In his first minutes as Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams immediately erased the stain of his elitist predecessor Bill de Blasio by taking the train to Manhattan and fulfilled his promise to be a proactive mayor by doing his duty as a public servant and citizen by witnessing an assault on the street occur and reporting it to emergency services. Riding alone with the press in the presence of regular commuters and a derelict taking up a bench on the J train, Adams stressed how he was going to bring back public safety to the city that has seen the largest rise in crimes in years, over 100,000 total reported offenses, notably murders which came close to hitting 500. Adams enthusiasm was palpable and after having a round table meeting with his staffers in City Hall, it was an auspicious debut for the new mayor, which conveyed some hope in the bleakness of the New Bad Days era that has infected the five boroughs in the last decade.

But Mayor Adams honeymoon and momentum got cockblocked by also recently elected Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Bragg, on his third day on the job, wrote and dispensed a memo to his prosecutors to lessen the severity of charges for crimes where a gun or a knife is used and also for home invasion burglaries would be reduced to larcenies, which combined with the asinine bail reform laws instituted 2 years ago, would have led to less prison time or none at all. The logic behind this basically says that as long as you don’t kill or cripple anyone physically, then it’s not worth the punishment for imprisonment, regardless of the financial and traumatic effects that is placed on the innocent victim.

While Mayor Adams had nothing but diplomatic praise for the new D.A.. New, glass ceiling breaking NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell was having none of it, seeing that the leniency being meted out by the arrogant Bragg was counterproductive and predicted an exacerbation and escalation of the crimes his memo marginalized and would leave cops less able to make arrests and leave them vulnerable to violent attacks which would make the streets less safer for the citizenry as a whole.

The blowback from that memo would lead to one of the rough and bloody first month for Adams and for any new mayor that’s ever been seen in New York City.

Your city.

Manhattan

In East Harlem, on day one of retired NYPD police captain’s Eric Adams mayoralty, a cop working two shifts during a holiday for most people got shot in the head from a stray bullet while taking a nap in his car at his precinct’s parking lot.

Compelling the new mayor to condemn the perpetrator(s) of this shooting:

“This is not going to be a city of disorder, this is not going to be a city of violence. This city is returning from the violent past to a place that is safe to raise our children and families.”

The perps involved are still on the loose.

Also in East Harlem, a man walked into a Burger King and pistol whipped a customer, punched the restaurant manager and then held up a cashier at gunpoint. She opened up the register and gave the man $100. After he looked at the money, he turned around and shot her to death and then ran away. The young woman he murdered was trying to change shifts to the afternoon because she was already fearful to walk the streets where she lived at night after only three weeks working the graveyard shift at the restaurant, fears that were corroborated by a good friend of hers. The victim’s mother, who also works at another fast food restaurant, also tried to persuade the manager to move her hours earlier. The victim was planning to go to nursing school with the money she was earning while helping her mother pay the rent and the bills.

The killer got caught by the cops five days later. He is undocumented immigrant and homeless and was dwelling in a hotel homeless shelter in Jamaica where he threatened another person with a screwdriver a month earlier and was once an employee of the same fast food restaurant where he murdered Krystal Baron-Nieves in cold blood, which is probably why he wasn’t content with the money he robbed and decided to kill her.

The community let him have it during his transfer from the precinct to the courthouse, which didn’t faze him and he reveled in as he cursed them out and yelled about historic oppression of Black people.

Again in East Harlem, a man got into an argument with a group of men inside a car, then they all came out and one of them sneaked up behind him and stabbed him in the neck after he kicked the vehicle. Then the man bled out on the sidewalk staggering by passerby and collapsed and died on the pavement.

And again in East Harlem, a man shot another man to death on the sidewalk in broad daylight.

And again in East Harlem, a woman was left for dead and her baby daughter was left to starve and lie her own feces and urine beside her mother’s body at a homeless shelter for a week by the Department of Homeless Services.  And the municipal agency sat on this negligent and gruesome death and malfeasance for over 7 months. The ass covering obfuscation of this tragedy was the most likely under the orders of former abomination mayor de Blasio.

In Harlem, a man shot and killed two cops with a fusillade of bullets from his bedroom inside his mother’s apartment using an automatic weapon with a drum barrel cartridge. A back up cop shot him down as he was trying to flee the premises. The cops were there to respond to a domestic disturbance call where the son was arguing with his mother  about her not wanting to eat vegan food. The mother who made the 911 call did not mention her son was armed.

Officer Jason Rivera, a rookie cop who recently married his childhood sweetheart, was killed instantly. Officer Wilbert Mora, who had a bullet lodged in his brain, died from his wounds four days later following two surgeries. Their killer, who had multiple priors and served time in two other states and just moved to Harlem only months ago while still on probation, died from his wounds.

Jason Rivera just got finished training and was only on the job for a few months, he joined the NYPD to bridge the cap between the police and communities and wanted to bring fundamental change to the force as well even after a bad experience dealing with them as a youth.

Also in Harlem at the 125th St. Station, a man stabbed a woman on her leg on the platform to settle and argument they were having.

Again in Harlem, a man slugged his son and knocked him on the floor inside a restaurant.

And again in Harlem, two men chased down two other men on the street and then one of them pulled out a gun during the pursuit and shot one of them to death after a drug deal gone bad.

In Times Square, a man cursed out a homeless woman who asked him for change in front of a chain pharmacy, then got beat down to the pavement and stabbed and robbed his ipad and $340 by her and her boyfriend the minute he stepped out of the store. Passerby walked by and gawked and then the dirty duo fled into the subway without paying the fare.

Also in Times Square at the 42nd St. Station during the morning rush, a homeless man pushed a woman off the platform as the R train arrived, killing her instantly. Just moments before he murdered her, he tried to push another woman onto the tracks, but she saw him and instinctively moved away from him.

Following his arrest and after his procession, the man bragged about his killing, accused the woman he murdered of stealing his jacket and claimed he was God. Michelle Go worked as a volunteer to help the homeless for a non-profit organization that was being financed the titan consultant agency corporation that she was also employed by.

The day after her horrific death, Mayor Adams and transit authorities did a press briefing at that station and declared that subways are still safe and how that killing and other random violent incidents that have occurred in the subway was all based on the perception of fear, which was a common and incorrect talking point uttered repetitiously by the last mayor Bill de Blasio. And it’s still tremendously wrong coming from Adams’ mouth as evidenced by decreasing ridership and the still glaring lack of services for mentally ill homeless people.

Realizing how invalid his take was ( which was possibly was relayed to him by his economic advisors and meathead urbanish influencers), Mayor Adams retracted his statement and acknowledged the legitimate fear that his constituents have for returning to the subway. Even though he ran and won the mayor’s election promising and emphasized on his first commute to the office to bring down crime on the transit system. Funny how perception suddenly changes, although maybe if Adams wasn’t fucking around networking with the two shittiest mayors in America, maybe his perception would have been more precise.

But nothing could be worse than the perception by his very own NYPD, because there were two cops deployed at the station where Martial Simon shoved Ms. Go to her demise, but we’re all the way on the other end of the platform. They also somehow missed the other woman Simon tried to assault.

“We had a robust plan for this station today. We had six officers assigned to it. There were two officers on the southbound platform to the southern end when this incident occurred,” Assistant NYPD Chief Kathleen O’Reilly said.

“Unfortunately these incidents do occur. They’re rare but this one is very harrowing and disturbing,” she said.

Real robust, a mentally ill man menacing a woman and cops seem to be slacking off. And it looks like Adams not only is feigning to sympathize with his constituents concerns, he is also getting his insouciant subway violence data from Chief O’Riley as well.

Again in Times Square, dozens of people defying former mayor Bill de Blasio’s vaccine mandate in protest attempted to eat at  shitty chain movie theme restaurant and a robust deployment of cops came to enforce it under  Dave Chokshi’s orders and arrested eight of them, including a wheelchair dependent woman with D.S. syndrome.

Get them my pretties

And again in Times Square at the 42nd St. Station, a 17-year-old boy got busted with a loaded gun after he got into a fight with a commuter and flashed his piece at him on the platform.

In Midtown, a man saw a homeless man sleeping against a wall of an office building and placed his own coat on him to keep him warm, then the homeless man pounced and beat him down to the pavement and stole his wallet and fled.

Cops on the beat nearby immediately caught the thief and arrested him and was found with $1,500 in his pocket. The man was just released with only a desk appearance ticket from a similar possum playing mugging of a woman four days earlier when a woman tried to help him and he beat her down as well. He also randomly attacked a young couple in Central Park for no reason on the second day of 2022. His attorney demanded he be released because his violent criminal act doesn’t warrant jail time according to Manhattan D.A. Bragg’s memo.

Also in Midtown, a man jacked a lux SUV off another man with a broken taser in front of an office building in broad daylight and drove the wrong way and smashed into unmarked patrol car to make his getaway as a cop tried in vain to get him out of the drivers seat. Then he ditched the vehicle after crashing it into a bioswale by the bike lane, fled into the subway and took the train home. Or somewhere else for his next criminal act.

Again in Midtown, a man jacked an app-hail driver’s car by sticking him up with a box cutter. Including the aforementioned one uptown, this was the 20th carjacking this year following a 55% rise last year with 510 reported by the NYPD.

