Mario’s Son’s Shitty Resignation And Lament

That’s all folks.

  Albany, New York, U.S.A.

It took a decade, but the reign of Governor Andrew Cuomo finally and mercifully has ended. There actually was a time when Mario’s Son would have been extricated earlier when he abolished the Moreland Commission to investigate permanent government corruption in the halls of the Albany State House-which was actually a fulfillment of a campaign promise he swore on that got him the governor’s position-but wound up being at the time his biggest self-own as D.A. investigations were going into REBNY’s role in influencing state policy decisions and eventually wound up getting two of the three men in the room Shelly Silver and Dean Skelos incarcerated for their pay to play schemes benefiting their donors.

Surprisingly, Cuomo managed to skate after all that and he continued on with business as usual making sure his moneyed donors continue to profit off his policy decisions. It wasn’t until COVID-19 ravished New York that Cuomo really went overboard. Sure everybody knows about how his executive decisions got 15,000 elderly people killed with his nursing home edict and how he obscenely profited from the pandemic by writing a book about it, but the reason why he’s gone is because Cuomo is a horndog.

After homemaker entrepreneur Sandra Lee dumped Cuomo just a few months before the pandemic was about to smack New York, Cuomo must have been really hardup to get laid. Then when the pandemic was ravishing his state, Cuomo was suddenly thrust into the limelight with his daily briefings and his constant appearances on his kid brother’s prime time news show on CNN. Suddenly and disturbingly, the governor became a sex symbol over night, culminating with universal adoration from morning and late night talk show hosts and social media influencers which led to even more disturbing merchandise honoring the governor’s sex symbol status . And being a megalomaniac narcissist, he probably though he can parlay this newfound fame into getting some young poontang in the office. And being how he was a counterpoint to universally culturally loathed Donald Trump, he probably thought he could shit where he ate and get away with it.

It was around this time Charlotte Bennett was his aide. Although he didn’t lay a hand on her, Cuomo’s still took opportunities to give her insinuations and implications that he thought would make her swoon for him. Cuomo must have thought he could parlay those Cuomosexual t-shirts into political ingenue arm candy.

Around the time Cuomo became the recipient of a just made up Emmy award is when he set his ribald wiles on Executive Assistant #1 by getting her alone in a room at the Governor’s mansion and having his way with her, as he reached into her shirt and went to second base with her. EA #1 kept this traumatic incident to herself because of the culture of intimidation established in the Cuomo administration and undoubtedly the cult of personality around him because of his celebrity and mostly his political status as a leader guiding his state and the nation during the pandemic.

After EA #1 was highlighted in A.G. Letitia James report as well as a female State Trooper Cuomo got liberally handsy with and one incident where he asked her why she doesn’t wear a dress (maybe it’s because that’s not the required uniform ya perv), Cuomo released a mea video culpa to all media outlets that he never touched anyone inappropriately, repeating the same defense he made after Lindsey Boyland unleashed her accusations of predatory behavior towards her back in March that opened up the investigation. Following 10 minutes of ponderous anecdotes and denials, Cuomo’s video unleashed a montage of photos showing him kissing and touching his mother and other politicians.

From the looks of some of these photos, it’s telling if these people, and one child, were appreciative of Cuomo’s affectations.

Even Vice President Al Gore was visibly cringing.

Prefacing and during this ludicrous montage, Cuomo claimed that they were all acts of affection that was passed down by his mother Matilda and became ingrained in him while growing up Italian, brazen false equivalencies he attributes to his aggressive inappropriate touching and condescending come-on incidents with the 11 women he had encounters with. But it’s extremely doubtful that any Italian mother ever reached into her son’s shirt and grabbed his boobies or made lascivious comments about his figure for being such a good boy.

Once D.A. James report was released and confirmed that Cuomo did touch all those women inappropriately, it didn’t take long for the typhoon deluge of demands for his resignation from New York’s elected officials and Democrat Party establishment, again, now that it was politically expedient after letting Cuomo slide for months to continue lording from the Governor’s Mansion although while taking advantage of the weakened megalomaniac by getting marijuana finally legalized, debt forgiveness for CUNY students and extensions of the eviction moratorium.

It also didn’t take long for new expose’s to come out about Cuomo’s protection racket that tried to oppress accusations of his abuse of power and toxic workplace environment with Cuomo’s political gun moll Melissa de Rosa got cited for assembling a team to dig up dirt on Lindsey Boyland after the former top aide went commando with her accusations against the LuvGuv on Medium and Twitter. The fallout also crashed on Mario’s other son Chris Cuomo, who along with other major DNC advisors got caught giving his brother advice while being given access to state records to circumvent the bad publicity of his brother’s scandal.

Also after Cuomo’s shitty video lament, it was clear to Executive Assistant #1 that her former boss was going to continue smearing her and she came out and exposed her identity in an interview with CBS News as she thoroughly explained her harrowing experience with her former boss, her expression wholly revealing the trauma she went and is still going through with the memory of that incident. Which was enough to convince Mario’s son to finally announce his resignation after 20 minutes of his follow up unrepentant sorry/not sorry video still denying all the sexual harassment allegations against him.

