left her door ajar because she was expecting her home health aide, which the creep easily took advantage of.

The prowler eventually got arrested and was unsurprisingly found to have served in prison twice before. He had the audacity to blame the mismanagement and gross neglect by NYCHA (even this guy is right about that) for invading the woman’s home and his brutal assault on her, even though some mook on the grounds encouraged him to go in that building to “get money” because the doors were unlocked. Rikers is going to have to stay open a little bit longer.

In Brownsville at the Sutter Ave. Station, a man stepped off the L train and was ambushed by four men who jumped him and beat him down on the platform, kicking and punching him on the floor then robbing his backpack, phone, and headphones and leaving him bloody with a broken nose and swollen eye. The four thieves escape from the train stalled at the station by jumping over the metal ropes between the cabin cars.

In East New York, three teenage boys stole a city bus and went on a joyride ending up at South Conduit ave just a few miles away. MTA officials were not sure how they were able to steal it, but an incident that happened regarding another bus theft in the Bronx mentioned here later should debunk that denial.

Also in East New York, a woman about to enter her home was held up at gunpoint by two men and robbed her of her purse.

In Vinegar Hill at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, a man held up a business office at gunpoint and robbed $800 and a cellphone from a woman employed there.

Also in Cypress Hills, a woman was held up at gunpoint by a man in broad daylight and robbed of her wallet and cellphone.

In Sheepshead Bay, a man ripped off a cellphone from a store and a worker gave chase. The man then ran up the elevated train station and tried to flee on the tracks and wound up dead when an express Q train hit him.

In Crown Heights, a man jimmied a lock of an apartment building with a screwdriver and robbed a package containing sunglasses worth over $1,000 from the vestibule.

In DUMBO at the York St. Station, a man kicked and punched a commuter in the stomach and head on the F train during an argument over a seat.

In Sunset Park, a cockfighting ring in a barber shop was raided by police and arrested it’s manager.

In Williamsburg, a man forced opened a door of an apartment building and robbed a package containing shoes that was left in front of a tenants door.

In Bed-Stuy, a 58-year-old disabled woman died of a heart attack in her apartment as EMT’s couldn’t get to her because of the dilapidation of the building from the roof collapsing months before made access impossible.

Also in Bed-Stuy, a man was paddled 200 times on his ass after partying with a fraternity group in a brownstone building.

In Brighton Beach, a 64-year-old woman was jumped from behind in her apartment by a  man who shoved her to the floor and robbed her of 12 bucks.

Also in Brighton Beach, a woman washed up dead on the shore by the boardwalk.

Bronx

In Eastchester, a fat slovenly man sneaked into a house in the late afternoon and attacked a woman who was lying in her bedroom with her 2-year-old son in a crib by her. The man took a jumping rope and tried to tie her up as the child was screaming, the woman fought him off but was grabbed and strangled by the deviant as she was furiously knocking on the bathroom door to get her husband to come out of the shower. He came out and punched the invader who then ran away leaving his rope behind. The family just moved into that home after being homeless for half a year.

In Charlotte Gardens, a crew of five men broke into a supermarket, cracked the safe and robbed it of $21,000. It was the eight business they have burglarized in the past 4 months in the borough by cracking safes and busting open ATM’s stealing a total of over $166,000.

In Mount Eden, an off-duty traffic cop involved in a car wreck took out a machete to confront the other driver.

In University Heights at the 183rd St. Station, a man got on the 4 train, sat next to a 4-year-old girl and slid his grimy hand underneath her to cop a feel. He then threatened her mother when she yelled at him then got off at Grand Central.

In Hunts Point, a man snatched a crate of beer off a freight train and got killed by another one as he crossed the tracks running away.

In Riverdale, an 80-year-old man slipped under a city bus when he tried to get on and the driver crushed his legs under the rear wheels as he kept going.

In Longwood, a man stole a city bus from an MTA yard and drove it around for 8 hours, going to Queens and back. Transit system workers were not even aware it was missing and one bus driver pointed out that all you have to do to start the engine is to press a button.

