It was written, rewritten and rewritten, then it was signed (wow was it signed), and it is done. The Oligarch Welfare Bill is now the unadulterated law of the land.

It was done with relative ease, since it didn’t even require a thorough reading by the establishment Republicans or the cooperation nor the presence of the establishment Democrats and Bernie Sanders in the final days of crafting this Piece Of Shit bill. All it took to barrel it through was to bribe Bob Corker by adding a last second provision tax break for pass through income via LLC’s, virtual company entities that work more like tools in making revenue in the business of real estate, which the retiring Senator accrued millions of dollars in while he has been a public servant.

It turned out the reason for Corky’s nay vote the last time was that this provision was not in the despicable bill’s house version and was added and authored by Utah’s Sen. Orrin Hatch, a man from the poor people and the chicken coop. So much for the senator taking a moral stand against Trump and massive deficits.

Senator Hatch was not only thinking of Corky and his aide, but himself and his wife and a posse of other GOP senators and house representatives with collectively millions of dollars accrued from real estate and equity holdings to profit immensely even more from the Oligarch Welfare Law (haven’t heard much reporting on how or which elected Democrat members will profit from their real estate holdings if they have them though). Including standout young’n house speaker Paul Ryan, who has been champing at the bit to get this bill created and ratified so the donors he sucks up to can now repatriate their massive tax avoiding wealth, collectively worth 3 trillion dollars, that have been trapped on their island shelters and lower taxed nations at the generous lower rate now instituted.

With all that hoarded money free at last, it can then flow through their LLC’s untouched by the Feds. Leading to more gentrification of the cities where they have invested properties in, which will cause more high end speculation. It will also kill small businesses like restaurants and bars, for LLC’s are also involved in dining and nightlife establishments too.

Now that their collaborated powerball winning legislation is now law, they are now (the only ones) celebrating. And since the Oligarch Welfare Law also includes massive tax breaks for alcohol distribution, they will surely doing shots with 100 year old scotch, bathing in 50 year old wine, and showering each other with the finest high end champagne.

The biggest winner is of course the elected and currently serving President (and his plutocabinet members). Continuing his lifelong streak since birth of privileged good fortune. And it’s a good thing too, since some of his branded properties have removed his ubiquitous name off of their buildings, which might have cost him quite a lot of cash (it’s the only evidence that he has divested from his businesses, by being forced to). With the passage and his ridiculous giant signature, which resembles a pathological liar’s lie detector chart pattern, ratifying it, the money will continue to flow through his world wide web of shell companies, ensuring and his billionaire status and a nice tax payer funded nest egg for his next of kin and their next of kin.

As for everyone else, the first year might be fine if you don’t own a home in New York, New Jersey or California, with the doubling of the standard deduction, but all those minor token tax cuts come to a screeching halt in a little less than a decade to justify the exorbitant costs of Oligarch Welfare Law, which with all the speculation on how it will make up for the 6 trillion dollars with all of the cash concentrated for the top earners by happenstance does not account the costs of future military conflicts or the catastrophic effects from hurricanes, sea level rise and land erosion and the long promised trillion dollar infrastructure plan Trump touted days after the white power siege of Charlottesville, will effect the nation’s budget in the next 5 years as these cuts get bigger for the top. Maybe the reason why they have not ended DACA is because, well, they need those kids to contribute to the redistribution of wealth with their weekly paychecks when they become adults. Maybe that will put a stop to build the new Wall Of Mexico (Nah).

So once you get your returns in 2019, don’t spend it too fast. Hell, don’t spend it at all if you are able to avoid sickness or injury, or from a climate disaster, no matter how impossible it is. For it’s the same logic that the avaricious, self-serving and donor-serving members of Congress utilized to craft this odious, rancid law. And they are not even done, for they are now concocting their B plan to fund it if these tax cuts cost the nation’s budget to implode. In fact this plan was implemented 2 weeks before they wrote the bill, knowing full well they won’t have the funds, current and speculative to finance them.

The Washington Post: Congressional Republicans are laying the groundwork to overhaul welfare programs for the poor

Republican lawmakers are preparing plans to restructure America’s welfare system, including putting new limits on who’s eligible for anti-poverty programs such as food stamps and housing benefits.

The details of the planned overhaul are still being determined, but congressional Republicans have already introduced policy proposals that would impose new work requirements on some of America’s welfare programs. Last year, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady (R-Tex.) and House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) unveiled a poverty plan as part of Ryan’s “A Better Way” agenda, which also called for the imposition of new work requirements.

The plans at the time were largely markers of future intention, signaling the party’s vision but not indicative of an imminent push for legislative action.

Something tells me this is going to take some filibustering from the Dems to nip this and kill this in the bud if they have the spine (nah.) Extreme filibustering.

Figurehead Trump did not even wait to sign this. In all certainty he also didn’t fucking read it. In his golden ukelele string maned covered head, he wanted to fulfill his promise to sign the bill before Christmas. The thing is of course that the promise he was most concerned about, after all the other failed ones regarding immigration and travel bans, was the promise to enhance his personal wealth. This is the fleshed out, current reality based adaptation of Dickens’ Christmas Carol, except that Scrooge sleeps through the four ghosts that invade his dreams and continues hoarding his wealth siphoned from the masses. As the timid elected Democrats, collectively resembling the meek assistant Ratchett, let him get away with this shit without true assertion and protest.

So forget about any Christmas cheer and gift giving in the lower and middle classes in the near future. Don’t want to forget those that yearn for higher education. For we have to pay their fair share now and our children and their paychecks are the future. Extreme fair share. Hopefully us proles will be able to hoard our money as well as the higher society populace of corporate executives, shareholders and of course our chosen members of legislative and executive public service did.

The “Tax Cut and Jobs Act”, this abominable bill to further continue the repatriation of wealth that has been going on for over 30 years is a virtual death sentence and double taxation on the citizenry of this nation. Unless anyone in the middle and lower classes wins the state lottery or avoids injury or sickness, in 10 years they will be more responsible maintaining the solvency of this country and it’s budget than all the greedy misers it is solidly ascertained to benefit.

This is a budget plan for corporate and inheritance welfare that no one is confident in. No one that counts anyway according to the Senate leader, House speaker, Figurehead Trump and his plutocabinet, which consists of the Tax Policy Center and about 70% of the people of this nation who are aware of this circle jerking by the donor money whoring GOP members of the legislative and the current executive branch.

You think after the last national tax cuts passed with bipartisan approval from the 80’s and 90’s, and the truly irresponsible hazardous ones from 2001, 2003 and the one approved a year after the bailout of the banks in 2009, which was one of the greatest acts of unacknowledged socialism since the New Deal, that these ultra successful corporations and beneficiaries of personal wealth would feel somewhat content with what they have achieved and earned with all the breaks they got. Fuck, no. You think that these people (including corporations, for they are considered individual persons) gave a shit if they were willing to spend so much money on lobbyists influencing legislation to install loopholes and donating to dutiful congressional whores instead of using that cash to give dutiful raises to their employees? Fuck, no.

The gargantuan cut to repatriating money from offshore bank accounts placed there by corporations is supposedly to encourage them to use the savings to create jobs here. So with these obscene tax cuts, will there be raises, better health plans and retirement benefits for all their efforts, eliminating the need for a nationwide raise of the minimum wage to $15 and universal coverage? Fuck no, either. Will all that money they will save legally evading their fair share of taxes go towards innovation or opening up new facilities for manufacturing products like clothes? Fuck no, either. For all that money will continue to stay put in their personal portfolios and accounts, only now they will keep the money in the basements of their sprawling mansions. Hell, they might just be able to build actual poolside banks of their own to keep their government sanctioned ill-gotten gains in and the money they will save on a p.o. box in a hut on some island resort. As the working poor will continue to live check to check and the middle class will continue to struggle to maintain themselves and accrue their own savings.

According to the authors of this bill, these cuts will pay off in the long run with all the new business it’s prospected to generate. What is not prospected by these jackasses is the inevitable burdens this will place on the people and their livelihoods it’s proclaimed to help. What is not prospected is the immediate effect it will have on the people, who vote but don’t donate, on the deleterious effects on their health insurance programs, their ability to own a home or rent, and what will happen when they are aged and unable to work.

It doesn’t even take into account on what happens when the affordable care act gets repealed, which will give millions of people a virtual death sentence lead to a jump in mortality rates. Or even how the future military conflicts, which might include a new world war induced by the idiotic social media insulting by Figurehead Trump and his catastrophic stupid executive order determining Jerusalem as the sole capital city of Israel, will affect the oligarch welfare tax cut. But the small mega-moneyed population doesn’t want to pay taxes for their vast personal property and foreign investments.

And they certainly don’t want to pay for their other properties in coastal cities and metropolises in New York and California, via the cuts for pass-through companies like LLC’s that consist of partners unnamed and unverified and foreign, which have been wholly responsible for the spread of rampant gentrification of them and the elimination of state and local tax deductions for it’s citizens. These new profits will come at the expense of street infrastructure and transit services, law enforcement, fire prevention and public education, which will certainly be vulnerable for privatization.

The obvious beneficiary and most important to our leader Trump, is that all these cuts will benefit him and his brand (though both are not mutually exclusive), his businesses and his family. Making this look like the brazen quid pro quo between this president and the GOP hacks that disgruntledly backed him last year after all the disparagement he gave them. It looks like their masochism paid off.