“I have never crossed the line But the lines have been redrawn”

It’s not hard to figure out why Mario’s Son is still being defiant about his fervent denials and it’s not just his frequent misinterpretation of being New York Tough which inspired him to reject resignation for 5 months. Its that D.A. James report doesn’t really charge him with anything, for it’s a civil case and not a criminal case. So Cuomo won’t be seeing any jail time any time soon, unless the incident with Brittany Commiso leads to charges.

Plus a deal was clearly made with Cuomo and the State Assembly for him (and his moll de Rosa) to keep his job and run the state for another two weeks, which should factor in the major land deal coming to the Penn Station district for another Hudson Yards luxury tower and commercial tower district with plutocrat Stephen Ross and who knows what other land grabs and tax break extensions Cuomo will enable and entitle them with after the sociopath developer donor money funded suarez they threw on Andy’s birthday a week before James report came out. And now with Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie abruptly dropping the impeachment proceedings against Mario’s son for his shitty resignation, Cuomo can still run for office again if he wishes to do so.

So what’s happened here is that after all the accusations and all the corrupt machinating that kept Cuomo running New York State has really amounted to nothing except getting the governor cancelled or deplatformed for a little while. D.A. James investigation was an exciting chase that was better than the actual catch. Meanwhile, Cuomo’s other major crime that affected and traumatized more lives-and ended over 15,000 of them-is still not being addressed, and that coward Carl Heastie has just killed the chance for James to do a long overdue probe on it, which follows the Biden Administration’s Justice Dept. heinous decision to not pursue civil rights charges against Cuomo for his edict ordering nursing homes to take in COVID patients while knowing full well how the virus impacts on elder people with weakened immunity and in vulnerable environments. And with the exception of a few  officials, it’s amazing how they were willing to tolerate Cuomo for his involuntary mass manslaughter of thousands of elderly people and then order de Rosa and her mean girl posse to juke the stats so it would be presentable in a book her boss got paid 5 million to write and then order her to lie to federal officials about the real death count.

The same with Washington D.C. too. For Cuomo has a loyal friend in the senile fascist Figurehead of the United States in Biden, because Cuomo was there in meetings about the infrastructure bills being written in Congress during James investigation and was also still the leader of the National Governors Board. It must have hurt Unkie Joe to finally call for his ouster for his perversions considering all the hair of children he opportunistically smelled during swear ins and his own finger raping of Tara Reade that he got away with thanks to the undermining of her accusations and militia style smearing of her on social media. That undermining courtesy of the fraudulent feminist organization Times Up, which also assisted Cuomo in providing protection for him going after his accusers.

All New York got out of this was a brief respite for seeing Andy’s gargoyle face for a while and it seems no justice is really going to come for all those elderly people Cuomo made expendable to protect his hospital and hospice care executives. The executive downfall of Mario’s son may assure a better working environment in the Albany State House but the disease of permanent government patronage and cronyism will still remain the same.

To quote Joe Biden: Nothing Will Fundamentally Change.

Surely, the former LuvGuv can appreciate all that.

New Bad Days 85: May Flowers Bloom With Ultraviolence In The Subway And Bullets Flying Everywhere; A Gang Initiation Ritual Transit Commute Leaves 4 Straphangers With Stitches; Gangbangers Engage In Wild West Evocations With Daylight Shootouts; Citizen Israelis And Palestinians Go Wild During Competing Midtown Protests, Leading To Blowback Extraneous Altercations And Vandalism In Other Boroughs; NYPD Doesn’t Bother To Put A Cop On Post For Woman With Order Of Protection Against Ex Boyfriend Who Lives In Same Building And She Winds Up Murdered By Him; Mentally Mad Men Continue To Wander The Streets Attacking Other Men, Women And Children; Two Women Killed Themselves Trying To Hop Buildings; Washington Square Transforms Into Party And Drug Ground Zero And Outdoor Insane Asylum; Two Boys Got Shot To Death In Two Gang-Related Hits; Grade School Student Dies From Getting His Skull Battered By Bullies; People Are Resorting To Fisticuffs, Guns And Knives In The Civil War For Dwindling Parking Spaces As Trends Rise In Auto Thievery And Vandalism And Continuing Gang Warfare

Mayor de Blasio’s recovery for all of us since spring started has not gone as well as he planned. Because the only recovery that has occurred since the temps got higher is the recovery of felonious crimes and wanton senseless violence. None more pronounced than the steady and now daily rises in random and intentional crimes on the subway, now up by 93%, and the plague of shootings on the streets of New York, now up by 73% from last year.  While it is a massive difference because of the “perfect storm of COVID, it’s now worse while the city is in recovery and all social distancing bans are lifted and people are gathering on the streets and commuting more.