And again in Midtown, a chain pharmacy that’s been in the neighborhood for over 2 decades went out of business because of the persistent shoplifting that’s been happening in the last year and a half.

And again in Midtown, a man got nabbed with a loaded gun inside the Port Authority Station, another man got arrested for possessing a loaded 9 mm around the corner from the Midtown South NYPD pct..

And again in Midtown at the 50th St. Station, a lunatic threw a microwave oven in front of an arriving E train, which the engineer stopped it in nick of time.

In Washington Heights, a man got shot to death in the lobby of his apartment building where he was trying to keep drug dealers out. Three men are suspected of his murder.

In Hell’s Kitchen, two men punched a woman and stole her purse in front of John Jay College, where criminal justice and criminology is taught.

Also in Hell’s Kitchen, a man shot another man in his SUV following an argument over a parking space.

Again in Hell’s Kitchen, a man stabbed another man to death during a fight at a rooftop bar at a luxury hotel. The victim was recently released on bail for a murder of a Bronx DJ two years ago.

And again in Hell’s Kitchen, men with large nets are poaching pigeons off the streets and putting them in vans to drive upstate to be used for rifle target practice.

And again in Hell’s Kitchen, a woman committed suicide by jumping from her window onto the street below from a 60 story luxury tower. The woman was a national beauty pageant winner and entertainment news correspondent suffering from depression and self-doubt. Looks like even the city’s THRIVE program that former Mayor de Blasio made a municipal office and service failed the upper class as well.

In Penn Station, a mentally ill homeless man was jerking off on a street corner next to a couple, then slashed the man on the hand with a razor when he told him to stop flogging his dolphin by his wife.

Also in Penn Station at the 34th St. Station, a man slashed a 17-year-old boy on the face with scissors for no reason on the A train platform.

In Central Park, a decomposed corpse of a man was found lying in a tent in the bushes nearby the Met Museum by a jogger and not the NYC Parks Police, which has been defunded without much attention from the media.

In the East Village, a sharp dressed man held up a smoke shop at gun point and robbed 700 bucks from the register and bounced.

Also in the East Village, a man expecting food that he ordered from his app got shot to death by a man impersonating a deliverista, who blasted him through the door. Somehow, the hitman knew he was ordering takeout.

Again in the East Village, a 13-year-old boy set a stationary store on fire. But for some reason, he wound up in the custody of the FDNY instead of the NYPD. The boy’s name is not identified nor is the motive for the arson he committed that destroyed a long time small business.

In the Lower East Side, a man and an accomplice shoplifted over $2,000 of cold medicine and other products from a chain pharmacy and stuck a knife at the store manager who tried to stop them. Then the man came back later in the afternoon and looted more cough medicine, but got caught by the cops and arrested and arraigned for the robbery and the weapon. But D.A. Bragg’s memo induced the judge to release the lucky punk on a petit larceny misdemeanor instead of felony robbery. Said lucky punk didn’t show up for his court date either.

Also in the Lower East Side at the East Broadway Station, a man stabbed another man in the ass as he was going through the turnstile.

Again in the Lower East Side, a man shot his roommate in the stomach to settle a domestic dispute inside their apartment at a public housing building.

In Chelsea, a man shoplifting myriad products from a department store threatened a security guard with scissors who tried to stop him from jetting. The cop who collared the thief was stunned to find the assistant’s D.A.’s report had extracted the mentioning of the perp’s use of scissors. The perp, who last two priors were hold up robberies, was released without bail.

Also in Chelsea, at the 28th St. Station, a man whipped out his johnson and jerked off by the token booth, mortifying the transit clerk.

Again in Chelsea, a man and a woman got into an argument over money on the sidewalk and then Rudy Giuliani’s son intervened and broke up the fight right when the man was about to chuck a flower pot at her but hit the gubernatorial candidate on his noggin instead.

And again in Chelsea at the 23rd St. Station, a bigoted woman yelled a slur at a man and blamed him for spreading covid before pushing him to the floor.

And again in Chelsea at the 18th St. Station, a rolling luggage cart and a shopping cart were set on fire on the 1 train in two consecutive days and a man tried to immolate himself at the 23rd St. Station on the same line a day before. And people think public masturbation and racist graffiti on the trains is bad.

In the Upper East Side at the 96th St. Station, a man slashed a commuter in the face on the 6 train and got off and ran away into the tunnel.

Also in the Upper East Side, a man knocked an 81-year-old man to the pavement when he walked past him on the sidewalk.

Again in the Upper East Side, a woman got killed trying to cross the street when a woman hit her with her car and didn’t yield. The driver got off with a desk appearance ticket.

And again in the Upper East Side, a man shoplifted items from a chain pharmacy and walked passed a guard and a professional actor who was yelling about what he witnessed on his celly. Turned out the store was closing in a week anyway because of rampant thievery and no policing.

And again in the Upper East Side, a manager of a grocery store that has seen it’s own rash of thefts got spit in the face by a man who he caught shoplifting cases of beer.

And again in the Upper East Side, a gang of four boys roughed up a 12-year-old boy at a park and stole his airpods. But the cops caught them hanging out at a cafe and arrested them when they used the victim’s celly to track the pods.

In the Upper West Side, a homeless woman committed suicide when she lied down on the street in front of a van as the driver was making a turn.

Also in the Upper West Side, an off-duty cop working as a security guard at a chain pharmacy store kicked two men who were brawling with each other outside. As the fight continued, one of the men stabbed the other and then he tried to stab the cop but wound up getting shot twice.

Again in the Upper West Side, a man stabbed another man in the stomach on the sidewalk underneath building scaffolding.

And again in the Upper West Side at the 72nd St. Station, a man brought a shopping cart full of cases and six packs of beer and loaded it on the express 2 train.

And again on the Upper West Side, four adults and one child were kicked out of the American Museum of Natural History and arrested for not having de Blasio’s and Chokshi’s Key To NYC vaccine passports to show that they were protected from COVID-19. About 20 cops were deployed to make these absurdly dystopian arrests.

What’s truly deranged about these collars is that part of D.A. Bragg’s memo states that trespassing should not be prosecuted if there isn’t harm involved and yet the NYPD is violating that and also the Constitution

Also in the Upper West Side and Washington Heights, three fires were set by debris left on the tracks of three train stations, adding to the rise of “smoke conditions” in the subway in the last year.

In Union Square, cops caught a man grabbing a woman’s ass in the subway and found that he was wanted for pushing a man onto the tracks at the 21st Ave./Queensbridge Station last May following being sprung without bail on a gun possession charge only a few days before the random attack.

Also in Union Square, a clothing store that’s been in the area since the 80’s was looted by gangs twice in a week and both times cops who were deployed there told the owners that there wasn’t much they could do if they arrested anyone involved in the thieving mobs because of the policy failure bail reform law instituted by the Albany State House 2 years ago.

Again in Union Square, a man attempted to pick up a woman at a park and when she tried to avoid him, he stalked her and cursed her out and threatened to stab her.

@shamsiaaaa

It started when I was sitting and minding my buisness he kept looking. He then asked me “ma’am are you okay?” And I said who me? #fypシ

In Soho, five men pulled off a smash and grab at a luxury designer store and robbed over $48,000 of merchandise after they beat down the security guard.

In Downtown Manhattan at the Fulton St. Station, a man randomly pushed a 61-year-old man onto to the A/C train tracks.

Also in Downtown Manhattan, 15 prosecutors quit their jobs and walked out of the Criminal Court building, in defiance of the arrogance of Alvin Bragg and his dumbass memo.

In Battery Park, a man held up a 7-11 at gunpoint and robbed $100 from the register.

A woman who lived in an apartment at the Queensbridge Houses committed suicide by jumping into the East River and her body washed up on Governor’s Island.

In Hamilton Heights at the 145 St. Station, two men and a woman surrounded a commuter on the platform and one of them punched him the face and they robbed his phone and 20 bucks.

Over 50 deaths occurred on the tracks of the NYC Transit system last year. It’s probably over 70 now since they didn’t count the months from September to December when chaos on the subway escalated like heroin abuse, where junkies are shooting up on the platforms and throwing their needles on the tracks.

A woman making a video for her social media account yelled out her window and was rightly told to fuck off by a bike rider.

Bronx

In Bedford Park, a man shot another man while chasing him on the sidewalk and a stray bullet in an 11-month old girl in the face. The baby spent her first birthday on the operating table and recuperating from her wound.

In Belmont, a man shot another man to death in the hallway of a public housing building. The same building that went on fire weeks later.

Also in Belmont, an NYPD public safety unit to procure guns off the streets approached a gang hanging out in front of an apartment building and a 16-year-old rap star got into an argument and then a tussle with one of the cops and then the gun he was possessing went off and shot himself in the groin and also shot the cop in the leg. The rapper is signed to music label run by Dr. Dre and Tom Petty’s long time producer and had a prior gun possession arrest when he got caught with a semi-auto when he was 14. He was able to easily “decarcerate” himself from the attempted murder charge and pay the $200,000 bail with the money he got from his major label contract, but got arrested again because he was already on probation for his last gun offense and is back in a juvenile correctional facility.