This bill if verified will have the most detrimental impact on the nation and it’s citizens since the Patriot Act, which has dwindled the freedoms entitled to everyone in the first and fourth amendments and has not stopped or discouraged terrorism at all and like this oligarch welfare bill, was rushed into legislation and approved without a thorough reading. But at least that didn’t have chicken scratch revisions to it placed just hours before convening to vote on it.

This is less legible than the letter Navin Johnson got from Bernadette Peters in The Jerk, which in his case he had difficulty reading because his dog Shithead gave it to him while he was taking a bath.

Besides, according to two sniveling senators, you should take responsibility and be more frugal. Sen. Chuck Grassley advises the people, which includes his constituents, to avoid spending money on booze, women and movies. For leisures like those can only be enjoyed by his moneyed donors and trust fund babies, which they will be able to partake more in with all the extra money being doled back to them to enable their frivolous spending habits.

This 500 page abomination is nothing but a government sanctioned Ponzi Scheme. For the multi-trillion dollar plan to be funded, it has to rely on induced investment monies extracted from the paychecks of the current workforce, then the future workforce once they get old and retire, depriving them of their hard earned money that would have went to pay for college debts and/or expensive health plans. And in the next 10 years their paychecks as retired people dependent on the social security and medicare that they invested in by working all their lives to enhance more obscene personal wealth for oligarchs and their heirs and the avaricious executives of multinational corporations and their shareholders.

Most of all, Trump and his family and his oligarch peers make off like the bandits they are. As their long time American Dreams, which will by law become a luxury, for collective wealth concentration will become infinite. And no one will be able to do a fucking thing. Even a true revolution would be thwarted, because they will have the finances to own their own police and military. Which in the case of Figurehead Trump, he already has with the votes of you, the people.

The ESSENTIAL FACT about the tax bill isn't that it does shit for the middle class & will raise taxes on many or that it is a give-away to the ultra-wealthy, it is that it will cause at least $1.5 trillion in revenues to disappear, leading inevitably to cuts in SS & Medicare.

Essentially, it’s a domestic attack on everyone and the nation, not immediate like being attacked by a foreign enemy looming on the horizon, but a gradually slow disemboweling of people’s personal dwindling finances. In a way, the oligarch welfare bill is sort of like how that hypothetical question given at polls of what would you do if you just a got a million dollars, except it’s billions over time with the help of a compliant congress of spineless beggars. The answer is clearly “I got mine”, because is if this piece of shit bill does pass, those whores who are in congress and the senate certain to lose their seats by the screwed over voters would not even give a shit because they will be set for life via their investments and personal fortunes, which they had no trouble building while remaining in their elected positions. Figurehead Donald J. Trump is about to conclude his first year of his term as the chief executive of this nation and he spent it talking and typing shit about everyone and anything that he’s against or displeases and exposes him.

His spontaneous verbal feces and rampant splatters that his staff has to constantly deny and reinterpret every word a that comes out of his rancid mouth that can only be compared to a bunch of handlers trying to pick up after an insomniac rabid incontinent elephant running aimlessly knocking everything down and shitting over anything from any angle in it’s path.

Trump’s unchecked ramblings and vindictive targeting has reached it’s true nadir as his administration is collapsing around him. Getting regressively worse since the last time I wrote how this president is irrelevant.

Trump’s still going after pro athletes for their solidarity kneeling during the national anthem. Trump’s still engaging in petty juvenile social media wars with high political figures and celebrities. He arranged to have the mayor of San Juan, Carmen Yulin Cruz to have her congressional hearing on the status and contracting of Puerto Rico shut down. He insulted a war veteran’s widow by forgetting his name, condescendingly telling her that he knew what he was getting into, and leaving some of his remains back in Somalia on a diplomatic mission gone awry.

Trump has decided to endorse a lecherous confirmed stalker, molester of teenage girls, one of whom he forced into sex with him when he bragged about his status as an official. Which his press secretary, who clearly doesn’t have a soul, Sarah Huckabee Sanders to deflect these disgusting charges to Trump’s and the GOP’s partisan theory that it’s better than electing a democrat. She also just recently had to deflect his moronic posting of bogus and misinformed Muslim criminal incidents by stating that the message that these attacks exist is more important than their veracity.

During all this stupid conduct unbecoming a leader or a chronic mental patient, he has betrayed his base by exposing what a pussy he is. After all that talk about China on his campaign last year, from currency manipulation to world trade, on his trip there during his Asian tour, he went to the podium to address the assembly and figuratively and humbly kiss their asses as the audience scoffed at him when he praised their trade system, pleaded with President Xi Jinping to help him with the missile crisis and continuing to garble the English language. He capped off his tour in the Phillipines with an internationally embarrassing and wretched diplomatic hummer to the murderous President Duerte, who gave the Figurehead more ideas to undermine the press when the bastard referred to them as spies.

Figurehead Trump’s biggest and most obvious betrayal to his base, if they even give a shit anymore, is his rebuilding of the swamp in D.C. with his pluto-cabinet members and the hiring of avaricious staffers without conscience dutiful to the bottom line of their corporations from the fields of finance, energy, insurance and drug companies. The swamp has now become a superfund site.

Speaking of his cruel campaigning biting him on the ass or in this case in his gullet, while on the presidential podium in the White House, he momentarily got extremely parched and had to reach for a bottle of water similar to Senator Marco Rubio’s battle with dry mouth during his State of the Union response to Obama a few years back. Except less dignified with his heavy breathing, heavy double grip and hysterical determination to look straight at the camera.

To give him some credit to derived from his mook tendencies and characteristics learned from his childhood and young adult residency in Queens and his early years as development titan in Manhattan, he has maintained his ire and verbal attacks against Kim Jong Un, his fellow trust fund baby leader. Trump’s shit-talking here has been most consistent, despite how unwise and stupid it is. For the other day, Lil Rocket Man and his dutiful military successfully tested a giant missile capable of reaching anywhere in the U.S.A.. That’s not the only worrisome thing about this, because the last test in North Korea was in an underground site tunnel that collapsed and wound up killing 200 people. Let that set in and realize that if Kim and his devoted followers, which includes millions of people, are willing to accept a mass amount of deaths to their own people just so they can be in the nuclear arms race or even decide to bomb us over the slightest provocations. And Trump has made thousands of them with his fucking blackberry.

But this ill- or actually non-advised aggression gets totally annihilated with his promise to his base and every middle class and working poor American with the next national budget bill about to gradually devastate the economy and society as a whole with the enactment of massive wide ranging tax cuts for corporations and the 1%, .1% .01%, .001% and .0001% of the richest people and the ending of tax deductions for the averaged salaried employed couples and individuals in 7 years and for the poorest individuals in 1 year. Which officially makes this the systematic destruction of the lower class and the making a new one. And makes already outstandingly wealthy people and executives even richer. Notwithstanding the obvious facts, despite Trump’s sardonic claims, of how these cuts will benefit all those, including the Figurehead, with multiple holdings and companies like LLC’s.

This crazy bill also includes the annihilation of affordable health care and permitted drilling of a wildlife forest in Alaska. Which completes a sort of sadistic hat trick of shitty legislation simultaneously showing why Trump became president and the ratification of the Expendable American Health Care Act.

All this destruction, of the middle and lower classes hopefully not from a ICBM, is going to be decided this afternoon in the Senate and it looks like it’s going to become a heinous reality. Unless something explosive turns up in Mueller’s investigation which may or may not cripple the administration as if Trump hasn’t done already.

If it does in the next few hours or even by Xmas and it leads to actual impeachment of the dotard, I hope he ends up like Navin Johnson of the Steve Martin/Carl Reiner comedy classic The Jerk. Why this analogy? There was a story a few weeks ago that Trump wanted his White House kitchen staff of elite chefs to approximate the McDonalds quarter pounder. Which immediately reminded me of the drink the demanding Navin wanted from a magazine ad.

I can see the proceedings where Donald J. Trump, if he is not perp walked from findings of money laundering funding his campaign or in his personal fortune or obstruction of justice, leaving the oval office dishevlled in a bathrobe with his boxers at his ankles, yelling how he doesn’t need anything except random things that catch his eye, walking down the halls and out the door still verbally listing stuff he’s picking up as his voice fades.

It will be as he like to call things, sad. But undoubtedly apt and justifyingly deserved.

Let’s hope he doesn’t avoid this certain hopeful fate by preemptively striking North Korea. As prophesized by Stephen King’s showboating and manipulative senate candidate Greg Stillson in the Dead Zone.

Let’s hope this doesn’t materialize. Besides, how will the 1% of the nation’s misers get to enjoy these new tax cuts.

Executive Carnage/Sabotage: Donald Trump Jr. Made A Huge Mistake And Clears The Air About Everything About His Dad’s, Putin And His Oligarch Peers And The Deep State’s Motives

Well, Well, Well, it looks like the proverbial smoking gun became the proverbial mushroom cloud around the machinations and the elevation of the electoral winner of once candidate and current president, Figurehead Donald J. Chump. No, Trump. Everybody knows his name, there is not a need to goof on his name with a simple rhyme or even make a Fraudian slip getting it wrong. And it’s all thanks to his hapless idiot son, Donald Trump, Jr..