And again in Longwood, six teenagers stole another bus that was left parked in front of a shopping mall and went on a triboro tour cruising through the Bronx then Queens and Brooklyn and ditching the bus a half a mile away from where they stole it. This makes it the third time an MTA vehicle was robbed in two weeks.

https://thenypost.files.wordpress.com/2018/05/180522-saint-marys-park-needles-feature-image.jpg?quality=90&strip=all&w=618&h=410&crop=1

In Mott Haven at St. Mary’s Park, despite a city program to tamp down on heroin abuse heroin addict littering by placing receptacle boxes for the needles and other works has barely made a dent (or a jab), as needles and vials are still being disposed on the grounds in full view by the junkies, who according to one honest addict observed that those boxes give them permission to shoot up with impunity.

At St. Marys, over 20,000 needles were found on the grounds where citizens and families go and kids play. The grounds that Mayor Big Slow de Blasio exhorted to critics that would not be ceded when he announced the 60 million dollar social engineering policy to place 60 kiosks to place at 3 parks including this one. That’s 1 million dollars for each smack waste basket and they are only being utilized by junkies barely above 10% of the time. Not in Central Park or Carl Schulz by Gracie Mansion. Not even by Prospect Park which is near his own home in Park Slope.

After acknowledging the failure, Mayor Big Slow and NYC Parks decided to go back to the city largesse again for $350,000 and hire six big hearted individuals to clean up the dope fiend detritus and another 450 large for mental health workers to aide junkies to rehab centers. NYC Parks already has over 50 people cleaning up these biohazard materials. So that algae that is amassing at your area parks lake is going to have to wait.

To be fair, St. Mary’s is actually an ideal place to implement a needle disposal program, despite how stupid it is, for that park has been a junkie haven for decades. And it’s understandable why addicts don’t want to go near those boxes for fear of the cops popping up to cuff them, but mostly because they are too loaded and and too weak to clean up after themselves. But it’s clear they have nothing to fret because they continue to shoot out in the open even though the NYPD presence at St. Mary’s had spiked (pun intended) after a NY Post reporter witnessed five of them getting doped up.

As for the citizenry and the children of Mott Haven who frequent St. Mary’s, they are collectively pretty much jaded and sick of hearing the empty declarations and promises from Mayor Big Slow and also say they haven’t seen any punitive actions or even the slightest hassle towards the junkies from the cops as well. The only reported recent action and admonishment by police to move along was toward a father and his son, who were in the park riding their bikes and sat by a bench where one of those needle boxes. Surely knowing how bizarre that look, the cops also hassled 3 addicts and searched them in a token act of law enforcement. It’s like the NYPD is enforcing Murphy’s Law to manage this societal malaise.

The NYPD was thinking of their safety of course and also not to disrupt de Faustio’s social engineering debacle, but for the law abiding people and innocent kids it’s just another blight they have to get adjusted to as their towns slowly become “opportunity zones” for oligarchs and wealthy developers and investors to profit from.

One last thing. The cops are treating the Bronx junkies with kid gloves while they had no problem slapping the cuffs on thousands and thousands of Black and Puerto Rican people for smoking and possessing pot during de Faustio’s 5 years corrupting City Hall.

Staten Island

In Port Richmond, a man whose car was sideswiped from a hit-and-run driver followed the perpetrator to his job at a deli and walked in there brandishing a metal bat and challenged the man to step outside, where he swung at his arms and legs then ran away.

In Great Kills, a man robbed $30 off an 87-year-old woman who was heading to the mailbox to send a stack of Christmas cards she was carrying.

Also in Great Kills, a man driving drunk crashed his car into an elevated train track post.

Also in New Springville, two was arrested for robberies of tech gadgets worth five grand from two stores at the Staten Island Mall

In Cottage Place, a woman through her cat out of her window, causing the feline to lose a leg.

Federal SNAP Cuts Are Driving New York City’s Poor People, Government Agencies And City Cops To Take Drastic And Society Dismantling Chances

https://cdn3.img.sputniknews.com/images/107056/48/1070564859.pngYes, that is the baby’s head that cop is palming.