While subway crime and shootings have been getting more and more local media attention as the Blaz continues not to acknowledge it (which will need a whole thesis or even a long form post to cover it), other felonious crimes that also rose 20% or more over the year have fallen off the radar, like burglary, robbery, grand larceny, rape, assault and battery and auto theft. The only crime that didn’t go down (but still stayed steady) was homicide, although that’s mostly because these people can’t hit their targets for shit, which is the only good news that’s going on these turbulent new bad days.

MAY DAY! MAY DAY!!!

These gruesome stats are compounded by a drop in actual arrests for these crimes, which is perplexing given that the NYPD is the biggest police force in the world and they still can’t catch the really bad and crazy guys.  Which unsurprisingly includes the misdirected deployment of extra cops the Blaz ordered to walk beats underground.

Speaking of commuting, another subway crime that has seen a rise is fare evasion. In fact, people are still evading fares on city buses too, leading to a loss of $59,000,000 from city and state transit coffers.

To top off this shitshow, it should go without saying that the blight of garbage on the streets and graffiti on residential and commercial buildings is more omnipresent than it’s ever been. And while Mayor Big Slow has devoted more tax dollars to ameliorate those two crises, he and the city still can’t catch up.

Manhattan

In Midtown, a gang of four male teenagers armed with 12 inch serrated knife got on the 4 train and engaged in a bit of the ol’ ultraviolence and took turns with the blade in a spree of attacks on the transit line, starting with attacking a man and slashing him in the face, the victim got off after the train arrived at Union Square. Then they targeted two men and slashed and beat them down as the train was rolling into Astor Place. Then they ganged up on another man and slashed him and robbed his cellphone and then all of them got off at the Brooklyn Bridge stop. The four punks then got on the D train going back uptown and beat down a man and slashed his eye while trying to steal his backpack at the Columbus Circle Station. Then they got caught and arrested by the cops waiting at the 79th St. Station. The spree of wanton brutality was spurred by gang initiation rites.

Couldn’t help but noticed that their ultraviolence spree ended blocks away from city hall. This may have played a factor in Mayor Big Slow finally admitting he was wrong about subway violence, leading to his belated decision to incrementally deploy another 250 cops underground.

In Midtown, a man stabbed another man to death inside a hotel homeless shelter.

Also in Midtown, a man held up a leather store at gunpoint and grabbed all the cash from the register.

Again in Midtown, five young male teenagers took turns firing BB guns from the roof of a fancy hotel and hit a tourist and also hit a city resident in her chest on the street below. Good to see visitors to NYC help us in this recovery for all of us.

And again in Midtown, a man attempting to shoplift expensive kicks from a high end department store got pinched by a security for possessing a loaded gun, which the skel grabbed while being detained in a room and threatened to use it on the guards, who were all  able to wrest it from him. The gangbanger got caught with other heaters twice last year.

And again in Midtown, a man got shot in the leg after getting into a verbal dispute with a couple.

And again in Midtown at the 51st St. Station, a man accused another passenger of staring at him and then one of his pals sucker punched him in the face as the shit talker stole his cellphone.

And again in Midtown at the 59th St./Lexington Ave Station, two men grabbed a 65-year-old man as he was going through the turnstile and demanded money from him, then they slashed his head with a razor and beat him down to the ground and robbed 100 bucks and his phone off him.

And again in Midtown, a man walked into a Japanese grocery store and got pissed when a cashier told him to put on a mask and then he punched her in the face.

And again in Midtown, a man got into an argument with another man in front of a hotel and wound up getting stabbed in the belly.

And again in Midtown, a man injured himself while riding his motor scooter after he crashed into a stone pillar

And again in Midtown, a man attacked and slashed a man with gardening shears on the street at the start of the day.

And again in Midtown, a man stabbed another man while he was pissing on a building wall.

And again in Midtown, a man grabbed a woman, threw her against a gate and tried to rape her in broad daylight.

And again in Midtown, a man assaulted an app-hail livery car driver inside his vehicle while he was driving and then got knocked out cold during a fight with him on the street.

And again in Midtown, Israeli and Palestinian citizens gathered in respective protest groups and publicly assembled on the streets and got in verbal and physical clashes with each other.

Protests resumed a week later during the cease fire agreement between the IDF and Hamas as Palestinian protesters blocked traffic during the demonstration, at one point all of them bowing down to the east in prayer, but then got heated when cops started to move in and force them off the avenue, leading to dozens of arrests. Later on, a man riding in a pickup truck festooned with flags of Palestine threw a firework at people coming out of a Diamond District building which wound up injuring a woman.

In Times Square, a man got into an argument with his brother over selling rap cd’s in the area and then he shot at him and missed and the stray bullets hit two women and a four-year-old girl in a stroller as she was waiting on line to go into a store with her aunt. A very brave police woman grabbed the wounded the girl and rushed her to safety and a waiting ambulance.