On the cusp of the primary victory trouncing irrelevant opponents and with the presence of secret service in the homebase namesake tower of his father and grandfather, Junior received a meesage from an old friend in the public relations field of the entertainment industry, one Rob Goldstone regarding salacious and incriminating dealings about his dad’s opponent at the time, “Manifest” Hillary R. Clinton, with Russia while she was secretary of state. From the email correspondence with Junior, Mr. Goldstone procured what he called “high level sensitive intelligence” from a Russian real estate oligarch, Aras Agalarov, whose son Emin is a pop star that his agency represents whose ties to the current president stems from his purchase of the 2012 Miss Universe pageant that was held in his homeland.

Goldstone further detailed on the email correspondence, a very vulnerable venue to dispense high level intelligence, that it was part of what he proclaimed was Russia’s support for the then candidate. He also states that he will arrange a meeting with a crown prosecutor high powered attorney from the declared enemy nation with ties to Agalarov that will give them the damning details about Hillary.

Junior responds to this by writing, “If it’s what you say it is, I love it!”. He doesn’t inform the feds, or even his dad (until later apparently), he writes “I love it!”

Junior made a h(y)uge mistake.

And made another one when to get the jump on a long article about the email exchange by the New York Times, probably sensing how discussing trading foreign intelligence to destroy an opponent and the democratic process in an election would lead experts and regular people to assume that treason was committed to empower his father.

Because all it did was expose the nefarious deeds and essential players involved, mostly by referring to the presence of campaign chief Paul Manafort and current advisor and de facto State Secretary and young ward Jared Kushner along with the porcine P.R. man who set up the fete. Shortly after this feeble attempt at transparency, it turned out that the lawyer who showed up as Junior claimed was nothing sinister like election tampering and voter manipulation but inquires about adoptions and the Magnitsky Act, Natalia Veselnitskaya is an influential and powerful lawyer who represented banks that lent to the Trump’s and Kushner’s real estate holdings, the Kremlin and the FSB spy agency and money laundering oligarchs. The meeting was also presided by Rinat Akhmetshin, a former Russian spy and career Ameircan lobbyist, whose expertise runs the gamut from corporate hacking of rival energy companies to media manipulation through social media, which includes doing damage to the legacy of one Sergei Magnitsky of the act Natalia wanted dismantled. Providing the translation for the visitors was Anatoli Samochornov who did translator work for Natalia’s court hearings involving her money laundering clients and a second translator at the meeting Irakly Kaveladze, who was involved in, guess, a money laundering scheme to move Russian billions through American banks involving shell companies.

Donald Junior really was totally out of his element here with this coterie of Russian players of dark espionage, dark web, persuasion and sophisticated global thievery. D.J. was so gung ho to impress his dad that he absolutely did not bother to vet the individuals involved or even their true intentions. Which going by the chicanery of all the 5 Russian players so far is all about lifting sanctions against their homeland, their ruler Putin, and all of the Russian corporations they have clear ties to. Or even realize that the guy who summoned this dispicable group, employed a British spy who dug dirt on his pop, which turned out to be the haphazard Steele dossier published by Buzzfeed.

Now Junior’s stupid decision to release the transcript of the meeting set up not only exposes his willingness to deal with a foreign state to taint the presidential election and Senior’s opponent, but it shows that he wanted to be a bigger player in the campaign as much as his bro-in-law Jared was, who happened to own a major new york publication at the time with the New York Observer (now Observer), to what is now a disastrous result. It immediately brought to mind the strenuous, needy and perpetually flawed character from the cult classic TV show “Arrested Development”, Gob Bluth, a bozo who constantly craved the attention and respect of his father, imprisoned and fugitive real estate tycoon George Bluth, who Donald Jr. bears an almost uncanny resemblance to.

From Putin and The Russian oligarchs, the lifting of sanctions derived from the imprisonment and death of a lawyer investigating the illegal gains and transferring of billions of dollars, so they can make and launder more through international real estate, whose holdings include the luxury dwellings in many of Figurehead Trump’s namesake towers.

From the Republican establishment of greedy conservative and hypocritical christians, who rode the Trump train to the white house so they can pass their heinous society and government killing legislation to enrich themselves and their donors.

And of course the President himself, who is only there to enhance and promote his name and brand. Who did it by all means necessary too. From trashing his opponents to even embracing Bernie Sanders platform to get elected, and it worked like a charm. This also shows that he is still running his businesses while holding government office, since the only thing he’s done is sign preposterous and nonbinding executive orders, looks befuddled and detached addressing the press and at functions, and has profited immensely in just a half year’s time.

But it’s not working out like it was planned after all.

Because Congress cannot get anything done despite the Republicans having the Senate and the House. The health care repealed failed. The travel ban is still failing. They can’t get their monstrous budget passed. They are more reviled than ever before. And the voting public are getting hip to single payer health care and party primary elections to oust them.

And Figurehead Trump is getting aggravated for he could have the sense that he got played and exploited by the Republican D.C. establishment, if going by his recent regret of hiring Jeff Sessions for Attorney General. Trump actually thought that the position was meant to defend him only. I guess it’s cheaper to have your own personal A.G. than hiring a high powered firm in civilian life.

He is also feeling the walls closing in, maybe literally since he is starting to get antsy at the Mueller Commission’s decision to focus on his business dealings with Russia than on the election because of all the notorious characters in the room and the majority of his plutocabinet’s ties to the perceived enemy nation. He is also assembling a bevy of lawyers and planning to preemptively give himself and his kin presidential pardons as if he is speculating criminal charges. Surprising since he was so certain about how the president cannot have a conflict of interest.

For the past 6 months, the president has been strutting around abusing his position when he wasn’t on his cellphone typing stupid opinions like he owned the country. Recent behavior exhibited by the now confirmed Figurehead showed his dictatorial leanings, unchecked ignorance and unbridled petulance. Even when the LPGA U.S. open was held at his golf course in New Jersey, he was watching it in a giant clubhouse fortress and resembling Kim Jong Un watching his military dance for him when he was clapping for the winner at the end. The North Korean analogy gets even better since 10 of the top 15 ranked finalists including the winner were all South Korean.

Trump has become the emperor with no clothes. Actually, all his life he has been that, shamelessly walking around with his dick flopping and dangling with festering puss oozing herpes sores, as his empire and personal wealth grew and grew with the aid of government tax breaks and organized crime.

And now it looks like the proverbial chickens have come home to roost, thanks to his eldest and dumbest progeny, who to save face for maybe the final time remarked that his son was a high-quality person as if he was a key of uncut cocaine.

This real life/real time political tragicomedy wrote itself and like most programs after a while, has become stale and predictable. The collusion committed by the Trump 2016 campaign was wretched and egregious, but mild compared to the willful tolerance of the Republican Party who continued to back him and are now in power and squandering it. It’s even led to the continued immorality of the Democrat party establishment who are riding on the gross incompetence and existence of Figurehead Trump to still manipulate their voter base. And judging by their recent attempts to capture vacant seats with the corporation palatable picks, are still failing. The White House and the Deep State has gotten so reprehensible and power mad that even the government ethics commissioner Walter Shaub couldn’t take it anymore and felt his position had become unjustified and up and quit, a decision wrought with the symbolism and unofficially the fact that actual ethics or even the concept of them no longer exists in elected office or maybe society as a whole.

And now bipartisanship has arrived in D.C. as both parties in the Senate has revived the sanctions against Trump’s pal Putin’s Russia, daring the Figurehead to veto it and look like a treasonous patsy and hearings have been scheduled for the hosts of that notorious sitdown on the 25th floor of 725 5th avenue.

And it’s all because of Donald Trump Jr.. Who in two strokes of his cellphone in the span of a year did what the legendary Gob Bluth did and said in every episode of his famed sitcom…

In these times of utter confusion, cynicism and abject cruelty among the citizenry, earlier revered by the inaugurated Trump as you, the people, this party cannot be more untimely, tone-deaf, insensitive and offensive. The Washington Post has been railing against the antics and widespread corrupt connections of Figurehead Trump for the past year and a half with such zeal that that at times most of their reports had to be corrected for missing major facts, contributing to Trump’s and the public’s disdain and his own desired physical abolishment for the proclaimed fake news medium. With this shindig, it’s clear to people why that may be and it should be clear now that Trump’s ongoing social media spats is just the same distracting fodder that he used to provide the WWE with in his time as a pro wrestler feuding with the Small Business Commissioner Linda McMahon’s husband.

This party, although obviously not the first of it’s kind if you just go on any digital search engine for images of our money betters soirees, is the 10th circle of hell manifested. This happening is veritable proof that life as we know it in it’s current form is a joke and a lie if you don’t have obscene amounts of wealth, whether earned or inherited (mostly the latter). These lavish party people don’t give a goddamn, a shit, a fuck or a flying fuck about the concerns and problems of the middle class and the working poor that they feign (with now underlying mockery and contempt) to represent and inform. As George Carlin once proclaimed and prophesied just a few short years before his way to soon death, “it’s a big club, and you ain’t in it”. A quote which may now have to be inscribed in the nation’s constitution.

This party makes Marie Antoinette’s notorious and dismissive words to the suffering proles in 18th century France sound like a charitable suggestion for single payer health care and affordable housing and free college for all. This event happened despite the acrimony and polarization going on in the streets and the justified fury of the people confronting their elected representatives at town halls.