Boerum Hill, Brooklyn And Inwood, Manhattan, New York, U.S.A.

The scene was at a Human Resources Administration office in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. A mother with her 1-year-old child along with many others were waiting four hours to get assistance to get or recover SNAP benefits that were suddenly denied to them.

Reportedly, the woman, Jazmine Headley was there addressing her difficulty getting a work voucher and SNAP benefits was frustrated about her desperate situation that it led to an argument between her and the HRA staffers.

Compounding this fracas, the place was so crowded with people waiting for over four hours to get help that HRA apparently (or allegedly) ran out of chairs, leading Ms. Headley and her child no choice but to sit on the floor against the wall, which apparently didn’t sit well with the authority figures there, who then ordered HRA’s contractor security guards to command her to get up. When the Ms. Headley profusely refused they called 911 and have some police officers bounce her and her child out. Then all hell broke loose.

The video is a veritable play by play of current arbitrary police procedure. Although violently pulling an infant is a new one. How the cop managed to physically tear that kid from her mother’s arms while she was prone on the ground with 3 other cops wrestling her and not breaking his body can be considered a miracle and also if there is a NYPD training session with a doll for this type of situation. Another new one is pulling a taser and pointing it at the horrified crowd. But the usual method is in play here, like having cops or agents (like those two wearing suits) act as a shield to prevent witnesses from filming with cellphones.

The woman was eventually arrested and was quickly put through the justice system. As she faced a judge it was not only for resisting arrest and other charges brought about from the struggle with police, but also a warrant over her use of another person’s credit card. Then she was sent to Rikers Island.

This grotesque and cruel incident has gives the impression that being poor and complaining about being denied due benefits, as well as sitting on the floor against the wall in a spacious room, is now a crime in New York City.

But new information has come out in the aftermath and it has actually made this look worse for all individuals involved, and it doesn’t seem that an incident like this can even be preventable in the near future.

Being justifiably frustrated and pissed off about her SNAP benefits vanishing and missing a day at work at a job she just got and not being able to get a sitter for her child, Ms. Headley was inconsolable and took out her frustration on the HRA peace officers and workers there by profusely cursing them out. It turned out that they had spare chairs and the child was in a stroller but she refused them in a mixture of protest and spite and wound up sitting on the floor with her son.

Then the cops showed up and in another video from the front angle showed how the brutal wresting of the child began. At first it was calm has the woman was lying down on the floor protecting her baby, then the ill-thought procedure commenced and it gets worse from there. Where you can see the three cops trying to pry the child from the mother’s arms who continues to resist. You can also see the HRA agent aggressively pulled the mother’s arms and also the mother’s terrible misjudgement of wrapping her legs around and also hitting her son on the head in a vain attempt to stop them from taking him. Ms. Headly also bit the guards who tried to detain her prior to the cops showing up.

Despite the later reports on Ms. Headley and the phsyical risk she inflicted on her child, it still does not compare to the arbitrary, callous and crass handling of her situation. That is still a one-year-old child. A fragile human being. The way to handle it would have been to exercise patience and continue to talk to her and persuade her to settle down. It would have taken a while but she would have probably calmed down if they convinced her about putting her child at risk by not cooperating. Besides, it wasn’t like there was any progress going on at that SNAP center if hundreds were already waiting to be served.

But nothing can beat the half-assed empathy statements and obligatory indignation from top city officials:

From NYPD Commissioner O’Neal: “Thank goodness nobody was hurt, or at least at the time nobody reported any injuries” (What he meant to say: Thank goodness nobody reported any injuries)

From Mayor de Blasio, who noted how disturbed he was when he saw the footage, and deferred to the NYPD and HRA to get to the “bottom of it”, once again gutlessly passing the buck and shirking responsibility, leadership. And also judgement, because that HRA center security guards are provided by FJC Securities, which is already in hot water for their coverup of a man getting beat down by their guards in a homeless shelter in Brooklyn.

