New Bad Days 77: NYPD Continues Attacking Protesters While Enabling Vehicular Violence Against Them In Manhattan And Lynch Mobs And Anarchy In Brooklyn; The High Frequency Of Random Assaults Claims Rick Moranis As A Victim While Brazen Gunpoint Muggings Occur In Broad Daylight By Talyor Swift’s Townhouses; A Man Shreds An A Train By Throwing Shit On The Tracks; Stray Bullets Hit A Boy During J’Ouvert Parade That Was Supposed To Be Cancelled, Hit A Man While Protecting His Children At An Auto Dealership And And Killed A Woman When She Looked Outside Her Window; The Fast And The Furious Movies Are Being Recreated In A Home Depot Parking Lot; BLM Cosplayers Steal American Flags After They Went To The Wrong House To Yell At And Shootings Meant For Their Targets Continue To Escalate Along With Muggings And Burglaries

On Labor Day weekend, the NYPD made a grand announcement to, well, fight crime. Commissioner Shea and his fellow high brass fellow Blue Bloods assembled and deployed cops to the streets to ramp up arrests and tamp down on gun violence, primarily in Brooklyn where shooting have led to triple digit percentage increases from last year and other myriad crimes that have seen high percentage upticks in hotspot areas. Whether this sudden focus on serving and protecting the public was motivated by accusations from the citizenry and elected officials of an intentional slowdown or by a dead pool put together by a bunch of sick fucks in a Long Island bar is purely coincidental. And if it was motivated whether if NYPD cops actually placed bets on that pool to keep the body count low is taking cynicism to a higher level, although not highly illogical. More likely it’s because Dermot’s blood probably boiled just enough to match the temperature of bowl of lukewarm tomato soup.

Following the holiday weekend that saw over 20 shootings and a protest whose participants caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages vandalizing stores they passed by, Commish Shea  declared the weekend was a  great success while his feckless boss and toady Mayor de Blasio remarked how peaceful the streets were and the city was safe as ever.

The only good news, probably the only good news all year concerning de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD, is that they made a historic shitload of gun possession arrests during the peaceful weekend. Proving that such enforcement is possible without a shady unit of Punisher wannabes but soberly also proving that the handgun stockpiles keep rising.

But still no one is asking where these guns are coming from. Which is hard to extract such information when the victims refuse to divulge the gunmen and it’s also hard to procure data for guns when only 20% of the over 1,000 shootings this year has lead to actual arrests which correlates with a 40% rise in murder and a bigger presence of gang activity.

Manhattan

In Times Square, a group of protesters holding a demonstration for a man who was killed by police in Rochester while in custody was crossing the street with the green light and walk signal and then was approached by a car with tinted windows and a bull bar on the front that was slowly proceeding. Then the driver hit the gas pedal and proceeded to go through them and speed down 7th Avenue without any pursuit by the NYPD despite the presence of cops outnumbering protesters that were monitoring them before the incident. Even though the car came close to hitting people and managed to clip a bunch of bikes.

A vehicle seen driving through a crowd of protesters in Times Square on Thursday

The people in the car, which was recently purchased at an NYPD auction, were a group of people that were counter-protesting. One of them was the woman who vandalized the Black Lives Matter street mural in front of Trump Tower with paint a total of 3 times.

Minutes before the attempt at vehicular manslaughter of dozens of people on 7th Avenue, six counter-protesters were escorted by the NYPD around the corner. During a discussion with the MAGA group, over 30 cops were standing and milling around, including many of higher rank. Then they all got in the car that would be weaponized shortly as a group of cops formed a wall protecting them from the people witnessing this strange occurance of the NYPD co-operating with and chaperoning this certain activist group.

The NYPD did not levy any charges on the driver or his passengers, even though the last person who tried to run over people in Times Square got arrested immediately. Also, the terrorist caliphate ISIS recommends the weaponization of vehicles to kill masses of people, which happened on the West St. bike path 3 years ago when a man ran down and murdered 8 people. But since the NYPD recently used two of their SUV’s to barrel through protesters on the street, running over people is now legal and a form of self-defense.

The woman recognized for her vandalism by Trump Tower claimed that she and her co-horts were scared and the driver panicked because someone allegedly hit the car with an object or punched it. Good thing they kept that bull bar on.

15 days later in Times Square, another demonstration was held by about a hundred people protesting against federal ICE detention centers allowing a doctor to perform hysterectomies on immigrant women without their consent. Then it got disrupted by cops as they swarmed and arrested 86 people for publicly assembling in the street as an automated recording played proclaiming that the public assembly was unlawful.

A Samaritan who owns the deli on that corner pulled him from under the car and then the driver backed up and tried to hit the man he plowed again and sped away down the street. Cops did catch the psycho driver later but wouldn’t disclose any information about him to the Samaritan. But why should they after what happened at the protest at Times Square the day before, because running people over with your car is legal provided you have good cause.

And again in Washington Heights, protesters having a Black Lives Matter demonstration retreated from the George Washington Bridge when cops blocked them off and then marched to 34th Pct. and were met by a miltia of cops decked in riot gear, champing at the bit for a confrontation. A clash between both groups ensued after a high brass officer broke a woman’s arm by throwing her on the ground and a protester hit a cop with a sign, leading to 6 people getting arrested.

Also in Central Park, a homeless man was found dead leaning on a rock on the grass nearby 109th st.. It was found that he was beaten to death by a man who left his body there with help from an accomplice.