This blatant display of apolitical crapulence comes on the heels of the recent shooting of Republican elected officials at a field during a baseball practice. Is this party what was meant about the bipartisan unity demanded by all those effected by that day of terror and by Figurehead Trump. And wouldn’t this party trigger and inspire another disgruntled mentally ill citizen to consider this a proper target for his or her sense of immediate vigilante justice?

Mostly, this party put together by a major publisher of journalism, by one of the giants of the fourth estate, flies in the faces and insults the intelligence of the public and the right to be informed. And solidifies the rotten state of class division and widening wealth disparity overwhelming towns and cities as public services are being denied them to enrich people like Ms. Weymouth and her wealthy sociopath guests with generous tax cuts.

Certainly, they all had a good time and will continue to do so, even as it comes at the expense of the people’s growing fears and the concept of reality. Unless something happens to make people like Lally think twice about her next gathering of uber-equals. Say a revolution. The impeachment and maybe indictment process has begun. James Comey, FBI director unceremoniously and cowardly terminated by Predisent Trump, went to the House of Senate to testify for 3 hours of his dismissal and his awkward confrontations and meetings in thorough detail. This hearing may be the equivalent of a filing to a human resources complaint dept. in any corporation.

What Predisent Trump did to and how he treated Comey was basically the equivalent of making a pass at a comely female executive or bombshell secretary, but more likely the way a mafia crime boss would make certain demands during a payoff or a threat to some spineless elected or appointed official at one of their “social clubs”. The problem, the big problem is that it was the FBI director,the United States’ primary federal law enforcement agency, and is responsible for its day-to-day operations, he was trying to coax into easing up on his disastrous and erroneous pick for NSA advisor, Gen. Michael Flynn., a man who was an essential and loyal piece for Trump’s victory lap to the White House but, as with many other advisors and in his former/current business dealings especially those related to the predisent, had dealings and meetings involving money and promises with top Russian officials and purposely did not mention it to secure positions in government.

Trumpie must have assumed, as he declared to Lesley Stahl in that first 60 minutes interview and to the NY Times editorial board back in January that since as president he has absolutely can’t have a conflict of interest, that it applied to his browbeating and demands of abject loyalty of the deposed Comey, as it applies to his refusal to release his current tax returns and his defiant disobeying of the emoluments clause and the running of his businesses. How in spite of Comey’s comforting reassurances that the predisent was not involved in the probe of Russian breaches of the election, Trump still pressed him to back off, like some cartoon parody of Al Capone.

And in defiant spite of the fact that you don’t fire the person who you think is investigating you.

Comey’s public and televised employer complaint forum showed the nation a lot of what is already and obviously known. The predisent is a confirmed and validated fucking liar instead of a just a reputed, notorious one.

James Comey did an interesting and what should be inspiring thing that every employee going through hardship, stress and intimidation in the workplace, and that is that he took notes of every interaction and conversation with Predisent Trump, being that you can’t believe a word out of his halitosis emitting mouth and he cannot be trusted. Apparently, it’s more efficient and less risky to write everything down instead of filming video and audio recording.

Speaking of audio recording, Comey and the nation certainly are wondering and are awaiting these alleged tapes produced by the predisent/Godfather of America. Comey brought new heft to his usage of the word “lordy” by outright challenging Trump to release them.

Following Comey’s damning exposure of the wretched executive in chief, Trump’s hillbilly consigliere and Comey’s former immediate supervisor AG Jefferson Sessions took the stand the other day and refused to answer reasonable questions and remember or recall anything at all about his illicit involvement of Comey’s dismissal and his bosses attempt to obstruct an investigation. Basically, what this goober has historically done at the pleasure of the predisent is preemptive executive privilege.

“Stonewall” Sessions behaved like a petulant little brat as he yelled how offended he was as a long time public servant/establishment political hack with self-righteous indignation then proceeded to blow off every question with seething contempt, especially to Senator Kamala Harris of California, who properly persisted to his swaggering obfuscations and bullshit only to be interrupted by Sen. McCain demanding the AG weasel have a chance to respond even though he refused during the whole hearing. The look on Sessions face was scuzzy with vile glee after that order from the flesh and blood version of Grandpa Simpson.

Jefferson couldn’t be more like Frank Cantangeli in the Godfather II when he abruptly developed amnesia during Michael’s trial.

What the predisent has done, quite unsophisticated and ineptly has integrated government and organized crime.

It has even upended his very cabinet, for the day before Sessions performance, the Predisent gathered some all of his plutocabinet members at a table for a press release, with each member verbally demonstrating their ~~loyalty~~ privilege to serve under Trump.

In a way, it is quite amusing to see people of such worth and stature reduced to undignified groveling. Good thing no one went rogue and dissented, because this could have been a recreation of Al Capone’s baseball analogy in The Untouchables.

Aside from the easy movie classic references, this is deranged. These are college educated, wealthy adults and former business leaders here acting as subjected yes men and women. It seems the only thing that was built during infrastructure week is the massive bubble built around the white house, encasing the predisent when he walks around in public and his golf resorts and hotels with his dumb name on it.

And if these disgraceful acts by our predisent isn’t lousy enough, Trump has decided to let ~~his capo~~ General Mattis take over the reigns and make future decisions of troop deployments in future missions in Afghanistan to go along with fighting ISIS and other splinter terror groups. So if things go wrong, he will not be responsible so he assumes. (But mostly because he thinks he is a big shot but he is a another lazy deadbeat with a government job.) And his dimwit son and nepotism beauty expert Eric got caught diverting funds from his cancer patient charity golf tournaments to his poppop’s foundation, possibly/certainly to get much needed funding to Trump’s then struggling campaign that he allegedly funded himself.

This cannot end soon enough, but clearly this is going to take a while. A long while. Enough time to rewrite the budget and legislation that will benefit all those ghouls fortunes at that table, corporate monopolies as well as the international gangsters who financed Trump for the past decade and a half.

Justice is practically in standstill and languishing in purgatory, but with these hearings it still faintly exists. Even if it’s a dreadful imitation of it and in a state of disarray.

Willful ignorance, cognitive dissonance and tribal epistemology won a huge victory on the first day of June. As Figurehead Trump, following his irritable, obnoxious and incorrigible behavior, baseless and denigrating speech towards his nation leader peers, came home and declared that our nation will no longer participate in the Paris Climate Accord of 2015.

Despite the dire situations and damage this will bring to our country is lightened by the fact that we are obligated to honor the climate contract until 2019. A big hairy but to this problem is that this will open the floodgates for Trump and the malcontent energy industries to surgically gut our mountains, lands and waters for resources that are expensive and unprofitable, mostly coal and oil. For the aforementioned spoils, the victors can will thank their elected representatives subservient to them at the expense of the voters who blindly followed them and continue to betray.

The fucked up things that make Trump’s decision so asinine and clearly spiteful, to his world leader peers and the planet’s population, which includes this nation and you, the people are three things:

The only other nation, excluding Nicaragua because that nation felt that it didn’t go far enough and they are victims of other nation’s irresponsibilities (they are right), to bow out is Syria, and that nation makes it apparent daily with their non-concerns about the environment because both sides are blowing it up daily with explosions.

That states like California, New York , and Hawaii have decided to take more responsibility and are arranging climate accords of their own with the member nations. Which kind of shows, maybe validates, that Figurehead Trump, his cabinet and these elected officials are clearly paid deadbeats, because the states are doing their jobs for them to stem the colossal threat of climate change, which is bigger than any threats from terrorist factions. In fact, climate change may be more of an influence on terrorism than is commonly thought.

The two biggest contributors of climate change extremities of the past decade, China and India, have actually made efforts and made progress to focus and rely more on renewable energies and have actually used less coal in recent years.

Surely, Figurehead Trump and his plutocabinet (don’t believe this team of rivals bullshit about this) sees the pulling out of the accord as a way to justify, legislate then ratify digging more into national and city parklands and supposed unused spaces around homes to mine for more detrimental energy resources. The only bright spot, for Trump anyway, on his jaunt overseas was his meeting with the Saudi royals. He bowed like a bitch, twice, and accepted a cheap necklace and charm pendant from them, group fondled an orb with them and engaged in a rigid dance with a sword. In the midst of all that degrading minstrelsy, Figurehead Trump along with his trusty ward Jared “down low” Kushner arranged a sweetheart lowball weapons and munitions, American infrastructure deal which included a token charitable donation to the first lady daughter and oblivious labor reporter and slave wage activist eraser Ivanka’s woman entrepreneur fund, whatever the fuck that is (Oh, she’s a entrepreneur with lady parts, ain’t that nice and considerate).

This deal has national and worldwide damage written all over it. Since Trump has now privatized a part of his yet to be announced trillion dollar infrastructure plan to a despotic state and an avaricious private equity and venture capital firm that’s only concern is their bottom line of grossly and immensely enriching themselves and their shareholders and that’s it. There will certainly be attempts to cut costs in materials and salaries, might even attempt to put hired goons on the payrolls not to lay blacktop or build pylons but to crush protests and unions demanding loss wages.

And the weapons and armistice will be used, as it has before under the last figurehead but takes bigger significance considering the bestwords used by Trump on last year’s campaign trail, on poor villagers in Yemen who don’t even have an air force or marines, but have to rely on a widespread but ragtag militant group alleging to Al Qaeda for protection.