And most notably, the scornful avoidance and willful ignorance of the incident as shown by the pseudo-official wife of the mayor, co-mayor Chirlane McCray. As a reporter tried to question her, a woman (who was either one of her overpaid aides or a cop doing security) shoved her and made sure she kept a steady and long distance from the so-called feminist and tireless advocate for women.

Rosa Goldensohn on Twitter: “.@NYCFirstLady asked about Jazmine Headley arrest: “No comment.”… “

As for the authority figures involved in the melee’, the two HRA security guards who initially were dealing with Ms. Headley’s frustration and her volatile actions wound being suspended for a month and the cops involved with the physical extraction of the child and pulled a taser out to make the crowd disperse who were filming it will not face any disciplinary action. And also will not be identified because of the 50A provision civil rights law being profusely exploited by the NYPD to protect misbehaving and rogue cops.

The biggest tragic irony behind this is provided by well-meaning and tech-worshipping incompetent city officials. As the head honcho at HRA, Steven Banks, decided to make applying for and conducting benefit transfers for SNAP benefits through online applying through an app despite the fact that Trump and the Republican House have devoured funding from the program through draconian budget cuts which has rendered this convenience for millions of citizens who applied online for this arrangement being left in the lurch. As for SNAP, well that funding had to be diverted to pay for the oligarch welfare tax cut bill that was ratified last year by the wealthy hedonist Congressional and Senate officials and signed by the Sharpie-wielding President and also to the Pentagon for another 700+ billion dollars for the war on terror and now cyberwarfare.

Despite the booming economy, this money has not trickled down to those who need services the most, notably the working poor, who are having trouble buying food combined with the astronomically inflated rising cost of living in the five boroughs. Which includes the hundreds at Boerum Hill waiting for the aid they expected and those who suddenly had them ripped from them without notice.

Which now also includes a man who was recently victimized by government inaction and decided he was not going to take it anymore. At an HRA center in Inwood in Manhattan, Davaun Fournillier destroyed a laptop belonging to a worker while demanding to have his benefits restored and made sure to remind the staff there that “we’re not in Brooklyn” in obvious reference to the chaotic incident just a barely over a week agothen broke the wrist of a HRA guard who tried to handcuff him and detained him for the cops to arrive. When they cops showed up, they did nothing because they “didn’t know what to do”, even though Mr. Fournillier’s daughter was alone in another room waiting and they wouldn’t even call ACS or notify the child’s mom. Ironically, the prior incident in Boerum Hill has made the NYPD virtually handcuffed to respond to emergency situations at welfare offices. Not ironic and what is now atypical NYPD procedure, is that cop who said that and did not help identity’s also not being disclosed to the public.

This year of 2018 has bared witness to a lot of dystopian systematic bullshit and incompetence embedded in our government services that to summarize it would take a massive tome or 5 GB PDF file. But what happened this December at two welfare offices might have to suffice for now. And it may just be the genesis of a burgeoning insurrection that will unfold if this doesn’t get staunched. For what Ms. Headly did when she also endangered her child and what Mr. Fournillier did when he took his rage out on and assaulted that security officer which has made his personal situation even more dire now that he is facing charges and fines, were acts of resistance towards a broken unfair system still favoring the most wealthy and powerful, enabled by opportunistic selfish politicians who are using people hired to enforce the laws and maintain order as cudgels to defend these fugazi bureaucracies as taxpayer funded services continue to lag for people to desperate and to dependent on their stagnating paychecks and trying to survive under crushing economic inequities to live in NYC to fight back.

It’s not (yet), but it’s a telling start.

Brooklyn

In Canarsie, an FBI agent got shot in a drive-by, hitting him in the shoulder, which led the agent to fire at the fleeing suspects who were shooting back. The suspect and his accomplice stupidly ditched his bullet-ridden car in a chop shop and then went to the nearest hospital to treat his gun shot wound where he claimed he was innocent bystander that got hit in a crossfire.

https://proxy.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftribwpix.files.wordpress.com%2F2016%2F03%2Fimg_0686.jpg%3Fquality%3D85%26strip%3Dall%26w%3D1200&f=1

And again in East New York, cops responding to an emergency hit a man on the sidewalk and broke his legs and crashed into a tree when they swerved around a child standing on the street.