A portrait of the artist and his incriminating work.

In Morrisania, a woman fell down the stairs and wound up in a coma trying to catch an elevator that wouldn’t stop on the floor where she lives in an apartment building at the Webster Houses, after she filed complaints to NYCHA for months yet the agency still cleared each inspection ticket.

Also in Morrisania, an off-duty fireman choked his girlfriend during a domestic dispute at her apartment.

In Pelham Bay, a man torched a police car with a molotov cocktail in front of the precinct after he was released on a desk appearance ticket.

In Fordham Heights, a space heater left on for days malfunctioned and caught fire and spread throughout an apartment inside a Mitchell-Lama residential building which spread to other units and caused the fire and smoke to reached all the way to the higher floors through the stairs. The 5-alarm blaze injured 60 residents and killed 17 people, 8 of them children who died from smoke inhalation and left dozens of tenants homeless. The 200 strong FDNY was able to battle the inferno despite not having enough oxygen and less personnel in their engine and ladder stations because of the Omicron contagion (and the unspoken of vaccine extortion mandate being administered by designated NYC Health Commissioner Dave Chokshi)

Besides the space heater, the other cause of the fire’s spread was because of a door that was left open, which the FDNY and Mayor Adams initially implied fault towards the tenants for not taking precaution, but it turned out that the doors were already faulty and didn’t self close despite an inspection by the D.O.B. that reported it as functional back in July.

The real affordable housing building, which had a long list of violations for years, is owned and managed by a LLC consortium of three venture capital firms which includes real estate developer who’s the son of a major connected developer of most of the luxury public housing apartments that were built during the de Blasio era of iniquity inequity and whose partner was one of the 750 advisors on Mayor Adams transition apparatus who happened to be on the list to advise him on housing issues.

Also in Fordham Heights at the Fordham Road Station, a drunk man carrying a gun got into a brawl with a gang of 12 teenagers on the platform and then they beat him up and caused him to fall onto to the tracks during the brawl. Then a Samaritan jumped on the tracks to rescue him and tried to flag the engineer to get him to stop as the train was arriving but got hit instead and died instantly. The man he tried to rescue survived. Two young men turned themselves in and were charged with murder.

Again in Fordham Heights, an apartment building went on fire that was set off by an ebike that exploded in the restaurant on the ground floor where numerous ebikes were being charged at once.

And again in Fordham Heights, an off duty C.O. who arranged to hook up with a woman on the street he met on a dating app got ambushed by two men who held him up at gunpoint and then he took out his service weapon and shot both gunmen from inside his car. After the shootout, the woman bailed and tried to stash one of the guns her accomplices used.

In Longwood, a gas leak cause a massive explosion that caused a row house apartment building to collapse, killing a 77-year-old woman and injuries to two other elderly women. Five cops also got injured rescuing tenants, one of whom was hiding under a couch. The blaze and the impact from the explosion was devastating enough to make the two neighboring buildings inhabitable, leaving dozens of tenants homeless.

In Fordham Manor, two men savagely beat down a woman and stabbed her on the sidewalk before sunrise.

Also in Fordham Manor, two men and a woman got into an argument with a livery cab driver over the cost of the fare and then they grabbed his money and ran for it. The driver caught one of the skells but he wound up getting stabbed and fell to the pavement, watching the thieves flee with his livelihood.

In Morris Park, a man got into an argument with a patient at a hospital and then took out his gun and shot at him in the waiting room by the ER. The gangbanger was there visiting a friend who was being held and treated there following an arrest and was eventually collared by the cops because the fool signed his name on the nurse’s manifest log.

This hospital has seen 4 other shootings inside the building in the last year and now the citizenry of New York City is hearing about it.

In Soundview, two men went up to a luxury car parked on the street and stabbed the tires with a knife and shot at it four times and ran away.

Also in Soundview, a man got into an argument with another man on a city bus and then flashed a gun at him and then another man got on the bus and confronted the gunman and got into a tussle with him and the shot at the roof and fled.

In Concourse Village, a man who beat another man to death with a baseball bat over 30 years ago and was just sprung from prison, stabbed another man to death inside the apartment building where they rented rooms on the same floor. Then the killer tried to mop up his victim’s blood in the hallway.

In Allerton at the Bronx Park East Station, a man shot another man he was brawling with on the 2 train.

In Crotona, three men impersonating cops with ludicrous uniforms broke into a house and robbed $160,000 and 3 keys of blow at gunpoint from a drug dealer, but they got confronted by real NYPD officers on the beat that were waiting outside and all four tried to flee but got caught and arrested.

As the duo start team up to beat him down, a Samaritan shows up and helps the guy fight them off and protect his vehicle. This crime scene was like a Beavis And Butthead episode shot in the Boogie Down.

In Grand Concourse, a woman smacked a laundromat worker with a bottle and slashed her arm after having a dispute over an inoperable dryer.

Also in Grand Concourse, a gang of five men go into a bodega and one of them stabs a worker multiple times as he was about to stock up the fridge with beer and the other four rush behind the counter and pistol whip and beat down the cashier and stole all the cash that was sticking out of the register that was left open.

Again in Grand Concourse, a postman caught a man grabbing a delivery package from his cart but let the skell steal the rest of the mail he was carrying when the skell threatened to shoot him.

In the South Bronx, juvenile delinquents being held at a group home broke a window and weaponized the glass and brooms to hold three social workers and a C.O. sergeant hostage because they didn’t get their lunch on time and for other lack of services they were getting from the city in this junior version of Attica.

In Melrose at the Prospect Ave. and Jackson Ave. Stations, a man punched two conductors in the face and spat on one of them when they opened their windows to check the platform when their trains made their stop.

On the Hutchinson River Parkway, the Department of Transportation put up a new highway sign welcoming visitors to the Bronx by putting Queens BP Donovan Richards name on it instead of Bronx BP Vanessa Gibson. The two had a big laugh about it and spent the day antd tax payer dollars on social media roasting each other and feigning pride for their locales instead of excoriating the lazy incompetence of the DOT being run by the moronic Ydanis Rodriguez. Brooklyn BP Antonio Reynoso also joined the idiocy with comments of his own. All three confirming the utter uselessness of their redundancy elected office positions

Imbeciles.

In Van Nest, a man shot another man to death on the highway following a car crash they were both involved in.

Also in Van Nest, a man and a woman confronted a man inside a deli and accused him of ogling her and then got into an argument that escalated when the woman hit him with a hammer and her boyfriend pulled out a gun after the other man tried to defend himself. The man wound up getting killed after turning to shoot and the cops shot him down.

A startup corporation ride share app decided to take their mopeds out of the borough because of persistent thievery.  Although they are still keeping their shitty mopeds in Brooklyn.

Queens

In Astoria, a man stalking a woman walking on the sidewalk grabbed her and stabbed her to by a chain pharmacy, making the world’s first borough the first to have a reported homicide in the city for the second year in a row. The man committed suicide at his apartment 4 days later.

Bragg to re-elevate the charges for the crimes he diminished that were deemed for prosecution, even if they were only a few of them. All it had to take was for people to die to belatedly alter their own perceptions on crime.

The Biden Administration’s Benevolent Fascism

Image

President Joe Biden, the boss of ice cream and current slayer of the first amendment

Washington D.C., U.S.A.

Publisher’s Note: This post is not to discourage people from getting the vaccines or is anti-vaccine. It’s solely meant to get more transparency about the vaccines and also about the infected. Because we all want a return to normal right? So what do these parties cited in this post have to hide and why do they still persist on hiding it?

When Joe Biden got inaugurated as the 46th POTUS back on 1/20, clarion calls spread out all over corporate news and restrained social media outlets that the chaos and disorder in the White House after 4 years of Donald Trump was finally eradicated. This was said even though the inauguration and most of D.C. was turned into a DMZ with  10 ft. high fencing, and a militia of National Guard troops and cops from other states assisting the Capitol Police surrounding the White House and the U.S. Capitol building; defense measures deployed after the MAGA Junta of the latter building two weeks earlier on 1/6.

But despite these dystopian optics which were supposedly justified to stop domestic terrorism, the incoming Biden administration was supposed to bring fundamental change of leadership and healing to the nation. And most of all, a resounding victory against what was generally described as a rebuke of four years of the tyranny of President Trump and the rejection of a potential fourth reich and permanent presidency that would evolve from a second term.

It took only six months to dispel all that, for recent desperate actions from the Biden Administration has established that tyranny is still entrenched in the White House and being enforced on the citizenry. But it’s done in a nice way without mean tweets and inappropriate conduct.

President Biden’s rice pudding brain was probably boiling when the news came that the nation wasn’t going to meet his vainglorious goal of total vaccinations when America’s 245th birthday arrived. It wasn’t because the vaccines were hard to get, states and cities managed to make them available everywhere and arranged house calls for them, the stickler about the widening hesitancy of the vaccines is that a lot of reports where coming in, either from online news sources and more likely social media accounts, that the vaccines were not as effective against the coronavirus as most were told they would be, especially against the Delta Variant contagion that ravaged the nation of India back in winter. Also many reports and personal accounts from inoculated citizens experienced adverse reactions from the vaccines and wound up hospitalized and even some died from them. Suddenly, instead of trying to figure out and produce data that sourced the contagion or even find out why people were suddenly afraid of them, the Biden Administration decided to attack the messengers.