What has occurred since this artful deal by the self-proclaimed deal artist has seen various terrorist attacks in London, Manchester, even Iran and Kabul, Afghanistan, the last being the worst that it killed 90 innocent people in a busy market square during a pleasant afternoon as people were commuting from and to work and kids were leaving school. It should also show that dropping the Mother Of All Bombs a month ago did not put a scare into any splinter terrorist groups dwelling and conspiring in that nation.

But it does not matter to the wealthy war mongers and our spineless sell out leader of our nation. It’s all about the money piling up like a mountain of shit in the Figureheads, appointeds and electeds, and billionaire donors personal bank accounts in some p.o. box on a resort island or pied-e-tiere condo or hotel room in New York. For these loosely termed people do not give a fuck and seem pretty certain that the world is going to end in their and their next of kin’s lifetime. And being in high positions in government and royalty, they have access to all the isolated hideaway safe spaces if the apocalypse and dystopia happens, and if their gated mansions and palaces and expansive properties swallowed by the oceans or reduced to ash. Like telling Face The Nation his warped rationale that having a sore knee or a bad back is not as important than launching missles, which shows that he definitely knows what’s in the Expendable American Health Care Act.

Like congratulating recent victories and the treacherous exploits of despots of other nations, dictator scumbags like Al-Sisi in Egypt and Erdrogan in Turkey. No word yet if Trumpy called the victor of the election in France who beat that dirty money-bundled douchehag Marnie Le Pen though.

Like inviting that extrajudicial mass killing vigilante asshole Duerte from the Philippines, probably for advice that made AG Jefferson Sessions, that mutant herpes boil, bring back excessive sentences for drug offenses.

But mostly, and most defiantly egregious and boastful, the firing of the FBI director James Comey. The man leading the investigation into alleged Russian influence and interference in the democratic process of last year’s election in the final months. Surely, after the Figurehead and aspiring Dictator had been whining on his social networking account for months there was no link at all, in addition to denying ever meeting Putin and even advisors with ties to Russian oligarchs in his inner circle. And the perceived massive favor the former FBI director did to dismantle the campaign of Manifest Hillary in the final week before election day, it certainly looked as if Comey’s job was safe and Trump was eager to let the investigation roll on, with the assured, by Trump, outcome to go in his, Trump’s, favor. It would have been another thing to brag about incessantly, which where the President is an artisan.

But it was all too much. And like something out of the Godfather, recent reports have shown that since his pathetic inauguration, Trump has been putting the screws on the top law enforcer of the nation. Needling Comey to pledge his loyalty to him to end the investigation of the alleged and yet to be proven Russian ties. It’s like Trump thought that firing Gen. Flynn for his 45 large payday would be enough to let it go so he can run the country into the toilet, enact arbitrary laws and regressive policies, plunder the treasury and continue to run the Trump Organization at the same time.

It’s still amazing that Flynn got the ax. I can only imagine the amount of bullshit Trump told him when he assigned him to the NSA position, which did not need congressional approval. Like how safe the general thought he would be because of Trump’s debts of billions of dollars to his properties and, as recently noted by a sportswriter, golf courses, and most omnipresently, Trump’s familial advisers and the Secretary Of State Rex Tillerson’s ties to the obscenely wealthy in Mother Russia.

The problem, for the President, is that Comey, despite his flaws and his humiliating recent testimony at the last hearing involving this burgeoning scandal, is a true public servant and did not sell out to the lame ass aspiring dictator. So Trump fired him like the coward he is. And in the heinous way of manipulating the analysis of recently appointed deputy attorney Rod Rosenstein and using the blatantly illegal advice of A.G. Sessions who a day after his confirmation, recused himself from this case for speaking briefly with a Russian diplomat. Of course, being the glory hog and ignorant jerkoff that is his nature, the President/Godfather bragged to Lester Holt that he was going to can Comey anyway. With this national display of hubris and shit-talkin’, Trump did the same thing Flynn did to Vice President Pence when he lied about taking cash from a Russian TV network featuring Putin and undermined his defense of Comey’s firing by the advise of his top cabinet members by lying to him. (as well as members of congress and his doormat press secretary, forcing him to hide in the dark by some bushes). This amoral admission by Trump solidifies his impulsive power tripping firings of interim AG Sally Yates concerns of Russian compromising and DA Preet Bharara’s similar investigations and actual charges of Russian money laundering in NYC luxury apartments (although Preet might have actually been canned for delving into the misdeeds involving a nefarious pal of the fiendish President of Turkey currently held in a prison cell in Manhattan)

This of course led to an uproar in D.C. and the nation, (and probably the Deep State, but they will probably adapt if Trump remains in power), despite all the conflicting outcry from both political parties that have called for Comey’s removal in the past 8 months. But all that was put to rest when the following day, the subject and catalyst of the Comey investigation, Russian Diplomat Sergei Klysiak was invited to the White House and Oval Office with the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov. And kept out the fourth estate from the meeting but permitted a Russian government owned media photographer to the oval office.

That is some gangsta shit.

And now it turns out that Trump, in a total display of boastful hypocrisy, revealed pertinent information and classified intelligence to the Sergeis about the Islamic State provided by staunch and perennially trusted ally Israel. And he followed this up with bilious aplomb that he had the right, as President, to do it. The same bilious aplomb when he said that the President never has a conflict of interest and how he can go out on the streets of New York, shoot a guy, get away with it, and still be adored.

That is something that is learned and ingrained indefinitely in a person. In a person that had relied on illicit mob money and manpower to build his empire as a young scion who inherited his dad’s wealth and empire, and who has relied on free flowing and unregulated Russian (and Chinese, Indian, and Arabian) money to grow his empire, market his name and spread his tower pestilence and fabricated worth and reputation around the world.

Erdogan, with the aid of sycophants and patsies in his nation’s parliament and a very shady electoral process, took over control of all branches of government in his country. This has led to strife and unrest in his nation. It’s also reached out to Turkish citizens of this nation, as a small group showed up at the Turkish embassy in D.C. to protest Erdrogan’s presence there.

It did not go well at all. Unless you were part of Tayipp’s crack security team of violent oppressors.

These motherfucking lowlifes basically committed an attack on a sovereign country. America. These bags of dicks and shit in suits and possessing loaded guns oppressed the 1st amendment rights of those people, Kurdish people whom this nation is allied with in War On Terror. And they did this with total impunity and the salient fact that they have virtual permission since their leader has the respect and sympathy of our President.

These are the days, hours, minutes and seconds of reckoning of liberty and justice in this country and even though he refuses to acknowledge it, President/Godfather Don “Senza Valore” Trump, now that Comey’s predecessor and fellow New Yorker Robert Mueller has been tapped to assist in the independent investigation. Although the above video is reason enough to demand justice for the victims and spur solidarity among the hundreds of elected officials, the fact that the nation is at the mercy of a gangster is arguably worse.

This power hungry, power mad, stupid, greedy man in the White House has to go. And he has to go to prison like the gangster he kept company with and the dictator he aspires to be. No more, no less. There is no way to condone his behavior and his decisions. There are no more chances. This is over. President Trump truly has become the living embodiment of two words that don’t belong together.

There is not enough time left. He has to be removed before his disastrous budget, foreign and domestic policies and his dismantling of the constitution becomes official.

Mostly, he has to be charged with high crimes, that way if that sinner Vice President “Lying” Pence takes over, his presidency will be undermined and will not get any of his fundamentalist Christian acts effecting the economies and beliefs on the majority of citizens.

I kinda partially regret writing this post. Because Comey, Mueller, Rosenstein and all the other resisters in the FBI turned out to be discredited in their investigation of President Trump. This on the heels of the monstrous and dystopian society producing tax cut for corporations hoarding money in other nations, on islands and in hotels and luxury condos. This on the prospect of the massive cuts, already having deleterious effects, on various fields of scientific research, caring for the elderly, schools and housing.

Is there no end to stem their bottomless satiety for personal wealth? These elected subhumans and their wealthy donors are basically financial cannibals.

This is the real death tax. The new final solution. The cost is your money then your life. This is the Expendable American Health Care Act. Affordability has now become a luxury item. Especially when it comes to the health and well being of you, the people. For these 217 fiends who voted yes to repeal and destroy the health care of millions, and actually held a big keg frat party to celebrate it, the aged, the less healthy and less earning of their constituents just has to pass away to keep the economy solvent for those who need an extra beach house, private plane or vast swaths of trendy city real estate for those impatient to wait for government exemptions.

Some or most of the 217 stupid morons who passed this death warrant did not even read the contents of the bill, akin to the passing of the unpatriotic Patriot Act passed months after 9/11, supposedly to stop terrorists from attacking on our soil again when all it has done was stifle protests and enabled the NSA to mine every citizen’s phone and digital communications for info. While the Patriot Act took a majority of our liberty away, the EAHCA act will take away your life if you are middle class, poor, disabled or old.

According to the demonic inside trader HHS chairman Tom Price, this cut will free up the individual states to control the costs and dispense the care. But with what money? And mostly what hospitals, since a lot of them are already going belly up and being replaced with ugly glass behemoth towers.

Executive Producer and Figurehead Trump yet again breaks another of his promises to his voters during his monkey hustle campaign last year. The mook from Queens actually turned around to those greedy sociopaths and pleaded for reaffirmation of his position.

“Can you believe it, I’m the President” and they all just laughed with him instead of at him. These excuses for people have no shame, no integrity and no intelligence. Just lots of money, power and influence.

