Today’s theme: Covering shit up.
In the last 4 months of 2017, which is the start of the school year, crime in schools went up. Galvanized by the stabbing murder at a Bronx school, crimes ranging from larceny, brawls and fights, the use of restraints, arrests and summons issued and even arson. The last quarter saw increases as well as weapons confiscations, the majority of them box cutters as well as knives and guns, adding to the alarming increases of kids bringing weapons to school in the prior 2 years even before the stabbing murder at that Bronx school.
In the last year, reported rapes went up 39%. The rape classifications are distinguished between domestic, acquaintance and stranger rapes according to Chief Dermont Shea who helms the strangely titled NYPD Chief of Crime Control Strategies, which the latter two words of his position takes alarming significance considering the recent exposes of crime charge manipulation and unethical directives ordered of subordinate cops amongst his rogue high brass peers and detectives. Particularly about the subject of rape considering the promotion of Deputy Inspector Peter Rose who redefined it in an attempt to mollify the citizens in Greenpoint.
Crime stats are also up for pot arrests even though possession of an ounce is decriminalized. Although these rising stats are occurring in certain neighborhoods with the selective enforcement of certain races and nationalities under dubious existence of complaints