Again in Central Park, helicopters have been flying perilously lower over citizens trying to relax on the green spaces. Remember back in June and in Hell’s Kitchen last month when the NYPD was flying choppers over protests in Brooklyn and over an activists apartment building that it looked like you could almost touch them? Looks like they opened it up for these hot dogger chopper pilots to do the same with impunity.

In Washington Square, a man tagged an NYU building with swastikas and anti-Semetic and anti-Black graffiti messages.

In Greenwich Village, a man sat down on a bench where a woman and her two children were sitting on and zipped open his shorts and masturbated in front of them. A Samaritan nearby protected them from the skeev who took offense at his concern and threatened to hit with a brick. With witnesses filming the altercation with their cellphones instead of dialing 911, the Samaritan then chased him for blocks and lost him by the West 4th St. Station.

Also in Greenwich Village, dozens of cops charged after a group of people right after an automated warning was played on a LARD speaker when one of them stepped one foot on the road. The cops managed to knock over tables that were set up for outdoor dining outside a restaurant where people were dining and not associated with those they arrested that the NYPD charged with engaging in an unlawful assembly and obstructing traffic; which the NYPD themselves wound up doing when they were securing the area in the middle of the street and on the crosswalks

12 people were arrested and the apparent rationale for this swarm was that they came from a demonstration and art exchange in Washington Square Park that the NYPD aggressively broke up.

Something tells me that de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD are trying to make anarchist jurisdictions on purpose.

In the Flatiron District, a man accessed an apartment building and hot wired the elevator panel which gave him access to a residence. He banged on the door and then grabbed a 78-year-old woman by the throat when she opened the door and stole her purse. But he was released without bail following his arraignment.

In the West Village at the 14th St. Station, a homeless man with maniacal violent tendencies picked up some metal clmaps that were left around on the platform for some reason and threw them onto the tracks. After a Samaritan picked them up and put them back on the platform, the homeless man took them and threw them back on the tracks when the A train arrived, causing it to derail and hit the pillars, easily causing the exterior of the train to shred off. The unreasonable act caused 56 trains to go out of service. The man laughed his ass off while being detained by other Samaritans until the police arrived.

The crazed man previously went bezerk inside a cellphone store when he swung a metal pipe at people and then grabbed a city garbage can and destroyed a sign outside. When a judge let him loose without setting bail because of the reform laws, he threw a metal bench at a city bus in September, and was released without bail again. At the arraignment for the A train derailing, with the man going off on a tangent in the courtroom, the judge wisely convicted him and set his bail at $50,000. Which is still too lenient for the million dollars in damages this dick caused.

And again in Tribeca and at that high end clothing store, gunfire went off in front of the place sending three men running for cover. In Greenpoint, bike riders peacefully assembling in McCarren Park to hold a vigil for a woman who got killed by a charter bus driver was suddenly confronted and outnumbered by dozens and dozens of cops in the park and also blocking the exit paths.

When the commander of the unit deployed to monitor the vigil decided to charge at the bikers, the bikers assembled into a line and formed a silent protest.

Even though the bikers showed no aggression or provocation, the commander went after a man who was speaking to the crowd not to engage and then the cops followed behind him and nearly caused a riot as they were tripping over each other while trying to induce them to defend themselves so they have cause for arresting them.

Also in Borough Park, hundreds of men congregated on the street without masks to celebrate a religious holiday and hold a protest against Governor Cuomo’s and Mayor de Blasio’s pandemic lockdown restrictions because of a rise in COVID-19 positive cases in the area and in towns very close by. The man who led the demonstration incited his over-enthusiastic followers to burn face masks and boxes in the middle of the street.

The presence of sheriffs and NYPD officers did not intimidate the mass crowd of people, of which only consisted of men. The presence of law enforcement also didn’t intimidate the crowd as they converged on a man trying to reason with the crowd to wear masks and beat him down to the ground and also chased a photographer down the street then surrounded him on the sidewalk and pinned him against the door of a building and knocked him down as he was trying to walk away from them. The presence of their district city councilman and the organizer of the demonstration and the mob on the street only enabled their recklessness as the latter yelled out to them that they were his soldiers. Nobody was arrested or even admonished by the NYPD, even when he went to report his attackers for beating him up and breaking his camera.

The next day, the mob leader went on social media and announced another demonstration against the lockdown order and repeatedly denounced a reporter while holding his picture up for his followers while calling them his soldiers to target him. Then during the demonstration, the massive assembly the organizer/general pinned the targeted journalist against the wall and they verbally and physically assaulted him. The mob attacked another reporter who was standing on a trailer trying to film the ruckus as the mob hit him with a pole then pounced and beat him up when he came down to the sidewalk.

The NYPD was nowhere to be found during this lynch mob attack and did not arrest anyone involved. Most conspicuously absent was the presence of the mass deployment of cops that was normally seen during the George Floyd protests and every other protest or public assembly or gathering in the past month (especially the ones where people are riding bikes)

Also missing was the arbitrary and ultraviolent aggression the cops utilize against them plus the kettling tactic, of which all these riotous revelers have already committed to do themselves.  What de Blasio’s and Shea’s NYPD did do instead was turn tail and run away when the mob got more riotous.

And it shouldn’t come as no surprise. In fact it was expected because the organizer Heschy Tischler proclaimed right in front of your city’s police force that he was good friends of the department, giving him and his “soldiers”  to feel like that they have their own set of laws and have the hubris to brag about it. It’s these cops pictured below with Heezy have permitted an actual anarchist jurisdiction in Borough Park while treating them like a sovereign state.