And government funded and private health insurance. And nice palaces to dwell in when they retire.

And if this passes the Senate (signs are pointing that it won’t, but don’t get your hopes up, because hope is a luxury too), there won’t be any places for seniors to go in their late years except a nameless grave in some field. A field that will eventually be grounds for a new luxury tower with a 20 story banner of Ivanka Trump pasted on the side and occupied with the money of the progeny of the 217 elected gangsters in Congress.

The Trump presidency and the GOP majority House and Senate, now at 64, is for all intents, purposes and hysterical, fattening irony, is now embroiled in precarious dread and utter chaos. The same kind experienced by all those impacted by the Figurehead’s best words and stupid ass executive decisions and policy making.

The last few weeks, Trump has struck out on his campaign promises to curb terrorism via the arbitrary Muslim ban, shot down by federal district court judges yet again, this time from Maryland and Hawaii. And his promise to end the affordable care act, familiarly known as Obamacare, named after the first African American neoliberal President of the United States, collapsed as if by assisted suicide in Congress Friday afternoon.

And he may have truly fucked himself by accusing the prior executive in chief of wiretapping his tacky ass namesake tower on 57th and 5th, especially after going on social media the day of FBI chief Comey’s testimony about ongoing investigations into collusion between allies of the Figurehead and their and his ties to Russia intelligence operatives and oligarchs. Although not strictly tied to Don Worthless, two recent cases involving financial and tech crimes cannot bode well for his current stature and lend credence to his repeated denials, considering the preferred machinations and tactics that were employed ensuring his election victory. Also the lavishly paid work his campaign manager for 5 months last year, Paul “Mumbles” Manafort, in the Ukraine and his eccentric billionaire pal Roger Stone’s correspondence with Glucifer 2.0 might jolt his selective memory and probably inspire the feds to some subpoenas and warrants ready.

The aborted plan, the Crippled American Health Care act, was nasty from the start. And clearly assembled so poorly, except in obvious places where it seem most cruel and sadistic and spiteful. Like how it would throw out 24 million citizens off the rolls, raise premiums and costs for the elderly and indigent, make enrolling more expensive for those not on it and how tanning salons would get a break in fees, so as to remind those who make fun of his unnatural comical orange complexion. Fortunately, everyone involved in crafting this clusterfuck legislation, did so in haste and seemingly all those tasked to the plan are dumb as rocks, mostly the leader and muse of this colossal waste of time and tax expenditure, Speaker Paul Ryan, who might have signed his own political death warrant thanks to Figurehead Trump’s haughty demands. But mostly it’s due to the people all over the nation, confronting their elected representatives, at least those that didn’t try to flee out the back door, with assured absolutism regarding their needs for the health care they signed up for to keep the ACA intact.

For the brief bit of hope from the abysmal failure to overturn ACA is temporary now that the budgetary plans are in place, shoring up the military and homeland security complexes at the expense of practically everything that protects and maintains life liberty and the pursuit of happiness for every American. Their security too.

The greatest and biggest armed forces on the planet is about to get 54 billion dollars. The only reason for this is that Figurehead Trump is going to lead this nation into wars. And by ourselves without coalitions. Because in the past, poll numbers go up for leaders during wartime. And this estimate, probably low ball, if we are going to fight and terminate ISIS and the war on terror, a war on an idea, a war on faith, these massive costs of taxpayer largesse and eventually the lives of soldiers are going to set up camps in Syria to defend and shore up murderous dictator Bashir Al-Assad, who is a cross between Adolf Hitler and Latka Gravas.

The other reasons for justifying these new expenditures to the M.I.C. is our nation’s continuing presence in Iraq and in the never-ending yet mild war and occupation in Afghanistan. For the only reason in my opinion is to wrest control from the Taliban, who are practically a entrenched established political party and government apparatus there and to protect all that natural gas and heroin from getting in the wrong hands. (Speaking of smack, Trump actually added funding to heroin treatment and prevention in the HHS)

The only other two areas that are getting infusions are 2.6 billion for the border wall, the wall that Mexico was supposed to pay for, and is definitely a low ball estimate in addition to being an imaginary goal. This wall may cost trillions if implemented, considering the engineering, labor and materials. As for materials, will they be made in the U.S.A.?
And of course there are the deployments of ICE agents in towns, roaming around like bounty hunters searching for illegal immigrants, getting the bad guys, but also getting the poor hard working law abiding guys. And the database that collects the info of their whereabouts via the Palantir corporation.

As is the other allocation of 1.4 billion for “school choice”, which could only mean that Betsy “Destroyer” Devos is going to be very busy at her appointed position, counting her personal filthy lucre from her corrupt charter school industries that will certainly accrue when or if this gets implemented. Vulture equity firms investing in these schools will also get off big. There is also the looming threat to the civil rights and the separation of church and state with the adamant use of christian doctrine imposed on the schools in her home state in Michigan and the selective use of funding of those schools that teach the good book.

As for the rest of the departments, they are as fucked as the state of normal:

The EPA, at 31% got the biggest cuts of all, no doubt influenced by the presence of that humanoid mass of methane Secretary Scott Pruitt. So expect the water and air to get a tad more decorative with pollutants.

The State Department, got a 29% cut, making Rex Tillerson’s job easier, although distributing aid to starving nations like Kenya and Sudan is going to get a lost riskier for those in need after suffering elongated drought. It’s going to be also a little harder to avoid getting into messy violent conflicts, but why should it matter because a lot of positions in the state haven’t been filled and probably never will.

Agriculture’s cut, at 21 %, is most recently noted for the SNAP program, so more kids and moms will be getting their nutrition from the 99 cent stores. And the elderly will be joining them as they painstakingly make the long trek to the Dollar Tree for vienna sausages and ramen noodles, as Meals On Wheels is also in jeopardy.

Department of Health and Human Services cuts at 18% will fuck up Medicaid and Medicare. So don’t get sick or injured if you’re poor or old. Unless you have ACA. And cures and remedies to cancer and heart disease will have to wait too. Research, Smeaserch.

Commerce Department cut at 16% will deny funding to protect the coasts from future storms, which is a shock considering a lot of recent luxury tower development have occurred on coastal areas on the Pacific and Atlantic. But in places like Coney Island, where there are still poor project housing by the beaches, maybe this is almost like insurance for Trump’s developer peers. Speaking of housing-

HUD’s cut, seemingly sparse at 13 %, will cut funding for new development, leaving the projects at the mercies of private developers and gentrification. Making matters worse is the reminder that this will be run by the brain dead brain surgeon Ben Carson. A man who survived a stabbing thanks to his belt buckle.

The Education Department, cut at 14%, in the most bizarre redistribution of funding in all these heinous cuts, impacts the actual training of new teachers, summer school programming and aid programs to poor and first generation students at a cost of 3.7 billion in grants. So why does Betsy need 1.4 billion to encourage school choice, when the Trump administration is making it easier to choose charters to let public schools rot.

Transportation Department got a 13% cut, for all the talk of improving road infrastructure and airline security and safety. In the spirit of Reagan, this has a deleterious effect on air traffic control.

Interior Department cuts will affect the nation’s parks. That’s a lot of untapped real estate and energy mining for certain interests. The Energy Department’s cuts will impact the nuclear plants and stockpiles positively and studies on climate change negatively. The latter being that debates on the issue have to continue, perhaps indefinitely. The slight cut to NASA also will deny climate studies. It also cuts funding on the cost saving Energy Star program, because we need more coal resourced refrigerators and microwave ovens. Maybe we can use coal to charge all our Iphones now that we got Obamacare back.

Treasury Department at -4% also seems ineffectual. The major exception with this is that most impactful and pervasive crime being committed, and by the most avaricious perpetrators, is money laundering. A lot of this is being done with the aforementioned Russian oligarchs, as well as domestic and other international billionaires. The timing of this can’t be worse in light of the confirmed fact of the hierarchy of Saudi Arabia giving financial aid to Al Queda for decades, even during the monstrous slaughter of 9/11.

And the Big Kahuna of cuts. To fucking 100 percent to nothing funding to National Endowments to the Arts and Humanities, Museum and Library Services, and Public Broadcasting, PBS and NPR. If this stupid and sadistic budget passes, this will be the last year for public access to information, history and creativity. The last year to enjoy plays and musical performances in the park and on TV and radio. The last year to see art exhibitions. The last year to get unfiltered and untainted reports on the nation, world and on politics left and right. The last year to get free help for filling out tax returns and getting employment.

These budgetary decisions are going to instill more cynicism and frustration into a populace already tired of the Figurehead’s bullshit. Even among the people he promised to make America First and Great Again. It’s going to break towns and cities with combined urban blight, rising crime and economic environmental devastation. It’s going to lead to decimation in law and order despite all the new money being disbursed to maintain it.

Especially in Donald’s hometown in Queens and the other boroughs in New York.

Which he already did with his chair bashing sneak attack firing of Southern District D.A. Preet Bharara. Right at the end throes of his investigation into the (once) illegal fundraising of Mayor De Blasio and his doling of services favorable to big money clients of various public relation and lobby firms that worked on his mayoral campaign and his city hall slush fund 501 (c) (4) he ran inside his office with the presence of said groups, dubbed agents of the city to foolishly avoid illegalities. And right at the start of investigations in to HHS secretary Tom Price shady insider trading investments and the misappropriation of funds by the Fox News Network to settle sexual harassment cases.