They first sent out Surgeon General Vivek H. Murthy to issue a stern warning against Facebook and the general public that uses it and proclaimed that they are encouraging and enabling hesitancy and putting other people at risk while labeling such correspondence as “misinformation”. But he didn’t elaborate much further than that, he was more determined to cut down this “misinformation”, of which he didn’t elaborate much on either but was very clear that he wanted social media monopolies to do a better job deplatforming people disseminating this “misinformation”. Although he was vague about who should be banned and who was getting infected and doing the infecting, it was clear that Dr. Murthy was condoning the suppression of dissent on a public forum from a government position to a private company, a clear endorsement and perpetration of fascism.

The next day, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki clarified and confirmed the White House’s new strategy and policy by collaborating/colluding with Facebook to police speech and moderate content that they find misinformed regarding the vaccines. Biden’s press harpy also demanded that other monopoly social network platforms should also enforce the ban on their alleged 12 targets of vaccine dissenters, basically announcing the genesis of government/social media integrated blacklist.

Psaki is such a monstrous tool. Just because government and social media platforms are being transparent targeting people who are accused of spreading “misinformation” (or dissent) doesn’t mean it’s not spying. It means your normalizing spying and censorship. And it also appears that Psaki is juggling two press secretary positions, one for the White House and her new one for #BigPharma running protection for their vaccines.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden confirms his normalization of censorship and fascism by libeling Facebook, burdening them with the responsibility of more people getting infected from the current Delta Vibrant outbreak.

Another thing that was constantly bandied about Joe Biden’s victory and during his last 6 months in office compared to Trump’s was the end of fomenting division among the people. Well here’s Joe Motherfucking Biden libeling Facebook for the blame of people getting infected and dying and potentially creating critical mass social media schism amongst collectively 100 million people that will engage in arguments and level tropes against each other. This is how Joe Motherfucking Biden shows his gratitude to social media monopolies who clamped down on a series of NY Post accurate reports of his fucking reprobate son’s recidivist corruption using his name to profit from ties from international corporations and his hedonistic drug abuse and deviant sex addictions and also from any discussions about his still controversial electoral victory.

But this is now President Joe Motherfucking Biden and apparently the only thing he wants to fundamentally change is the U.S. Constitution by eviscerating it, no thanks to corporate news media and social media monopolies who enabled him and his administration by treating him like the constantly befuddled old codger he is than as the leader of the free world, giving him the impunity to laugh at accountability and wielding his unrestrained authoritarianism while eating a half a pint of ice cream on a cone every day.

Following Biden’s j’accuse of Facebook being complicit in murder, the other social media monolith twitter tagged along after the feckless CDC Director demonized the unvaxed and levied the entire blame for the new breakout of COVID infections by declaring it the pandemic of the unvaccinated. Dr. Wolensky’s catchy but baseless trope immediately got promoted as a top trending topic on Twitter.

Image

What makes Wolensky’s stigmatizing catchphrase wholly without merit is that the Delta Variant has been spreading for quite some time and the disease takes a bit of time to impact. Back in June, it was certain that millions were not fully vaccinated (and we know this because Biden’s goal failed), and one vac is not going to stop a runaway contagion. The compelling thing about the CDC joining the dog piling censorship is that they decided to abandon the mask guidelines.

So instead, the CDC and the White House have decided to scapegoat people who choose not to get vaccinated for the rise in vaccinations and censor people who call out the vaccines flaws and health risks. Even though they are wholly responsible for the rise in infections by rescinding the mask mandate a month earlier and by ceasing compiling data for infections of vaccinated people, which obviously made it easier for these medical bureaucrats to scapegoat a segment of a society. Both decisions have coincided with the widening spread of the Delta Variant throughout the nation. This has also led to discussions and reports of the need for a third vaccine, which might not be free next time. Makes you wonder if Big Pharma not only giving the shots but is calling all the shots on how to control the narrative of the weakened vaccines.

But it’s no wonder that Fascist Biden administration took gradual steps to wean the public into acceptance of this integration of government and social media by using the tired and true manufacturing consent tactics to make vaccines the final solution to defeat COVID-19. When it was found that a cheap (and FDA approved) drug called Ivermectin was being used as a remedy on COVID patients while they were at death’s door and was amazingly successful at curing them, social media monopoly Google’s You Tube platform immediately deplatformed a very popular podcast’s videos that acknowledged this miracle when they presented a clip of a congressional testimony by the doctor who used the drug and saved lives.

Most of all, a lot of this attempt to institute censorship is mostly based on protecting one man, the heinously deified and career medical bureaucrat Dr. Anthony Fauci. For over a year now, the social network and web services monopolies have been engineering algorithms protecting and enabling this fucking liar’s advisories and whims, most egregiously his take on masks as protection against transmission which he initially dismissed and then recommended 5 months later after hundreds of thousands of Americans died. But Facebook and Twitter really brought the big guns when it came to where the actual origin of COVID-19 came from, as any claims, theories or discussions led to memory holing or direct banishment on any discussion if they came from the Wuhan lab that Saint Fauci and his National Institute Of Health (which Fauci has been in charge of for the last 30 years) funded with monies from a New York City Med Corp called Ecohealth to do gain of function research, which was fundamentally creating biological weapons in order to come up with remedies to fight them. Like say, vaccines.

When emails by Dr. Fauci during the pandemic were released (one of which had a NCAA March Madness tournament of viruses that would win the Final four in a pandemic), suddenly the Biden Administration confirmed that the virus could have escaped from the lab like Frankenstein and not just from some freak transmission of a bat winding up as a recipe in a heavily populated food market, Facebook and Twitter lifted their ban of the lab leak theory and and discussion about it got re-legitimatized and hit the mainstream again. Most evident in Jon Stewart’s triumphant return to television on the Stephen Colbert with his hysterical and sobering send up of it.

With the lab leak making cracks in Dr. Falsi’s sainted armor and his cult of personality status on social media and after behaving like a petulant brat during U.S. Senate testimonies from Senator Rand Paul’s very direct and concise questions of Fauci’s role  in gain of function research and autocratic rule on the NIH, Fauci has been maddeningly flip flopping like a fish out of water with his mask and vaccine recommendations. The White House even arranged to use a pop singer as a vaccine pusher honey pot to make Dr. Fauci look credible.

Since social media and YouTube couldn’t really wholly reinforce the White House narrative about gain of function yet still be able to aide the Fascist Biden Administration’s narrative control about vaccinations, the DNC establishment and the FBA thought it would be a grand idea to trample on the 1st and 4th amendments by nipping vaccination dissent in the bud by having cellphone service providers send counter messages like emergency service announcements.

Probably to take a little heat of this maniacal tactic, The White House even arranged to use a pop singer as a vaccine pusher honey pot to promote the vaccines of discredit social media dissent or criticism of them just to make Dr. Fauci look more credible.

Then the nation and the world saw what the Biden administration did 12 hours later, calling for outright banning and blacklisting of individuals arguments about the efficacy and hazardous effects of the vaccines. They pulled this fascism even though America’s two biggest international allies England and Israel are dealing with high infection rates among people who are single AND double vaccinated. What’s interesting about the latter nation is that we have no problem paying attention to them when they need weapons to defend their apartheid policies, but when they get an outbreak that is defying all the initial hype about the vaccine’s efficacy, we just prove Einstein right about recidivist mistakes. Dr. Falsi refuses to even give credence of the vaccines vulnerabilities after six players on the New York Yankees caught the Rona, which sidelined to set up relievers and their best player Aaron Judge. Fauci abruptly dismissed it as a rarity, even though their shortstop Gleyber Torres got infected after getting vaccinated in April.

So now with these vaccines and the aggressive tactics now being used by our trusted leaders, the constitution dismantling Patriot Act that was written to fight our failed war on terror as been replaced by the Patriot Ultimatum. And with social media monopolies being willful militias for them because they are scared of being broken up with establishment elected legislators using antitrust bills as leverage against them, it’s made the National Security Administration, who were doing critical mass arbitrary surveillance of every citizens telecommunications before the tech monopolies got to big to fail, wholly moot and expendable. But at least it shows that these too big tech monopolies are run by a bunch of pussies.

This would be all be hilarious if there wasn’t a threat to obliterate the 1st amendment by the Biden administration. But it sure is hysterical that they are actually more reactionary than prior Figurehead Trump to clamp down on what they deem as misinformation, their own version of the prior leader’s reliable trope “fake news.

Yet “fake news” aka Corporate News and fauxgressive elected dotards and shitlib social media influencers had vaccine hesitancy when Trump was pushing it before they were trying to persecute ordinary people who don’t trust the vaccines today after Joe Biden accused them of being killers. And a shining example of this collective Trump revisionist defiant hypocrisy here’s their other sainted COVID 19 warrior, Mario’s  Son Governor Cuomo, fresh off killing 15,000 elderly people and hiding the bodies while getting paid 5 million dollars for him and his flunkies to manufacture leadership credibility for his pandemic novel, discrediting the vaccine because the Trump administration approved them.