The rapper/gunman cut his hair and trimmed his beard got out of the city and fled to Florida where he got caught and arrested by U.S. Marshalls and an NYPD fugitive task force unit, along with his girlfriend/accessory as they were about to order grub at a McDonalds. (I didn’t know the NYPD had bounty hunters?)

One of the women who witnessed the dispute between the two brothers which led to her getting shot has to live with a bullet fragment in her leg for the rest of her life. But the mayor probably thinks she’s not a real New Yorker.

Following and including this incident, shootings in the five boroughs went up 86%. The perp got arraigned and sent to Rikers Island, because it seems the city still has a use for it, much to the chagrin to all the fauxgressive elected shitlibs that want to shut it down.

Also in Times Square, a man slashed another man in the face with a scalpel on the 1/2/3 subway platform because he assumed he was “talking to him” and a woman yelled at a transit worker and then punched her in the face and ran after her and then got on the 7 train to Flushing.

Again in Times Square, a man attacked another man inside a theme restaurant and stole 500 bucks and his credit cards after punching him multiple times.

And again in Times Square, a security guard caught and restrained a man shoplifting socks from a single brand candy store and then let him go free when he pulled a knife on him.

And again in Times Square, a man loitering in front of a tv studio building aroused suspicion of the NYPD and some other city cops working off duty for the corporate news station across the street and found him possessing an unlicensed BB gun. The man remarked he only wanted to resemble a cop with a souvenir NYPD shirt and hoodie because he doesn’t feel safe in New York City, sharing a sentiment that’s become common among the citizenry and providing this post with it’s obligatory theme song.

And again in Times Sqaure, Palestinian and Israeli demonstrators clashed during Pro-Israel rally being held by the TKTS plaza. As both sides got into fisticuffs and ripped flags from poles representing both nations. At one point during a clash, 5 Palestinian men ganged up and beat down a Jewish man as cops struggled to maintain control on the divisive crowds

In Harlem at the 155th Station, a man sat next to another man on the D train, called him a faggot then stabbed him in his stomach with an ice pick and then split. The victim got off at the Yankee Stadium stop to get help and get stitched at a hospital in the Bronx.

Also in Harlem at the 135th St. Station, a man got off the 1 train and ran to the token booth and banged on the glass window and then went back on the platform attacked a 60-year-old man at random and pushed him onto the tracks. The victim refused medical attention and continued his commute to work and had some advice for the shitty Mayor (who he works for as a NYC Parks employee) and the mediocre mayoral hopefuls. The Blaz would probably think he’s a “real New Yorker” that’s ready for anything when you take mass transit.

Also in Harlem, a man got shot in the torso on the street in the dark of night and wasn’t going to snitch on his assailant.

Again in Harlem, a man stalked a woman on the sidewalk, slashed her three times and ran away.

And again in Harlem at the 110th St. Station, a man resisted arrest and fought with two cops on the platform after they caught him jumping the turnstile.

And again in Harlem at the 135th St. Station, a man slashed another man in the face on the platform.

And again in Harlem and again at the 135th St. Station for the third time in a month, a man pushed another man onto to the tracks and tried to push others but didn’t succeed, then he must have got tired and went to sit on a bench. When cops approached him, he punched one of them in the face and knocked off her body cam and glasses, and continued to fight off other cops as they tazed his crazy ass.

And again in Harlem at the 148th St. Station, a man punched a transit maintenance worker in the face who told him to get off the 3 train.

And again in Harlem, a woman got stabbed to death by her ex-boyfriend who lived downstairs from her although was able to defend herself and stabbed him three times.

The couple’s tumultuous relationship came to a head when the man beat her down in her apartment four months earlier and a judge put an order of protection for her to keep her boyfriend away, even though they lived in the same building. Before he killed her, the man tried to break into her apartment through the fire escape but cops showed up and were able to stop him.

Despite the man having a court order against him and scheduled court hearing on the day of the murder and six prior domestic abuse charges made by the woman for his attacks going back to last year, the cops decided not to remain by the building to prevent another inevitable attack, enabling the man to go up the fire escape again when they left and then proceeded to slaughter his ex.

Although there were more than enough deployed at the crime scene as the woman’s life was bleeding out of her body and then was carried out on a gurney.

And again in Harlem, a man got shot in the leg on the street and was dropped off at a hospital anonymously where he bled out and died from his wound.

And again in Harlem at the 125th St. Station, two men having a dispute escalated when one of them pulled out a knife and the two start brawling on the mezzanine and then by the metrocard machine as the knife comes loose and then the initially unarmed man picked it up and stabbed his foe in the back.

And again in Harlem at the 110th St. Station, a man got into a verbal dispute with another man on the platform and slashed him in the arm and then slashed another man as he was running away.

In East Harlem at the 116th St. Station, three homeless men assumed a man was harrassing two women on the platform and then they beat him up and one of them slashed him the face, even though the women were his wife and stepdaughter.

Also in East Harlem, a man got shot on the street shortly before dawn.