With that move, Figurehead Trump made Pay To Play and Honest Graft legal in NYC. For the time being all can hope.

But with these recent policy making gaffes, it does give a faint glimmer of hope that this budget will go down the crapper as with his travel ban and his shitty health care plan. And maybe he will refrain from saying stupid shit on twitter with lame attempts to distract news media, corporate and independent, our elected officials and the people of this nation.

What an uncomfortable and yet unpleasant sight it still is to see the words President Trump together, as well as the everyday reality of accepting that fact and of the bedlam he is causing in his position. Which made it even worse when the day arrived of his first address to Congress. To see him walk down the aisle in the role given to him by a desperate, disillusioned and disgusted with the status quo and elitism in government, it still looks unnatural and it gives the impression that his election victory and current occupation is just a spin-off from his rotten reality genre NBC program.

But before he addressed congress he acknowledged the First Lady Melania Trump and it may have been the first time that raucous wolf whistling and guttural whoos ever greeted a woman of such a dignitary position.

The contents of his speech he gave mostly was another rerun of all his shallow campaign promises, ludicrous budget spending proposals and pandering jingoistic bromides. More billions for the fucking wall on the Mexican border which is based on speculative profits and theories about returning jobs but for now WE THE PEOPLE are going to pay for. Something called VOICE, which looks like his crack(ed) team aides struggled to come up with a mnemonic for asinine program, which a special victims unit for those subjected to crimes by alleged illegal immigrants. More billions for the Military and Surveillance Industrial Complex. To pay for all this government expansion, which for some reason all the supposed conservatives in the house and senate based their campaigns and tenures rallying and fights against wasteful government spending and overreach, there will be drastic cuts to arts and education, and inevitably on the abolishment of the taxpaying citizens health care apparatus of Medicare, Medicaid and the ACA, along with the de-funding of social security.

These plans, although little detailed and devoid of any substance or sustenance as effective policies, anticipates that international wars are on the horizon. As shown by Figurehead Trump’s bonehead attack on a village and Al Qaeda base in Yemen, resulting in the deaths of not only enemy fighters but civilians including children and the destruction of multi-million dollar fighter chopper and the death of Navy Seal, Chief Petty Officer William Ryan Owens . This was the result of Trump leaving all his war making decisions on Defense Secretary Mad Dog Mattis, whose prior experience supervising quagmires in Iraq should have gave this attack some slight hesitation. But it’s horrible results just made a soldier’s wife a widow and an excuse for the Figurehead to pass the buck and blame the generals (after all, it was their decision). If there is a lesson here, it’s shown that despite Trump’s repeated assertions, not warning about an attack on the enemy like his predecessor did, doesn’t yield success or even intel, no matter how many times he invokes it and how his press secretary over-enthusiastically yells it.

And nothing will be questioned by the sycophantic lobotomized monkey Republican majorities in the House and Senate for his mystery war plans, especially after the elongated standing ovation, deservedly so, to sad sight of the widow Carryn Owens, praying and weeping to the heavens. Despite the sick, make that SICK, comment of the ovation breaking a record, any mission Figurehead Trump will assign will get partisan majority support in homage to yet another fallen fighter on a misguided and poorly planned attack. Which brings this to the crux of this post, the mainstream news media of print, digital and broadcasting.

Prior to the address, former Daily Show and actual Fake News Anchorman, Jon Stewart, made a plea to the fourth estate to be aggressive with their collective reporting on the daily diarrhetoric bullshit, brazen incompetence and policy bedlam results coming from the Trump Administration, in addition to Trump’s libelous, slanderous accusations of their networks, newspapers, and news websites reporting. Jon, still funny and current but very rusty, implored them with a very old and kinda lame popcult reference to “get their groove back”.

Which apparently fell on deaf ears, because the general and collective response after the speech was numb and neutered. For the reason that he spoke his best words about his best plans in a somber tone. Stunningly overlooking all the shit he spewed about the news media in the past month as ~~President~~ Figurehead. Stephen Colbert, comeback player of the year, aptly remarked as if the media was impressed that the unhinged president had become hinged. After all the twitter vomit the Figurehead spewed from his stubby vienna sausage fingertips, the news conglomerates resumed normalizing him.

Well, since they won’t get their groove back, and they never had any groove in the first place, I like to also offer some proactive motivation. In the hopes of inspiring the insipid throngs that are actually paid to inform the masses. And to use a legend’s recent passing to guilt them into it.

Wayne Barrett was a stalwart, tenacious, muckraking award winning journalist for the Village Voice. While Donnie was making a name and local celebrity of himself with his grand ventures in redeveloping hotels, sweeping up prime Manhattan real estate, and starting his idiotic ruinous conquest of casino franchises in Atlantic City, Wayne Barrett was dissecting his deal-making by diligently and thoroughly and uncompromisingly reporting on the corrupt machinations within them. Wayne got under Donald’s skin and broke his brain to the point when the few times they ever met or were acquainted, Donald ~~actually offered to buy~~ tried to bribe him with a luxury apartment when he learned he resided in Brownsville and an incident that got him arrested pursuing Trump on his birthday.

The dogged determination and persistence of Wayne Barrett to inform the public about the habitual cheating and sociopathy of Trump, before he became the brand and the leader of the free world and the mess he inherited, may be the inherent reason why the Figurehead has such a vehement imagined distrust and the modus operandi for controlling them and the narrative around his deranged directives.

Wayne Barrett was the under-heralded seer regarding Don Worthless. For he saw and wrote how unmerited his earnings and status were, by ripping off many contractors and exploiting migrant workers. Associating with a nod and a wink with mobsters and gangsters, characters he can easily identify with their similar achievements of dishonest wealth. By frivolous litigation at the expense of city taxpayers to get zoning permits and tax abatements, which he would eventually get with the aid of spineless elected majority democratic officials. He had fucking perditious subhuman traitor to Americans, Roy Cohn for a lawyer. And through his biography of his subject, which was unfortunately renamed to make Trump look like a fucking hero, confirmed and set in stone his documenting of the trust fund baby and predatory developer he was. Which subsequently led to his temporary diminishing of his personal wealth and investor and bank support, forcing him to regain his celebrity and wealth with creative tax evasion and becoming a charlatan on TV by becoming a recurring character on WWE shows and his own culture killing show The Apprentice, parlaying that to his transformation from human to brand, slapping his names on towers around the world without lifting his stubby vienna sausage finger or losing a hair, or in his case without mussing his weave. And still dealing with mobsters and gangsters.

Which as this nation now knows, did not deter him the least.

For if it wasn’t for the news conglomerates obsession with celebrity, no matter how lame, the elevation of Trumpy would probably never happened. If they would have did what Wayne Barrett did and reminded the nation and him personally of all the shit he pulled, the strife he caused, and the lives he ruined and the weakening of government he opportunistically took advantage of, maybe he would not be goddamn fucking president.

Now there are some out there carrying on the spirit of indefatigable intrepid reporting, but like Wayne Barrett, in a limited setting, despite the omniscience of the internet. The Young Turks, The Intercept, Reason, Democracy Now, Propublica come to mind. But they are not big enough like the whales that are the major networks of CNN, FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC and their cable and local affiliates or the corporate owned establishment papers like the Washington Post and The New York Times. And the only anchorman that approaches the zeal of Ed Murrow, Walter Chronkike, and Bill Moyers, is Keith Olbermann, who is limited in 5 to 10 minute snippets via GQ magazine. So the majors and the celebrity anchors, editors producers and writers, if they truly give a million shits and flying fucks about this country, the environment, it’s laws and the need to inform the masses, who are getting massively pissed off on both sides of the ideological aisles, better start doing their jobs that they are getting paid billions of dollars from advertising and ratings to do.

If anything there is no excuse to avoid the uncomfortable facts to show a celebrity’s appearances, spending habits and palatial dwellings. Because the biggest and dumbest celebrity is signing the orders and directing the laws right fucking now and for the next 3 and 3/4 years.

Their psychotic and infinite satiety for personal wealth among themselves and the confederacy of overseer oligarchs is rapidly becoming instituted national policy as the dissemination of his executive order failures and pathetically obvious bullshit excreted by the commander in chief and his staff of lobotomized primates.

For this human paraquat the nation elected thinks that spending 75 minutes childishly disrespecting the free press, the fourth estate, using the best words consisting of lame insults, redundant and irrelevant answers, irresponsibly insinuating threats against nations (did anyone catch when he told the press that they will never know if he has plans for North Korea and Iran regarding Russian acts of aggression), admonishing them to shut up and sit down and to end it with latent racism and blatant condescension towards an hasidic and african-american reporter is going to erase the most malevolent and disastrous month of shaping and running the government by this arrogant 6 foot gunny bag of shit and dead dicks topped with golden straw.

The quick destruction of his clusterfuck sadistic and unconstitutional travel/Muslim ban by 3 judges. Which basically is the first betrayal and broken promise to all his supporters and to the voters that cast his ballot.

Turning that dismissal into another universal protest quote for female empowerment and giving the next commander in chief more exposure and familiarity.

And he also hired illegal immigrants to clean his mansion. With these wretched prior offenses to society, it’s a pleasant surprise that Trump let him go without protest and maybe a sign that he has evolved from his own sordid past with similar behavior he had towards his first wife and mother of his first lady daughter and his quasi-envoy sons.