It only took a week for the Fascist Biden Administration to curb their hyperbole about their libelous accusations against Facebook for promoting misinformation or what they decree to be misinformation when Figurehead Biden conceded his error in the biggest self-own so far this year.

But they are still not going to stop promoting their #Pandemicofthevaccinated message, which considering after all the repression they did via social media and are still doing with the aid of corporate national and local news media conglomerates is the worst and baseless message since they fried an egg and said it was your brain on drugs, end of debate. Because this recovery from the pandemic has never been about people’s health (or we would have medicare for all), it’s all about economic control, empirical control and narrative control over the well-being, livelihoods and the physical and mental health of the people. And if a little bit constitutional rights and personal beliefs have to be sacrificed to surmount COVID-19, then it shall be done….

“We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create…”. “We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality — judiciously, as you will — we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out.”

They also just want internet censorship and benevolent fascism to make reality a better, nicer and vaccinated land made for you and me.

A misinformation free place where we belong.

New Bad Days 77: NYPD Continues Attacking Protesters While Enabling Vehicular Violence Against Them In Manhattan And Lynch Mobs And Anarchy In Brooklyn; The High Frequency Of Random Assaults Claims Rick Moranis As A Victim While Brazen Gunpoint Muggings Occur In Broad Daylight By Talyor Swift’s Townhouses; A Man Shreds An A Train By Throwing Shit On The Tracks; Stray Bullets Hit A Boy During J’Ouvert Parade That Was Supposed To Be Cancelled, Hit A Man While Protecting His Children At An Auto Dealership And And Killed A Woman When She Looked Outside Her Window; The Fast And The Furious Movies Are Being Recreated In A Home Depot Parking Lot; BLM Cosplayers Steal American Flags After They Went To The Wrong House To Yell At And Shootings Meant For Their Targets Continue To Escalate Along With Muggings And Burglaries

On Labor Day weekend, the NYPD made a grand announcement to, well, fight crime. Commissioner Shea and his fellow high brass fellow Blue Bloods assembled and deployed cops to the streets to ramp up arrests and tamp down on gun violence, primarily in Brooklyn where shooting have led to triple digit percentage increases from last year and other myriad crimes that have seen high percentage upticks in hotspot areas. Whether this sudden focus on serving and protecting the public was motivated by accusations from the citizenry and elected officials of an intentional slowdown or by a dead pool put together by a bunch of sick fucks in a Long Island bar is purely coincidental. And if it was motivated whether if NYPD cops actually placed bets on that pool to keep the body count low is taking cynicism to a higher level, although not highly illogical. More likely it’s because Dermot’s blood probably boiled just enough to match the temperature of bowl of lukewarm tomato soup.

Following the holiday weekend that saw over 20 shootings and a protest whose participants caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages vandalizing stores they passed by, Commish Shea  declared the weekend was a  great success while his feckless boss and toady Mayor de Blasio remarked how peaceful the streets were and the city was safe as ever.

The only good news, probably the only good news all year concerning de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD, is that they made a historic shitload of gun possession arrests during the peaceful weekend. Proving that such enforcement is possible without a shady unit of Punisher wannabes but soberly also proving that the handgun stockpiles keep rising.

But still no one is asking where these guns are coming from. Which is hard to extract such information when the victims refuse to divulge the gunmen and it’s also hard to procure data for guns when only 20% of the over 1,000 shootings this year has lead to actual arrests which correlates with a 40% rise in murder and a bigger presence of gang activity.

Manhattan

In Times Square, a group of protesters holding a demonstration for a man who was killed by police in Rochester while in custody was crossing the street with the green light and walk signal and then was approached by a car with tinted windows and a bull bar on the front that was slowly proceeding. Then the driver hit the gas pedal and proceeded to go through them and speed down 7th Avenue without any pursuit by the NYPD despite the presence of cops outnumbering protesters that were monitoring them before the incident. Even though the car came close to hitting people and managed to clip a bunch of bikes.

A vehicle seen driving through a crowd of protesters in Times Square on Thursday

The people in the car, which was recently purchased at an NYPD auction, were a group of people that were counter-protesting. One of them was the woman who vandalized the Black Lives Matter street mural in front of Trump Tower with paint a total of 3 times.

Minutes before the attempt at vehicular manslaughter of dozens of people on 7th Avenue, six counter-protesters were escorted by the NYPD around the corner. During a discussion with the MAGA group, over 30 cops were standing and milling around, including many of higher rank. Then they all got in the car that would be weaponized shortly as a group of cops formed a wall protecting them from the people witnessing this strange occurance of the NYPD co-operating with and chaperoning this certain activist group.

The NYPD did not levy any charges on the driver or his passengers, even though the last person who tried to run over people in Times Square got arrested immediately. Also, the terrorist caliphate ISIS recommends the weaponization of vehicles to kill masses of people, which happened on the West St. bike path 3 years ago when a man ran down and murdered 8 people. But since the NYPD recently used two of their SUV’s to barrel through protesters on the street, running over people is now legal and a form of self-defense.

The woman recognized for her vandalism by Trump Tower claimed that she and her co-horts were scared and the driver panicked because someone allegedly hit the car with an object or punched it. Good thing they kept that bull bar on.

15 days later in Times Square, another demonstration was held by about a hundred people protesting against federal ICE detention centers allowing a doctor to perform hysterectomies on immigrant women without their consent. Then it got disrupted by cops as they swarmed and arrested 86 people for publicly assembling in the street as an automated recording played proclaiming that the public assembly was unlawful.

And again in Harlem, a man robbed a hat off a vendor’s table and got into a fight with the 72-year-old salesman who tried to stop him and shoved him to the ground with such force that he wound up killing him. Again in Midtown, a man that arranged a drug deal with two men on the street went awry when the men saw his upscale duds and decided to rob him instead. The mark got stabbed in the back when he tried to get his designer bag back and the two thieves got away with that plus his cellphones and wallet.

And again in Midtown, a woman committed suicide by jumping into the East River.

And again in Midtown, a caravan of pickup truck drivers boosting for President Trump blocked all the lanes on 5th avenue in front of his building, which would have obstructed NYPD and FDNY vehicles in case of an emergency.

In Hell’s Kitchen, a man kidnapped his and his ex-girlfriend’s son after having a dispute at a park.

Also in Hell’s Kitchen, a man broken into an auto dealership warehouse and stole a SUV and then crashed it into a median trying to get away and then abandoned it.

Again in Washington Heights,  a man walking on the sidewalk was suddenly run over by a speeding driver in an SUV. A Samaritan who owns the deli on that corner pulled him from under the car and then the driver backed up and tried to hit the man he plowed again and sped away down the street. Cops did catch the psycho driver later but wouldn’t disclose any information about him to the Samaritan. But why should they after what happened at the protest at Times Square the day before, because running people over with your car is legal provided you have good cause.

And again in Washington Heights, protesters having a Black Lives Matter demonstration retreated from the George Washington Bridge when cops blocked them off and then marched to 34th Pct. and were met by a miltia of cops decked in riot gear, champing at the bit for a confrontation. A clash between both groups ensued after a high brass officer broke a woman’s arm by throwing her on the ground and a protester hit a cop with a sign, leading to 6 people getting arrested.

And again in Washington Heights, a man committed suicide by jumping off a public housing building.

Also in Inwood at the 207th St. Station, a window on one of the doors of the A train was smashed up.

In Hamilton Heights, a gangbanger was shooting at people on the street as cops were passing by while on patrol, then they chased the shooter and caught him.

In Central Park, a dead body was found in a lake nearby Columbus Circle.

Also in Central Park, a homeless man was found dead leaning on a rock on the grass nearby 109th st.. It was found that he was beaten to death by a man who left his body there with help from an accomplice.

Again in Central Park, helicopters have been flying perilously lower over citizens trying to relax on the green spaces. Remember back in June and in Hell’s Kitchen last month when the NYPD was flying choppers over protests in Brooklyn and over an activists apartment building that it looked like you could almost touch them? Looks like they opened it up for these hot dogger chopper pilots to do the same with impunity.

And again in Central Park, a man fishing at a lake reeled in a dead body.

NYPD cops deployed to the area only watched the partying and hardly made an effort to monitor and disperse the clustered crowd. And then there was a bigger more clustered pandemic violating rave at the park the next week and the NYPD still made no effort to stop it and tell revelers loaded on booze to go back to their dorms and apartments.

In Washington Square, a man tagged an NYU building with swastikas and anti-Semetic and anti-Black graffiti messages.

In Greenwich Village, a man sat down on a bench where a woman and her two children were sitting on and zipped open his shorts and masturbated in front of them. A Samaritan nearby protected them from the skeev who took offense at his concern and threatened to hit with a brick. With witnesses filming the altercation with their cellphones instead of dialing 911, the Samaritan then chased him for blocks and lost him by the West 4th St. Station.