And again in East New York, a food delivery riding home from work on his electronic motored bicycle motorcycle got killed when he got run over by a box-truck driver that recklessly turned into him and kept going, dragging him under and down the road. An NYPD has determined that other causes of victim’s death besides being crushed by a 3 ton vehicle driven by an psychotically aggressive driver making a sharp swift turn was that his helmet was too loose. (Note the split second that the victim was hit on the corner).

In Prospect Park, a 58-year-old woman was attacked from behind by a man who pushed her into a van and raped her under a park bench, then he busted a window in a van and forced her inside and sexually assaulted her then robbed 10 bucks from her purse and ran away.

In Brownsville, a man that arranged to sell his sneakers on an app got jacked and beat down by three men in his apartment then stole his kicks and $125 from him.

Drag queen icon RuPaul is also a big fan.

This is not progressive, and it’s absolutely not empowering for the transgender community. If anything it mocks and reinforces stereotypes of them. And this audience at that club discredits any progress they have made in society by exploiting this child even if they will vociferously claim they are not. Imagine if Scores, The Hustler Club or the revived Playboy Club put an 11-year-old girl on stage doing a similar act or gyrating on a stripper pole and having horny men high on coke and 24-year-old single malt scotch throwing money and shouting expletives at her. I wonder what the consequences would be for those businesses. And goddamn right they would deserve to be obliterated.

As for his parents, they are fine with it because they are both unemployed, broke and desperate and their trannie kid is their meal ticket. Which is apparently why they have to blow off common sense and to resort to exploit their child just to live in fucking gentrified Brooklyn as well as surviving in a dire straits economic class and a government that panders to the wealthiest. And it’s being enabled, accepted from and normalized by the culturally bankrupt but immensely profitable mainstream and social media. So this latent pedophilia will continue unabated.

By the way, where the fuck is the Night Mayor?

Manhattan

ny-1544209465-08grgbmx4u-snap-imageDo you know who he is? Do you, you fucking asshole? No? Fuck you too fuckers!

In Downtown at that den of iniquity honest graft manufacturing plant City Hall, a deplorable, entitled city judge and appointed official by Mayor de Blasio who was accompanied by an entourage went bonkers when a cop assigned to check visitors at the front gate asked for his identification and the reason for his business in the taxpayer funded government office to allow access in. And he responded with the proclamation “Do you know who I am?”,denouncing her as a “babe”, told her to fuck off and threatened her livelihood by claiming that he could get her fired.

He continued to barrage other cops with degrading insults and vulgarities despite being documented by another cop equipped with a bodycam and his warning the prima donna judge that he was going to inform the supervisor. The “supervisor” in charge of the mayor’s security detail told the cop that was targeted by this arrogant judge not to file any complaint with her union.

The judge’s tirade and blatant, brazen disrespect towards this cop stems from the Mayor’s decision to transfer police disciplinary cases from the Civilian Complaint Review Board to the recently assembled Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH, get it! Today’s breed of city appointed officials sure love anagrams) that this fucking asshole has been assigned to and is sworn to judiciously uphold. So naturally, Mayor Big Slow will say nothing about this embarrassing incident and abuse of power and position of a member of his big club either, even though he had prior outbursts with other officials in two meetings. In imitation of President Trump’s refusal to hear the Kashoggi murder tapes, the weak ass Mayor refuses to see the body cam footage from the cops cameras of his judicial picks’ vulgar tirade. Boss Tweed is rubbing his belly and laughing in his grave.

Which he solicits to commuters to mention and check out. There are times when he actually opens the door for them, encouraging the farebeating and making a mockery of Transit President Andy Byford who claims he wants to deter such illicit and costly fund losing behavior. Despite correspondence from NYPD transit, this video is strangely still on Youtube. I smell a motherfucking rat.