Again in East Harlem, a man got shot in the hand underneath building scaffolding.

And again in East Harlem, a man got shot to death while sitting in his car by a man who rode by him on an e-bike. Or in other words, an e-ride by.

And again in East Harlem, a homeless man discovered a dead man’s body in a garbage can while collecting recyclables.

And again in East Harlem, a 15-year-old boy accompanying his sister to pick up a sandwich from a bodega got shot to death and another man also got shot on a street corner in a gang-related hit. The killer is still on the loose.

In the Upper East Side,  a man got shot to death on a stairwell  inside an apartment building by two men who set up a weed deal with him only to rob him.

Also in the Upper East Side at the 63rd St./Lexington Ave. Station, a man grabbed a woman on her ass and then whipped out his dick when she turned around.

In Hell’s Kitchen, a homeless man randomly attacked a man walking on the sidewalk, punching him multiple times and demanded he go back to another nation. Then the maniac beat him on the ground and bit his middle finger tip off.

For the xenophobes

Also in Hell’s Kitchen, a man punched another man in the face for wearing a necklace with a pendant of a religion he didn’t like.

Again in Hell’s Kitchen, a man walking with a plastic traffic pole skulked up behind an app-food delivery worker and bashed him on the head with it. Base first.

And again in Hell’s Kitchen, a man who died of a drug overdose was found lying on the asphalt between two parked cars.

And again in Hell’s Kitchen, a man freakishly died after he hurriedly walked and smacked his head into a parked Snapple truck unawares.

And again in Hell’s Kitchen, squeegee men crews have returned in full force washing the windshields of vehicle commuters stuck in traffic while trying to go downtown and into the Lincoln Tunnel. A squeegee “supervisor” warned a frontrunner GOP mayoral candidate that he’ll go back to robbing again if he’s forced to stop.

In the Upper West Side, a homeless man covered head to toe in blankets charged a man who just parked his car and kicked the door and then walloped him in the face and exhorted that the street was his property as his wife and child watched in horror. Twelve cops were deployed to arrest the mentally ill perp, who yelled at them and refused to be detained.

Also in the Upper West Side at the 72nd St. Station, a woman punched a train conductor in the face.

Again in the Upper West Side, two gangs of men loitering by a restaurant street shanty suddenly pulled out their guns and got into a shootout in broad daylight, firing rounds while ducking behind cars and running down the streets. One of the gunslingers fled the scene on a razor scooter.

Not one sign of any violence interrupters around before and during the fusillade. Fortunately, there weren’t any bullet interrupters since no civilians got hit.

And again in the Upper West Side, a 65-year-old woman visiting the city got plowed while crossing the street by a man riding an unlicensed motor scooter and rode away leaving her on the asphalt.

And again in the Upper West Side at the 96th Station, a man yelled homophobic slurs at a couple which compelled one of them to brandish a knife, which the man grabbed during a tussle with him and then he used it to slash him on the ear and his girlfriend twice on the face. The perp once killed a man 30 year ago.

In Morningside Heights at the 116th St. Station, a woman gets off the 1 train and a man jumps out from behind a pillar and whacks her in the hip with a cane.

Also in Morningside Heights, a man got into a tussle with two other men on the platform and slashed one of his foes in the arm.

In Washington Heights, a man robbed 2 G’s from a bank after passing a note to the teller, who threw a dye pack inside before she gave him the loot. The man also robbed 2 banks in Midtown and Harlem and 2 other banks in Long Island City, making off with over $4,000.

Also in Washington Heights, two men on a motor scooter rode up to a 63-year-old man riding his bike and knocked him down and then laughed at his expense when he fell onto a parked vehicle.

Again in Washington Heights, a man got instantly killed when he got hit by a car while walking on the Henry Hudson Parkway. Th

In Inwood, a NYPD patrol car rear windshield was smashed to bits as cops were searching for a man waving a knife on the streets.

Also in Inwood, a man drove his motorcycle towards another man on a street corner and held him up at gunpoint then shot him in the knee and robbed his gold chain as he laid on the asphalt.

Again in Inwood, a man got shot in the ass after having an argument with his assailant on the street.

In Fort George, a man threw eggs and yelled homophobic slurs at two EMT’s on the sidewalk.

In Columbus Circle, a man strangled and bit a Samaritan who tried to stop him from harassing a commuter on the D train and then waved a box cutter to ward off witnesses.

Also in Columbus Circle, a mouse was found inside a refrigerator display case inside of one of Jeff Bezos’s high end supermarket chains and indulging itself on chops of veal worth over $20 a pound. A woman filming the food violation in real time was met with snickers from one of the butchers when told about the rodent snacking right under his nose.

In Central Park, a woman got ambushed by a man she arranged a date with on an app who put her in a chokehold and ran away with her purse.

Also in Central Park, a woman followed and vociferously cursed at a man who served time for and testified against President Trump during congressional hearings about his former boss’s payoffs to cover up affairs with two Playboy centerfold models as he was walking on the street. It would have been funnier if he told her “Says who?