Also in Greenwich Village, dozens of cops charged after a group of people right after an automated warning was played on a LARD speaker when one of them stepped one foot on the road. The cops managed to knock over tables that were set up for outdoor dining outside a restaurant where people were dining and not associated with those they arrested that the NYPD charged with engaging in an unlawful assembly and obstructing traffic; which the NYPD themselves wound up doing when they were securing the area in the middle of the street and on the crosswalks

12 people were arrested and the apparent rationale for this swarm was that they came from a demonstration and art exchange in Washington Square Park that the NYPD aggressively broke up.

Something tells me that de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD are trying to make anarchist jurisdictions on purpose.

In the Flatiron District, a man accessed an apartment building and hot wired the elevator panel which gave him access to a residence. He banged on the door and then grabbed a 78-year-old woman by the throat when she opened the door and stole her purse. But he was released without bail following his arraignment.

In the West Village at the 14th St. Station, a homeless man with maniacal violent tendencies picked up some metal clmaps that were left around on the platform for some reason and threw them onto the tracks. After a Samaritan picked them up and put them back on the platform, the homeless man took them and threw them back on the tracks when the A train arrived, causing it to derail and hit the pillars, easily causing the exterior of the train to shred off. The unreasonable act caused 56 trains to go out of service. The man laughed his ass off while being detained by other Samaritans until the police arrived.

The crazed man previously went bezerk inside a cellphone store when he swung a metal pipe at people and then grabbed a city garbage can and destroyed a sign outside. When a judge let him loose without setting bail because of the reform laws, he threw a metal bench at a city bus in September, and was released without bail again. At the arraignment for the A train derailing, with the man going off on a tangent in the courtroom, the judge wisely convicted him and set his bail at $50,000. Which is still too lenient for the million dollars in damages this dick caused.

Also in the West Village, a man shoved a woman who was jogging on the sidewalk and then slashed her face and then he randomly slashed a man in the face two blocks away.

And again in Tribeca and at that high end clothing store, gunfire went off in front of the place sending three men running for cover. Taylor Swift owns the townhouse and three floors above the fancy store where the shooting and the previous mugging happened. Welcome to New York, the New Bad Days Ms Swift, try and shake it off.

And again in Downtown Manhattan at the Tombs, C.O.’s threw a gangbanger in a cell and they left the lock open and a bunch of rival gangbangers swarmed him and beat him down. Then two C.O.’s let another rival suckerpunch him as they were escorting the convict into another room.

Brooklyn

In Crown Heights, two hardheads fired their guns at each other while people were celebrating J’Ouvert on the street. One of the gunmen was a 15-year-old boy gang member. Where are the armored bike cops and the commands to MOVE BACK MOVE BACK MOVE BACK?

Also in Borough Park, hundreds of men congregated on the street without masks to celebrate a religious holiday and hold a protest against Governor Cuomo’s and Mayor de Blasio’s pandemic lockdown restrictions because of a rise in COVID-19 positive cases in the area and in towns very close by. The man who led the demonstration incited his over-enthusiastic followers to burn face masks and boxes in the middle of the street.

The presence of sheriffs and NYPD officers did not intimidate the mass crowd of people, of which only consisted of men. The presence of law enforcement also didn’t intimidate the crowd as they converged on a man trying to reason with the crowd to wear masks and beat him down to the ground and also chased a photographer down the street then surrounded him on the sidewalk and pinned him against the door of a building and knocked him down as he was trying to walk away from them. The presence of their district city councilman and the organizer of the demonstration and the mob on the street only enabled their recklessness as the latter yelled out to them that they were his soldiers. Nobody was arrested or even admonished by the NYPD, even when he went to report his attackers for beating him up and breaking his camera.

The next day, the mob leader went on social media and announced another demonstration against the lockdown order and repeatedly denounced a reporter while holding his picture up for his followers while calling them his soldiers to target him. Then during the demonstration, the massive assembly the organizer/general pinned the targeted journalist against the wall and they verbally and physically assaulted him. The mob attacked another reporter who was standing on a trailer trying to film the ruckus as the mob hit him with a pole then pounced and beat him up when he came down to the sidewalk.

The NYPD was nowhere to be found during this lynch mob attack and did not arrest anyone involved. Most conspicuously absent was the presence of the mass deployment of cops that was normally seen during the George Floyd protests and every other protest or public assembly or gathering in the past month (especially the ones where people are riding bikes)

Also missing was the arbitrary and ultraviolent aggression the cops utilize against them plus the kettling tactic, of which all these riotous revelers have already committed to do themselves.  What de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD did do instead was turn tail and run away when the mob got more riotous.

And it shouldn’t come as no surprise. In fact it was expected because the organizer Heschy Tischler proclaimed right in front of your city’s police force that he was good friends of the department, giving him and his “soldiers”  to feel like that they have their own set of laws and have the hubris to brag about it. It’s these cops pictured below with Heezy have permitted an actual anarchist jurisdiction in Borough Park while treating them like a sovereign state.

New Bad Days 75: Daily Shootings And Gang Violence Resurface In The Bronx, Manhattan And Brooklyn In A Rise In Violence Not Seen In 30 Years While Clashes Between BLM Protesters And Police Supporters Escalate, An Occupation Protest At City Hall Goes Awry And Barhoppers Persist To Party Hard In Defiance Of A Novel Virus On The Streets Of New York

Following the daily relentless George Floyd protests against systemic police brutality and the exposure of the NYPD equally relentless aggression against the people participating in them even when violent crimes were rising on the streets of the five boroughs particularly shootings in 10 precincts, Commissioner Shea and Mayor de Blasio decided to abolish the plain clothes anti-crime units that were tasked with getting guns off the street.

Since that decision, it has correlated with a 205% rise in shootings which included 112 people getting shot in 9 days at the end of June, concluding a month where shootings went up an astonishing 130% compared to 2019 for this month. 40 people were shot at on the 4th of July alone. Murders are up 23% heading into August.

Commissioner Shea attributes the bloody violence happening daily not to his (and surely de Blasio’s) decision to suspend the anti-crime unit, which was recently deployed to selectively enforce pandemic protocols towards Black and Latinx people in lower median income neighborhoods but on the city and state bail reform laws enacted at the start of 2020. Both of them along with Chief Monahan also cite that the court system has not been fully available because of the coronavirus, even though hearings have been going since the pandemic first hit NYC in March.

Even though all of the Mayor’s, Shea’s and Monahan’s theories are debunked by the fact that the majority of the shooters have not been caught and are still running around on the streets and shacking somewhere else because the NYPD are making remarkably less arrests than they have last summer in 2019.  About over 60% less, which correlates with the horrendous rise of gun violence and killings.

Another factual reason why is that illegal guns are easier to get now as federal agencies tasked to stop gun trafficking are overwhelmed and understaffed because of the pandemic. A sociological reason might be that the worst elements of society collectively feels that the police can be overcome because of the reform laws enacted knowing that cops will be hesitant to apply submission holds during a difficult arrest with a perp for fear of being arraigned for a chokehold and the general hatred and mockery being dished from the protesters. And a logistical reason could be that lots of cops were redeployed from precincts to monitor all these impromptu protests in the last 50 days since the curfew protests, including the recent ones by Blue Lives Matter, which ironically has led to refunding the NYPD with more overtime pay.

But after a month of infighting and blaming, the Blaz and Shea have come up with a 6-point solution to tamp down on the daily fusillades and homicides racking up and they didn’t need to come up with an anagram to initiate it. Declaring to End Gun Violence Now and although no wants to get shot, the goal in it’s title is still unrealistic considering how relentless the gun violence on the streets are and a majority of them are not caught, it’s ambition is as comparable the Blaz’s Vision Zero street safety initiative for pedestrian and vehicles which has not done much for neither and people are still dying.

endviolence

But at least de Blasio’s NYPD has a plan for now, even if the goals are what they should be doing in the first place. After they make some progress with this, maybe they’ll also come up with plan to end knife, machete, fist, kick, non-consensual sexual and blunt object violence too.

It’s basic, but it’s worth a shot. No pun intended.

Manhattan

In Harlem, a 7-year-old girl was hit by a stray bullet shot from the gun fired by a 16-year-old boy while she was eating on the stoop as her mother was taking out groceries from her car when someone took out a gun and fired it during street fight among a group of men. A man also got shot in the leg during the melee. The mother is now contemplating ordering her groceries from home. I’m sure Bezos and all the other shop from home tech predators are onto to this unfortunate demographic.

Also in Harlem, during a fight over a drug deal, a man knocked down a homeless man causing him to fall on his head and to lose consciousness and dying from his injury later in a hospital.

Again in Harlem, a wheelchair bound man took out a gun and fired four shots at a group of men following an argument he had with them.

And again in Harlem, cops in NYPD SUV’s responding to the aforementioned shooting above stopped in their tracks on the avenue when a block party was still going on and a pickup up truck was obstructing the road ahead. When the cops turned on their sirens to get the crowd to disperse, a majority of people threw glass booze bottles at their vehicles, leading the cops to retreat and leave the vicinity in what can be described as blowback from the weeks of protests calling for their abolishing and also the systematic brutality the NYPD executed against those demonstrators.

And again in Harlem, a man yelled at another man inside an apartment building that he was going to kill him, then he chased him out on the street and shot him to death.

And again in Harlem, three men and a woman were shot on the street and four men were shot at a party three blocks away.

And again in Harlem, a man was shot in the back steps away from Morningside Park and died without naming his killer to the cops.