Persistent And Widespread Illegal Use Of Motored Bicycles, Motored Scooters And Motored Skateboards Inspires N.Y. City Council To Legalize Them.

https://durlyworld.files.wordpress.com/2017/08/boosted.pngClockwise left to right, motor vehicles.

New York, N.Y.

There are lots and lots of problems with this city. Understandably and obviously with commutes because of the MTA’s spiraling decay and making a living in the service industry if you can’t afford a vehicle, insurance and the scarcities and expenses of parking and the abominable state of mass transit and lousy conditions of the roads on the streets and highways. So your New York City Council is looking to remediate these problems by legalizing electronic motored bicycles (unlicensed motorcyles) and electronic motor scooters.

Now yours truly is a rider of a manual functioning bike (a bicycle) so there is going to be a heavy bias against these alleged “environmental friendly” vehicle menaces. But these kinds of motorcycles have been used by restaurant delivery men for almost a decade and now the streets are inundated with them because of the app food delivery industry. The predominance of them actually equal the amount of app hail car service vehicles.

To get to the point of this screed, a vast majority of these license plate less motorcycle riders are the biggest and most consistent scofflaws around. Have always been and have got even worse. Running the reds, riding on sidewalks and the opposite direction, even while going on their top speed, which can be up to 25 to 30 mph. These motored cycle riders will even cut you off you off or brush you by if they even get a millimeter of space.

And despite the occasional NYPD sweep of these motorcycles (because that’s what they are;. don’t like the liberty I am taking with this, fuck you) the recklessness still persists. Because of the rabid demands of instant gratification and convenience of their customers hungering for their afternoon specials and 10 dollar ramen and salads.

The asinine thing about this is not that they’re going to be mandated street legal, is that these elected hacks have been oblivious to these silent machines for about a decade. And it wouldn’t be a damn surprise if they have ordered from these habitual road rule breakers themselves. But it’s certain that their millenial-aged aides sure have.

But the only way to justify this is because last summer this city legalized these motorcycles just as they instituted a bike share borough wide program that included two startups putting them out (all of them immensely failed and now phased out entirely by shCitiBike, now owned by Lyft, ensuring it’s monopoly), which was blatantly unfair to delivery workers who were getting fined 500 bucks and having their motorcycles confiscated for riding the same things as the bike share customers use for commuting to train stations and hip beer halls.

So that’s the only “good” thing about this law is that it will relieve a lot of grief and will cease the blatant arbitrary discrimination against them, even though this could have been solved if there were fines to the restaurants and the app-start ups for encouraging and enabling their delivery workers to use these motorcycles in the first place instead of leveling it on the scofflaw yet struggling riders. As for this will encourage them to be responsible and respectful of traffic rules, don’t bet on it. Food delivery has become a race to the bottom dog eat dog competition and these workers have to work long hours and fast to make their commissions and tips, especially to afford the exorbitant inflating rents to live in this fucking town.

Now the very bad things. The use of electric scooters has been prevalent in Manhattan and NW Brooklyn and Queens for quite a few years and has seen a growth spurt since springtime. Because of the looming apocalypse that will spring forth from the L Train Canarsie Tunnel shutdown for a year (5 minutes to midnight), hipster pandering twit City Councilman Rafael Espinal is super motivated for this bill to clear being that a shady scooter rideshare startup he’s got a hardon for called Bird is looking to corner the market for their “service”, especially since they blatantly threw their motor scooters on the streets surreptitously with absolutely no permission at all so they can establish themselves and corner the market and monopolize it. Which is the number one reason why these bad motor scooters should not be on the streets, especially the ones with the BIRD label.

And those BIRD motherfuckers are recidivist offenders too. But it’s in the nature of these tech douches to drop their shitty ideas and induce it on the communities in their lame warm and funny deceptive interpretations of sharing and caring for the environment.  Like the stupid bikeshares, when your done with your scooter you can just leave it on the ground for the next customer to use it. The prospect of this will foster pollution with selfish users leaving them on peoples yards, street curbs and sidewalks. And being that these bike and scooter share programs also foster gentrification while backed by billion dollar investments (!!!) it will see it’s share of activist vandalism.