Again in Central Park, a man got jumped by five men and two of them ganged raped him and robbed him.

In Tribeca at the Chambers St. Station, a man ran up to a tourist and stabbed him twice with a screwdriver in front of his family. The victim’s wife notified transit cops and had him arrested. This was a few weeks ago so he’s probably back riding the rails right now.

Also in Tribeca, a trust fund baby man who got busted for throwing illegal booze parties inside of the loft building his mommy rents for him while charging people and kids 100 bucks to get inside during the pandemic is still throwing more speakeasy ragers despite complaints from his wealthy neighbors while he defiantly refuses to let in Department of Buildings agents inspect the building in utter defiance of judge’s orders by making the lamest excuses to blow them off.

Since this recidivist scumbag was breaking distancing protocols and breaking the law letting rich kids get loaded, why didn’t de Blasio’s NYPD send some coppers to break down his door and frog march him to the 1st Pct. in handcuffs? Well, it’s too late now since indoor event guidelines have been lifted. So why don’t they send the cops back to see if this booze party promoter is making sure his customers are vaccinated?

All of those questions are now moot because the greedy entrepreneur left the building virtually unnoticed and unscathed of any criminal charges.

Again in Tribeca, a trust fund baby and career hack bureaucrat who’s running for mayor thanks to getting a million dollar a week allowance from his daddy got arrested obstructing the Holland Tunnel entrance while kneeling during a Black Lives Matter protest.

Pity the rich performance progressive.

In the Lower East Side, a man approached a woman on a street corner to panhandle her and then he punched her head like a speedbag.

Also in the Lower East Side, a man with a suitcase used it to clobber a 2-year-old girl sitting in a stroller right in front of her father, who just returned to Manhattan after spending the last year in Brazil.

https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2021/05/2-year-old-suitcase-attack-3.jpg?quality=90&strip=all&w=1024

Just another victim, I mean another real New Yorker

The psycho who got arrested for his lunatic assault has 69 priors going back 15 years and was recently held on a warrant for an assault 3 months earlier.

Again in the Lower East Side, a man stuck up another man at gunpoint and directed him to an ATM machine and robbed $200 off him.

And again in the Lower East Side, a woman attacked a man who approached her on his bike and stabbed him in both arms.

And again in the Lower East Side, a homeless man stabbed another homeless man to death with a razor at a skate park down under the Manhattan Bridge.

And again in the Lower East Side, a man drove his car straight through the front door of a small business store.

And again in the Lower East Side, a man stole an ebike by cutting off the lock with a power saw in broad daylight in front of passerby while wearing a fluorescent green shirt. Like other trends in felonious crimes during the recovery for all of us, bike theft has also seen a massive rise, which will be immensely great for Lyft’s ride share  Shitibike.

And again in the Lower East Side, a man made violent threat to traffic cops in a patrol van, which he punched at while riding by them on his e-bike.

In the East Village, a man shot another man in the leg after he snatched his cellphone.

Also in the East Village, a woman killed herself when she fell down a shaft as she tried to climbed from one rooftop party to another rooftop party at the next overvalued rental apartment building.

In the West Village, a woman got randomly punched in the face by a man while walking on the sidewalk.

In Soho at the Houston-Lafayette Station, a man mugged a woman on the platform.

Also in Soho, an art gallery featuring the racist destruction of a successful business street in Tulsa had it’s title displayed on the window defaced with white paint 3 times in a week. The vandal also left his initials behind, which could be an indication that these defacings may be more motivated by aesthetic critiques than institutional racism.

In Noho at the 8th St. Station, a deranged man tossed a soda can at a man and called him a racial slur on the platform.

In Union Square, a woman sucker punched a man on the 456 platform as he was waiting for the train.

Also in Union Square, a man brawled with another man and then slashed him in the neck with a knife following an argument on the NRQW platform. The victim turned out to be an ex-con who served time for beating up two women on the street in a xenophobic attack and still can’t seem to stay out of trouble but is more cognizant of the new bad days than the Mayor is.

Again in Union Square, a man randomly attacked a woman and slashed her multiple times until a Samaritan intervened by spearing the psycho to the floor and holding him an headlock while another Samaritan pinned his legs down as they awaited the arrival of some of the 250 extra cops the Blaz finally sent to the subway.

In Chinatown, a man laid a roundhouse punch to a woman’s face who was passing by him on the sidewalk in broad daylight and in front of patrons dining at a restaurant shanty and the recidivist criminal with over 40 prior arrests for similar acts of violence feigned he was the one who was struck.

In Greenwich Village, a man randomly attacked another man on the sidewalk by hitting him in the face with a blunt object.

Also in Greenwich Village, a five alarm fire engulfed a two story commercial building and a Chinese restaurant. Even including residents that live in the area and nearby the landmark public space.