And again in Harlem, a man was shot to death after arguing with his killer by Central Park.

And again in Harlem, stray bullets pierced through the walls of a man’s apartment from his 6-year-old girl’s bedroom.

And again in Harlem, a man was shot in the torso on the street in broad daylight.

And again in Harlem, a man was shot in the ankle in broad daylight.

And again in Harlem, a woman abducted her 7-month-old baby boy despite losing custody of her other children for being a neglectful parent.

And again in Harlem, a man was shot on the street and tried to flee but collapsed and then his friend crashed his car trying to drive him to the hospital. Then he died.

In East Harlem, a man and a woman got shot at multiple times by the FDR drive.

Also in East Harlem, a 15-year-old boy got shot in the chest and refused to snitch on his shooter.

Again in East Harlem, a man got shot to death while he was riding a Citibike going home and got caught in the crossfire of a shootout.

And again in East Harlem, a 17-year-old boy got shot to death while hanging out with his friends on the grounds of the Washington Houses.

In NoMad, a man and a woman got shot at on the sidewalk in a drive-by shooting after leaving a rooftop bar where they had a fight with other people. The woman died after she took the bullet to the chest for her boyfriend as she pushed him out of the way as he got hit in the leg. This murder happened down the block from Jeff Bezos’s new three story lair on 26th Street.

In Downtown Manhattan, a militia of cops charged protesters that occupied the park grounds by City Hall for a week hours before Mayor de Blasio showed up for the budget hearings with City Council. Cops removed barricades the protesters took to guard their occupation and then arrested three people after the front of the surrogate courthouse building got tagged with political and vitriolic graffiti overnight.

The occupation grew to over 400 people and was able to match the numbers of the NYPD as they continued to curse them out and resist their presence enough to make the cops back up and stand at ease across the street from the park.

Occupiers decided to name it CHAZ (City Hall autonomous zone) after another protest group’s disastrous attempt to form a permanent protest zone in Seattle. The Naked Cowboy stopped by to have discourse with him but got smacked in the back of his head. In a bizarre development, protesters have also attacked journalists trying to report from the occupation, shockingly taking the same approach the NYPD did with journalists trying to cover the Black Lives Matter earlier in the month during the city wide 8 p.m. curfew.

Although the park already had poor people sleeping in the park, more homeless people arrived to the “abolition zone” which unfortunately led to outbursts and fights inside the occupation.

A couple of men protesting got aggro while following a NYPD inspector on the street and used their freedom of speech to make verbal threats to injure him and they wound up getting arrested. Then the phalanx of cops stood and watch a protester add more graffiti to the surrogate courthouse.

Another protester got irrationally irritated by a NY Post reporter who stopped by there and swung a 2×4 piece of wood at him while trying to knock the phone out of his hand and then ran away. Another protester threw his fist at that reporter without provocation. Police in the area treated the journalist’s charges against them with insouciance and did nothing.

Although the park already had poor people sleeping in the park, more homeless people arrived to the “abolition zone” which unfortunately led to outbursts and fights inside the occupation. Which made the sight of a man unloading loads of baseball bats from his car  by the AZ and handing them to various individuals very off-putting.

The police suddenly got active when Occupy City Hall protesters ran onto the Brooklyn Bridge as a unity march against gun violence organized by community faith activists and military veterans was crossing it along with members of the NYPD’s SBA union. When some of the protesters attempted to block the path on the bridge road, the cops deployed there along with Chief Terence Monahan managed to arrest three of them. Other protesters watching from the pedestrian path intervened in the arrest as one of them took a cane and whacked Monahan on the finger and two other high brass officers on their heads and then ran away on the road as her fellow protesters got into a violent clash with bike and motor scooter cops that rolled up on the pedestrian/bike path.

The City Hall Abolition Zone came to an anti-climatic yet still unsettling end when de Blasio’s NYPD arrived in riot gear with brand new shields and marched their way through the occupation and kicked everyone out with one guy getting cuffed for not giving up the fort as he threw a brick at the cops.

Which saved President Trump the trouble of sending federal sanction secret police to NYC to stop more graffiti being written on federal buildings.

Just walk away…

After the park was cleared out and the buildings and sidewalks powerwashed, it was discovered that the occupiers were going to the bathroom through a sidewalk grating above a catch basin in the City Hall/Brooklyn Bridge Station. Gross but fitting considering the way de Blasio turned his workplace into a pay-to-play cesspool for 6.7 years.

Also in Downtown Manhattan at the Wall St. Station, a man got slashed in the neck on the 4 train.

Again in Downtown Manhattan at the Chambers St. Station, a man pried open a plywood wall and found then stole a hand truck with tools and copper wire worth over $20,000. Then got on the J train and split with his plunder.

And again in Downtown Manhattan, a woman was found dead floating in the East River.

Also in Hell’s Kitchen, a man got fired from his real estate firm when he got frustrated with bottle refuse coming from residents of a homeless shelter hotel so he rolled a bunch of them back at the hotel. The man also caught a junkie from the shelter shooting up smack at a phone booth.

In the Upper West Side at the 86th St. Station, a man assaulted an off-duty cop and robbed her purse on the 1 train and ran out but got chased down by a Samaritan who caught him at the end of the platform. Following his act of heroism, the Samaritan continued his commute but succumbed to a heart attack and died at the 72nd St. Station.

In Central Park, a drunk man barged into a soccer game being played at 1 a.m. and stole the ball and kicked it around. When the pissed off crowd told him to get lost, the man took out a gun and shot one of the players in the leg. Who the fuck plays soccer after midnight? That’s as weird as flying a kite at night.

In Kips Bay, a man ambushed a woman on the sidewalk, put her in a chokehold and ran away with her purse.

In Chelsea, a man grabbed a purse containing an asthma pump and hearing aids off a 79-year-old woman and dragged her on the sidewalk as she wouldn’t let go. The bastard pried it off her and ran down the street.

Also in Chelsea, a man lurking by a supermarket attacked the manager with a hammer and hit him on the head as he was about to open the store, then the thug ran away. The perp was there regularly and was caught shoplifting and sexually harassing the workers there. The victim remarked that the conditions he’s seen the area in reminded him of the Bad Old Days.

In Midtown, Mayor de Blasio with his fucking wife and Al Sharpton and his National Action Network gathered together to paint a Black Lives Matter mural on the street in front of Trump Tower to spite the President of the United States, manifesting a de Blasio pandering virtue signalling tweet in real life as onlookers were booing his insincere act of tokenism to the social justice movement.

A few days later it was vandalized with red house paint as a man strolled by and took a can out of bag and spilled it on the slogan and ran off. After it was immediately cleaned up because the Blaz prioritizes civic duties when it comes to his vanity (and also his donors) it was splattered again the next day with blue paint by a transgender woman accompanied by three other LGBT women.

Then a Black woman showed up to the mural and channeling Jackson Pollack stylistically and mentally, spilled and smeared black paint all over the word Black while prosyletizing to passerby and gawkers with cellphones. Two cops meekly tried to restrain her but the power of Jesus compelled her to shove one of the cops away with such force that he hit his head on the asphalt. Hours after that woman got arrested, a White man wearing a MAGA hat ran over to the mural and splattered it with paint again as another man was waving a Blue Lives Matter flag in support. So with the latter vandalism on his message to Trump, the Blaz got the reaction from the demographic he was expecting.

When released on her own recognizance, while on her own recognizance she went into Bed-Stuy and Harlem and defaced those murals too with black paint with a couple of her allies, almost causing a near riot and getting into fights with residents witnessing their self-righteous yet constitutional vandalism.

Also in Midtown, a man drove and crashed an SUV he stole into a high end brand jewelry store.

Again in Midtown, protesters marching on the street surrounded an SUV and refused to let the driver through. Then they threatened to flatten his tires and used bikes as an obstruction and the man decided to drive on through, taking a bunch of bikes down the road that were placed under his vehicle. Following his arrest, the driver got off without charges.

And again in Midtown on the East River, two blockheads tried to beat the sweltering heat by hopping on an inflatable swan and chillaxing on the water only to wind up adrift and rescued by the FDNY. You know normal is fucked when life is imitating Sunny in Philadelphia.

And again in Midtown, a woman with a hammer furiously banged on a lamp post and then got chased by cops for blocks while she was swinging it at bystanders.

And again in Midtown at the 51st/Lexington Ave. Station, a homeless man got beat down by a cop and physically thrown off the 6 train along with his belongings when he refused to get off a near empty car because he had his bags on the seats. After kicking his bags like trash on the platform, other cops arrived and placed him on the floor and hogtied him and then the man was put on a gurney. The cop who arbitrarily targeted and brutalized him got off without charges.

In Washington Heights, a man was shot in the leg on the sidewalk.

In the Lincoln Tunnel, water started spewing inside from the walls.

In Inwood, two men involved in a drag race with another vehicle jump the gun and peel out and then an unmarked police car follows in pursuit as they speed on avenues and boulevards and under the elevated tracks and blowing red lights and going the wrong way on one way streets which resembles scene for scene in the Oscar-winning movie The French Connection.