The press conference with Prime Minister Natenyahu and his pussyfooting response concerning the two state solution for peaceful coexistence. And how Bibi stoically stood there smirking when Trump told him to ease up on building settlements on Palestinian territory, which he already did in spades and with bulldozers, secure in the knowledge of the support of Trump’s boy wonder advisor Jared Kushner, and blew off his meaningless request by derisively saying that “it’s the art of the deal right?” Despite the unofficial foreign policy permission for a potential apartheid state, Trump still looked like a stunned fool.

Then there is former NSA Advisor General Michael Flynn. Professing loyalty to the Trump campaign in the earliest stages. RNC convention MC, when maligning Manifest Hillary getting the crowd to yell “lock her up” and remarking that if he did half the stuff she did with her separate server during her tenure as Secretary Of State, he would be in prison, will now get his ironic just desserts, thanks to his creepy wheeling and dealing and reassurances of sanction lifts with a crooked Russian official before Trump got elected and before he got his position in the NSA. And subsequently lying about these exchanges to Trump’s media and press team, Conway and Spicer and idiotically or intentionally (or intentionally and idiotically) misleading ~~Vice~~ President Pence before his interview on Face The Nation about these confirmed rumors of treason. The good news coming out of this scary breach of corrupt diplomacy is that it may have ruined Kellyanne Conway’s career as a professional lying douchehag representing the White House and from being a future pundit.

What is sick about Flynn’s fuckup is that Trump may have given him these orders so he can be the fall guy when it got exposed and might be the reason that Steve Bannon to a principal position in the NSA. Flynn and maybe from those pics that evening in Miami may be also contributing to the disturbing fact that all of the intelligence agencies are committing mutiny by refusing to share pertinent intel with the Figurehead, citing total mistrust in their commander. And a palpable sense of disrespect judging by the almost daily leaks about the Figurehead’s scattershot policy plans, no doubt caused by Trump’s plausible deniability responses about the dismissal or resignation of Gen. Flynn., because as is well documented by the tremendous mind of the Figurehead and his conviction of the use of extreme vetting that inspired his massive failure ban, he knows he must look bad since he picked this reckless jerk.

It’s quite unfunny that, considering all these leaks and being that they are basically and arbitrarily illegal, that after the brutal treatment of Chelsea Manning and the unjustified pursuit of Edward Snowden, that this rebellious behavior and irreverence towards the presidency is now being tolerated by the Deep State. It’s alarming if this is the case, and shocking that Figurehead Trump has not used this for his latest excuse (oh he did?) to again deflect from his utter incompetence and autocrat tendencies as the leader of the free world. Which he reminds us, is a mess.

And so is the country and government that he inherited, no thanks to the biggest electoral margin in his mind, which he repetitively responded to whichever fake news monger he called on.

As for the grand national airing dissemination of best words that he shared in front of piss lemon embroidered curtains with the fourth estate, this may have been decided by the Figurehead himself. For he felt that Kellyanne and Spicey couldn’t deflect questions or spread the bullshit good enough and might even incriminate themselves or him even further by getting stumped about our new ally and dominant superpower yearning nation, Russia.

The thing is, he did a very shitty job himself. All of his answers were nonsense, non sequiturs, mockeries and mimicries. There were times, and Trump has displayed this before, where he resembles the antics of Larry David, the one on Curb Your Enthusiam, especially in his mannerisms, crude self-righteousness when he answers pertinent questions and engages in frustrating banter with the fake news mongers in the room, now officially the enemies of the state. He’s even still feuding with Rosie O’Donnell for crying out loud, just like Larry. If there needs to be action taken against Figurehead Autocrat Trump, CNN should hire comedian Susie Essman, equip her with credentials and send her in character as Susie Greene and put her in the next press conference that this, as she would say to Larry, bald asshole decides to cobble together and bombard him with questions about his pandering to Putin with profanities, demeaning insults and rebut his demands to shut up and sit down by yelling louder and going to the podium and chest bump him like Charles Oakley. Unfortunately, Figurehead Trump got what he wanted, since this oratory debacle stayed on cable news all weekend long and got mocked on the late night shows. And in a twisted kizmet way, improved viewer ratings for their shows and networks. In the meantime, a career climate change refuser contrarian and greedy fucking fuck named Scott Pruitt got confirmed to head the EPA, a government branch that he spent the majority of his late career trying to destroy in court, and the most essential stipulations of the Dodd-Frank act is in the first stage of being dismantled.

And all these jokes and depictions about his press conference didn’t do a dent on Trump and his ego and id, because it’s impossible to affect a borderline sociopath who has no sense of shame or decency. And to prove his demented point, he held a 2020 campaign rally on an airplane hangar in Florida. Where he put his harrowed wife on stage to recite the lord’s prayer. The bizarre thing is either that he used her and that to introduce him or if he thinks as the President he can ordain ministers. Also a collective of African Americans holding Blacks for 2020 signs(!!!) And then in an impromptu, man of the people moment he brought a supporter onstage for the reason that he saw being interviewed on TV (Trump likes watching television), and liked what he said. Well this guy came up all excited (Trump remarked that he was worried he was going to kiss him once he saw him, not seeing the irony in that) said some inane shit and giving unmerited praise to the ~~President~~ Figurehead, but the choice of this attire might have got him a free pass from the secret service, he was wearing a concert t-shirt of Trump’s inauguration. 170218_vod_trump_campaign_12x5_1600

Usually, the majority of these shirts commemorating events have cheap materials and cheesy printing. But that shirt is vividly immaculate. It looks like a prototype about to go on the assembly line. Someone (cough, Trump, cough) is looking to make some cheddar marketing the only successful thing that the President has actually achieved so far, the day he got the job and the crowd size in his deluded mind.

But you know what, the permeating stench of big league impropriety still hangs on the elected one, in the recent article about all the money he owes to an scandal ridden international bank and the interlocking links between him, his kin and his favorite country.

If you measure President Donald Trump’s conflicts of interest by the amount of money at stake, or the variety of dicey interactions with government regulators, one dwarfs any other: his relationship with Deutsche Bank.

In recent weeks, Deutsche Bank has scrambled to reach agreements with American regulators over a host of alleged misdeeds. But because the president has not sold his company, the bank remains a central arena for potential conflicts between his family’s business interests and the actions of officials in his administration.

Deutsche is Trump’s major creditor, having lent billions to the president since the late 1990s even as other American banks abandoned Trump, who frequently bankrupted his businesses. While the president hasn’t released his tax returns, he has made public some information about his debts. According to these incomplete disclosures and reports, the Trump Organization has roughly $300 million in loans outstanding from the bank. Trump continues to own the business, although he has turned over day-to-day management to his sons.

At the same time that it is Trump’s biggest known creditor, Deutsche is in frequent contact with multiple federal regulators. While the bank agreed last week to pay $630 million to settle charges by New York state’s top financial regulator as well as the U.K.’s Financial Conduct Authority that it had aided Russian money-laundering, it’s still undergoing a related federal investigation into those activities, which it is also trying to settle. That will be an early big test of the Justice Department under Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The Justice Department also has an ongoing probe of foreign exchange manipulation by several banks, including Deutsche Bank.

For years, Donald Trump has used a powerful tool when dealing with bankers: his personal guarantee.

Now that guarantee — employed to extract better terms on hundreds of millions of dollars of loans to the Trump Organization — is at the center of a delicate loan-restructuring discussion at Deutsche Bank AG, which is under investigation on several fronts by the U.S. Department of Justice.

The bank is trying to restructure some of Trump’s roughly $300 million debt as part of an attempt to reduce any conflict of interest between the loan and his presidency, according to a person familiar with the matter. Normally, the removal of a personal pledge might lead to more-stringent terms. But there is little normal about this interaction. Trump’s attorney general will inherit an investigation of Deutsche Bank related to stock trades for rich clients in Russia — where Trump says he plans to improve relations — and may have to deal with a possible multibillion-dollar penalty to the bank related to mortgage-bond investigations.

“When you have political appointees making decisions about banks that the president owes a lot of money to, it looks terrible,” said Richard Painter, a law professor at the University of Minnesota who was the chief ethics lawyer for President George W. Bush. “The U.S. government is dealing with regulatory and criminal issues with the big banks all the time, and if he owes them a lot of money, there might be an incentive to favor less regulation and less enforcement for the banks.”

The scramble to restructure is the latest chapter in Trump’s fraught relationship with Deutsche Bank, one of the few financial institutions on Wall Street that still does deals with a man long known as a publicity-seeking and unconventional real-estate developer who didn’t hesitate to sue his lender eight years ago.

Deutsche Bank also lends to Trump’s extended family, including his son-in-law Jared Kushner. Weeks before the election, the bank refinanced most of the $370 million of debt against retail spaces Kushner’s company owns in midtown Manhattan.

Herein lies the true motive for Figurehead Trump and Russia’s mutual interest to win the election and run the nation for the next 4 years, or long enough for Trump to sit in the oval office if impeachment hearings eventually start, is to bail out Trump’s empire, big oil companies and Russia’s struggling economy.

Now it makes sense of the obvious vetting of the likes of oiligarch Secretary Of State Rex Tillerson, and all those jackals from Goldman Sachs.

It’s going to be the biggest bankruptcy hearing in world history. With Attorney General Jefferson Sessions III presiding over it.