Yeah this is going to work out like gangbusters just like the curfew the Blaz enacted on the city this time last year.

Only a week after the curfew was implemented and a NYPD militia was deployed to the park, gangbusters manifested itself as hundreds of people were still hanging around, getting drunk and loaded and throwing ragers in the park at 11 p.m. and got into a violent clash with the cops as they tried to make them disburse by pushing bikes and barricades at them, leading to 23 people getting cuffed.

Because of the bad optics of the over-deployment of cops and their obligatory use of excessive force (MOVE! BACK!) which only provoked more violence and chaos which culminated with cops chasing citizens away from the park and continuing to pursue them on the streets, de Blasio’s NYPD didn’t show up the next evening, as hundreds of people returned and threw another rager while others drove ATV vehicles in the public space.

In Flushing at the 105th Precinct, three cops got indicted for running a racket with a tow truck company by confiscating vehicles involved in wrecks and arranging all pickups from accident and crime scenes with them and a body shop they were tied with. The pigs also stole data of the victims from the auto wrecks and sold what they hacked to tow operators who sold that data to personal injury lawyers and physical therapists.

One of the rogue cops was involved in heroin dealing while collecting a city pension after retiring and dispensed racist vitriol and flashed his gun at people he swore to serve and protect. The ex-cop current convict racked over 30 complaints while staining the badge and was only investigated by the NYPD for one. The dirty cop made bail was released a few days later, because this is how the city treats hardened criminals these days.

Also in Flushing at the Main St. Station, a MTA conductor trying to tell a man to stop smoking on the 7 train got a violent response as the derelict whipped out a box cutter and chased him on the platform while spewing threats to stab him and then spat a loogie on him. The conductor ran into a token booth to get away from the thug as the station agent locked the door. The lunatic punched the glass and made more threats as he tried to force open the door and then he threw up gang signs, proclaimed that the subway was “his house” and warned that he was going to get him later.

During this prolonged act of terror, no cops were in the station, which is one of the busiest in Queens, or in the vicinity at all.  Some cops were deployed to the station later but informed the transit worker that wouldn’t pursue him because spit is not a weapon And apparently making threats to someone’s life does not qualify as hate speech and is not tantamount to prosecutable hate crimes. The cops took over a week to find and arrest the maniac.

Then the slasher got into a dispute with a man in a basement gambling den in a house who told him to stop stalking his girlfriend and then he stabbed him multiple times in the arm and on his torso. Then he stood outside as the cops rolled up and finally arrested him. His last victim revealed that he stabbed a man in Flushing and didn’t report it to the NYPD and his own mother put out a protection order against him after he tried to stab her.

Also in Elmhurst and in Jackson Heights, a gang of six men attacked, beat down and robbed four men in four muggings during a three day span, making off with over $2,000 from each battery and larceny.

Then he attacked both of them and knocked out the older man cold with two punches, causing him to fall on the asphalt and then he punched his son in the face and beat him down also. Then he stole the elder man’s cellphone and wallet and got in his car and sped off as citizens witnessing the barbarism only gawked and did nothing to stop the brazen daylight assaults.

Now that the man’s arrested, maybe he can get a job writing for Streetsblog, since this sounds like a guy who really hates car culture, right Kuntzman?

Again in Astoria, an app-food delivery e-bike rider ran over and killed a woman as she was crossing the street. I’ll say it again, e-bikes are motorcycles and anyone who doesn’t agree has rocks in their heads. Right Streetsblog open street colonizing bike zealot?

But then the “invader” told the parking space tyrant that the streets belong to everyone, which triggered the entitled space hog, who chased him with the knife and forced him to fall on the pavement and stabbed him seven times on his chest, torso and arms.

The Cuomo Variants/Occupy Albany

Albany, New York

“There is no way I’ll resign”

                                                                   Mario’s Son Governor Andrew Cuomo

“I prefer not to
                                                                                          Herman Melville, Bartleby the Scrivener

Despite what Andrew the Governor prefers not to hear regarding his verbal and physical sexual abuses and his federal criminal act of covering up nearly 10,000 nursing home residents deaths, he is going through a massive breakdown of Shakesperean proportions while trying to redo the tragic endings in the form of the sequel of his now tainted leadership lessons book.

Two criminal scandals, covering up tens of thousands of nursing home deaths and credible accusations of verbal and physical sexual abuse, the former under finally under federal and state investigation by the Brooklyn D.A. office and the latter which is now under the purview of the Albany P.D, and two independent investigations of both of them ordered by A.G. Letitia James and Cuomo still persists. For him, it’s not over until he decides it is, just like when the Germans attacked Pearl Harbor.

But it’s really not as simple or stupid as that; because Cuomo is not just a man or just the governor or even just a megalomaniac, but also an entity and a brand, all of which has blown to stratospheric epic proportions in the state of New York in COVID19 World and the New Normal.