Also in Inwood, a cop got hit and knocked to the pavement by a drunk driver in an SUV trying to flee from a supermarket parking lot where a party was going on that he and other cops were trying to break up and get people to disperse.

Following this profile by the NY Post with photos by William Farrington; NYC Parks Police, the NYPD and even another homeless man tried to moved his stuff off the fountain and were unsuccessful. The naked man, who claimed to be the son of God, refused the authorities suggestions/light demands and offers to go to one of the city’s hazardous homeless shelters so they let him be. Then the naked man laid down and placed his head on a stuffed unicorn and took a nap.

A day after he took a nature shower in his birthday suit as a Black Lives Matter rally was happening in the park, the naked delusional deity got into a handicapped wrestling match with two other men in the middle of the fountain which garnered the attention of 12 cops on patrol and gave them the justification to finally arrest him and send him to the hospital. And he still came back and tried to reoccupy the fountain again while in the buff.

Also in Greenwich Village at Washington Square Park, two men threw two balloons filled with red paint and splattered two monuments of George Washington that’s on both sides of the Arch.

A cop got knocked off his motorcycle during the clash of cops and citizens on the street. This riot coincided with the 51st anniversary of the Stonewall riots.

Brooklyn

https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2020/07/child-shot-08.jpg?quality=90&strip=all&w=915

In Bed-Stuy, as a group of people were having a BBQ cookout party by a playground, three men rolled up and jumped out of an SUV and chased three men running by, hitting and wounding three men and killing a one-year-old boy with a shot to his stomach from a stray bullet as he sat in a miniature chair. The child’s devastated grandmother lambasted the city’s stunning reactive responses to the rise in gun violence in the past month. Commissioner Shea made a personal visit to her and her family to give condolences and assurances and Mayor de Blasio stopped by their home later on right before he scheduled a speaking availability on the street following a march organized by community leaders. The cop had difficulty as that perp successfully wrestled him and kept him in a headlock and then ran away. All the while some obnoxious jagoff was filming it and coaching the pricks to fight the cops.

The man who assaulted the cop turned himself in and was immediately let go by a judge for the case to be fully investigated, so the skell can go back and loiter on the streets and fuck with somebody else. This development made de Blasio very unhappy.

The Oligarch Welfare Bill

https://cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/9785531/871814086.jpg.jpgWith god on their side, Speaker Ryan and Senator McConnell in a moment of solemn praise for growing wealth disparity. Say your prayers, nation and society.

Washington D.C., The Cesspool By The Potomac, U.S.A.

“The city of Washington was built on a stagnant swamp some 200 years ago, and very little has changed. It stank then, and it stinks now. Only today, it is the fetid stench of corruption that hangs in the air”

Lisa Simpson

“Cash rules everything around me, CREAM get the money, dollar dollar bill y’all”

Method Man

The “Tax Cut and Jobs Act”, this abominable bill to further continue the repatriation of wealth that has been going on for over 30 years is a virtual death sentence and double taxation on the citizenry of this nation. Unless anyone in the middle and lower classes wins the state lottery or avoids injury or sickness, in 10 years they will be more responsible maintaining the solvency of this country and it’s budget than all the greedy misers it is solidly ascertained to benefit.

This is a budget plan for corporate and inheritance welfare that no one is confident in. No one that counts anyway according to the Senate leader, House speaker, Figurehead Trump and his plutocabinet, which consists of the Tax Policy Center and about 70% of the people of this nation who are aware of this circle jerking by the donor money whoring GOP members of the legislative and the current executive branch.

You think after the last national tax cuts passed with bipartisan approval from the 80’s and 90’s, and the truly irresponsible hazardous ones from 2001, 2003 and the one approved a year after the bailout of the banks in 2009, which was one of the greatest acts of unacknowledged socialism since the New Deal, that these ultra successful corporations and beneficiaries of personal wealth would feel somewhat content with what they have achieved and earned with all the breaks they got. Fuck, no. You think that these people (including corporations, for they are considered individual persons) gave a shit if they were willing to spend so much money on lobbyists influencing legislation to install loopholes and donating to dutiful congressional whores instead of using that cash to give dutiful raises to their employees? Fuck, no.

The gargantuan cut to repatriating money from offshore bank accounts placed there by corporations is supposedly to encourage them to use the savings to create jobs here. So with these obscene tax cuts, will there be raises, better health plans and retirement benefits for all their efforts, eliminating the need for a nationwide raise of the minimum wage to $15 and universal coverage? Fuck no, either. Will all that money they will save legally evading their fair share of taxes go towards innovation or opening up new facilities for manufacturing products like clothes? Fuck no, either. For all that money will continue to stay put in their personal portfolios and accounts, only now they will keep the money in the basements of their sprawling mansions. Hell, they might just be able to build actual poolside banks of their own to keep their government sanctioned ill-gotten gains in and the money they will save on a p.o. box in a hut on some island resort. As the working poor will continue to live check to check and the middle class will continue to struggle to maintain themselves and accrue their own savings.

According to the authors of this bill, these cuts will pay off in the long run with all the new business it’s prospected to generate. What is not prospected by these jackasses is the inevitable burdens this will place on the people and their livelihoods it’s proclaimed to help. What is not prospected is the immediate effect it will have on the people, who vote but don’t donate, on the deleterious effects on their health insurance programs, their ability to own a home or rent, and what will happen when they are aged and unable to work.

It doesn’t even take into account on what happens when the affordable care act gets repealed, which will give millions of people a virtual death sentence lead to a jump in mortality rates. Or even how the future military conflicts, which might include a new world war induced by the idiotic social media insulting by Figurehead Trump and his catastrophic stupid executive order determining Jerusalem as the sole capital city of Israel, will affect the oligarch welfare tax cut. But the small mega-moneyed population doesn’t want to pay taxes for their vast personal property and foreign investments.

And they certainly don’t want to pay for their other properties in coastal cities and metropolises in New York and California, via the cuts for pass-through companies like LLC’s that consist of partners unnamed and unverified and foreign, which have been wholly responsible for the spread of rampant gentrification of them and the elimination of state and local tax deductions for it’s citizens. These new profits will come at the expense of street infrastructure and transit services, law enforcement, fire prevention and public education, which will certainly be vulnerable for privatization.

The obvious beneficiary and most important to our leader Trump, is that all these cuts will benefit him and his brand (though both are not mutually exclusive), his businesses and his family. Making this look like the brazen quid pro quo between this president and the GOP hacks that disgruntledly backed him last year after all the disparagement he gave them. It looks like their masochism paid off.

This bill if verified will have the most detrimental impact on the nation and it’s citizens since the Patriot Act, which has dwindled the freedoms entitled to everyone in the first and fourth amendments and has not stopped or discouraged terrorism at all and like this oligarch welfare bill, was rushed into legislation and approved without a thorough reading. But at least that didn’t have chicken scratch revisions to it placed just hours before convening to vote on it.

This is less legible than the letter Navin Johnson got from Bernadette Peters in The Jerk, which in his case he had difficulty reading because his dog Shithead gave it to him while he was taking a bath.

Besides, according to two sniveling senators, you should take responsibility and be more frugal. Sen. Chuck Grassley advises the people, which includes his constituents, to avoid spending money on booze, women and movies. For leisures like those can only be enjoyed by his moneyed donors and trust fund babies, which they will be able to partake more in with all the extra money being doled back to them to enable their frivolous spending habits.

This 500 page abomination is nothing but a government sanctioned Ponzi Scheme. For the multi-trillion dollar plan to be funded, it has to rely on induced investment monies extracted from the paychecks of the current workforce, then the future workforce once they get old and retire, depriving them of their hard earned money that would have went to pay for college debts and/or expensive health plans. And in the next 10 years their paychecks as retired people dependent on the social security and medicare that they invested in by working all their lives to enhance more obscene personal wealth for oligarchs and their heirs and the avaricious executives of multinational corporations and their shareholders.

Most of all, Trump and his family and his oligarch peers make off like the bandits they are. As their long time American Dreams, which will by law become a luxury, for collective wealth concentration will become infinite.  And no one will be able to do a fucking thing. Even a true revolution would be thwarted, because they will have the finances to own their own police and military. Which in the case of Figurehead Trump, he already has with the votes of you, the people.

Essentially, it’s a domestic attack on everyone and the nation, not immediate like being attacked by a foreign enemy looming on the horizon, but a gradually slow disemboweling of people’s personal dwindling finances. It is plain and simple economic fascism. In a way, the oligarch welfare bill is sort of like how that hypothetical question given at polls of what would you do if you just a got a million dollars, except it’s billions over time with the help of a compliant congress of spineless beggars. The answer is clearly “I got mine”, because is if this piece of shit bill does pass, those whores who are in congress and the senate certain to lose their seats by the screwed over voters would not even give a shit because they will be set for life via their investments and personal fortunes, which they had no trouble building while remaining in their elected positions. These tax cuts will give them absolute finality to retire in tax payer funded comfort.

If “It’s A Wonderful Life”‘s Mr. Potter, the biggest symbol of selfishness, corruption and avarice, was still alive or even real, he would be doing donuts in his wheelchair all over the snow covered streets. Just like all those certainly to benefit for the next decade will do in their new private jets and yachts.