These things are accidents waiting to happen, and going by the way of their users it’s inevitable. Compounding this certainty is that motor scooter rideshare programs in other cities, which not so coincidentally BIRD is the dominant provider (and also LIME), has been bared witness to a influx of their customers going to the hospitals with head injuries, bone fractures and skin abrasions. A lot of these people get a first impression of how they look so much like toys that they forget what going 15 mph feels like. It’s fine on a regular bike when you pedal and gather momentum and maintain balance, it’s another thing and a big risk when you step on a skinny board and press the button and it speeds off and you land on your ass.

Like most motorcycle riders, the ones who get adjusted and are already skilled at operating motor scooters and own their own ride like dicks; cutting off pedestrians, running lights, swerving in front of cars (especially while they are turning) and even side swiping and cutting off regular bike riders.

But these fucking cunts are nothing compared to the number one and most ignored and unacknowledged scourge by our council members, the motorized skateboard. These things have been around for about 2 to 3 years. (I might have saw the prototype of this while riding up the Williamsburg Bridge on morning when some asshole whizzed by me thisclose as he passed). These manchild toys can go up to 25 mph and maybe a little more, having witnessed one douche snake through steady traffic and beating them to an intersection and making the next one by himself. They also get pretty obnoxious with the liberty they have because of the enhanced speed of their toys, which is akin to when Hummers were ruling the roads and monopolizing the lanes. Some of these skater pissants are so overconfident they are texting and drinking coffee while riding on them (see above). Habits that will usually get you pulled over by cops if you are driving your car or truck. Yet I have never seen any of these users pulled over once or even a ticket sweep stopping them, considering they are technically going over the required speed limit at times. And why not? Because the majority of these passive arrogant commuters are young upwardly motor boosted mobile predominantly vanilla hipsters. It’s preposterous that motor(ed bi)cycle food delivery riders got pulled over from time to time, while the NYPD and the Mayor let these skater cretins get away without even a verbal warning or even a cheesy PSA poster stressing taking safety precautions

There will be some who will read this and observe sour grapes and old fogey griping, because in this greedy and selfish culture, this generation of kidults loves to malign what they call “haters” who hate their asinine habits and reinforces ageism against those who are older that criticize their naked aggressive haughtiness. But it is preposterously unfair that these dicks are buzzing around the city (and cities) with these motored boards going the same speed limit as cars while they are not even properly secured by anything. Like say a car’s exterior, seat belts or even handlebars to balance and steer on. The same thing with these stupid uniwheels, whose users are just as reckless, arrogant and obtuse.

And while the city council promote this bill, they still have not acknowledged these motor skateboards at all. In fact it is not even known if these boards are even mentioned in the city or state regarding vehicle regulations. I surmise even tricycles, big wheels and radio flyer wagons have actual regulations for their usage.

Well, with this law about to be written up,  the wishy washy weak ass Mayor de Blasio will support it once it’s expedient. And it can’t be anymore expedient thanks to perpetual leniency towards the use of these motored cycles and scooters for the past few years and continues to this day. And now these fucking motorized skateboards will surely and sneakily sidle in to be included, kinda like how their impatient users take advantage of space to get through no matter how narrow.

But it has to be done because it’s become a part of society now. And all mass transportation is at an apocalyptic state. Mostly it’s for the sake to get people moving no matter what the cost. And these scooters will cost a lot, it takes a buck to turn on and adds fees for every other minute, it will probably be cheaper and safer to take a dollar van. And there is lots of investor lucre invested in this scooter shit, as well as the food app industry and these lame motored skateboards, for all this money is the main motivator behind this bill for supposed transportation alleviations and alternatives. And no matter who gets hurt, because if more people are using these for the assumption that it will get more cars off the road, well, these smaller devices and their drivers will cause the next bunch of injuries as well as to themselves. And that includes these boosted skateboarders, where one brand is now the subject of a class action lawsuit in Cali and here in Your City.

Let’s be careful out there, mostly to all us motorless primitives. And for all these further emboldened road violaters, share the road and slow down jerks.