Hell, he’s got this far so why not ride it out. So far, all of Cuomo’s offenses are just SAMO business as usual in government bureaucracies run by establishment politicians, especially legacy politicians like Mario’s Son. It’s why he was able to conjure a hospital to nursing home COVID-19 patient and dying resident pipeline and then go on his kid brother’s show for an hour every weeknight and trade anecdotes and juvenile snaps and then attempt to fiendishly court a manipulate a 25-year-old woman into having sex inside his statehouse quarters as thousands were still getting infected and dying from the coronavirus.

Then there was all those machinations to maintain Cuomo’s leadership mystique that was build up by corporate news and late night comedy talk show host enabling. Cuomo’s moll Melissa de Rosa and her accomplices had to prefabricate the nursing home data results that tallied another 9,000 coronavirus casualties so Cuomo’s Health Dept. quack Dr. Zucker can release an independent study that put the onus of the blame on the nursing home staffers and the relatives of the residents, even though the nursing homes were the first thing the Governor quarantined to keep out visitors weeks before he ordered to whole state to lock down. This collusion and conspiracy also gave Cuomo the opportunity and the material to work on his best selling book.

With Trump defeated and the decrepit Biden victorious, Andrew the Governor was in total control and emboldened that a trusted establishment ally became chief executive. It didn’t take long for rumors to surface about Biden considering to install Cuomo in the Attorney General’s race. But that story got cockblocked when Lindsay Boyland’s first strike against the LuvGuv in a twitter thread about the culture of intimidation and toxic environment working for and with him for a few years.

Lindsey’s tweet was reported and virtually forgotten along with those silly U.S.A.G. rumors, but it was enough to garner interest in Cuomo’s nursing home scandal again, especially after a  month of Cuomo was micromanaging the vaccine rollout by limiting access to them along with making an abominable online application process making it virtually impossible for the elderly to get inoculated, it was almost like he was inadvertently trying to kill people in a similar way as his March 25th edict did. All of sudden, AG Letitia James released her report demanding an independent investigation into nursing home data, which compelled Dr. Zucker to finally release the actual and suspected body count of over 15,000 people, which is the equivalent of five 9/11s.

In the last few weeks, a tsunami of elected officials who didn’t say a thing about Cuomo’s coverup of the nursing home data has flooded the ether in New York with calls for his resignation, joining the choir of early hardliners who were demanding his removal right after his moll Melissa de Rosa spilled the beans to a select few Democrat officials in the vain hope that the fact that Cuomo didn’t want to let Trump investigate his sanctioned massacre and interfere with the narrative for the book he was starting at the time while cockblocking his sweet million dollar publisher contract.

Also in the room when de Rosa was trying to whitewash Cuomo’s malfeasance was Assemblyman Ron Kim of Flushing, Queens, whose uncle was one of the recently verified 15,000 casualties of Cuomo’s nursing home and housing care edict. Mr. Kim has been a thorn on the governor’s throughout the pandemic and knew there were machinations behind the executive order and was one of the first to condemn Cuomo’s abuse of his emergency powers. After AG Letitia James shocked the state by coming out with an independent investigation in the nursing home data following Cuomo’s quack Health Department commish Zucker’s sudden discovery of the long suspected body count, Kim instantly demanded for Cuomo to be reprimanded and removed from office. This led Andrew to call Kim’s house late in the evening to menace him about what honor is and then threatened to destroy him.

After that desperate and to this day final act of despotic intimidation, the deluge of sexual harassment charges started by Lindsey Boylan followed by 6 more women came flooding in, so did the sudden demands of elected officials left and right come down demanding Cuomo’s resignation and impeachment as well as the obligatory articles documenting his rise and fall from America’s Governor in the age of COVID to the broken tyrant he has become.

“I never touched anyone inappropriately”

                                                                                       Governor Andrew Cuomo

“It’s not a lie if you believe it”

                                                                   Joseph Goebbels  George Costanza

Andrew the Governor, like Bartleby the Scriviner, steadfastly remains in the governor’s seat in the Albany State House and occupies the governor’s mansion while continuing to deny the severity of his flirtations and deflecting blame of his decisions that unnecessarily killed thousands to the former President as well as on the residents next of kin and the Lord Almighty. While he, like every other American under investigation and in captivity, has the right to due process and is not the least intimidated by the solidarity calls for his self-abolishing by his political peers in the Democrat Party. Which makes sense considering that they didn’t think his resignation or impeachment was warranted at the time AG James made his coverup of the nursing home deaths an official criminal case. And as for the media’s belated 180 degree turnaround in their coverage of the Governor, it’s obviously more for clicks and hearts and ad space revenues than it is for justice for his collective victims in the nursing homes and the Albany statehouse and governor’s mansion. Which shows the rise of shameless expediency in corporate news media and politics is as bad as Cuomo’s scandals.

Regardless of these latecomers, it’s still good to see more piling on the Governor’s toxic megalomania, current pariah status and his legacy of tyrannical brutality, political crony patronage and perpetual incompetence running and ruining the state of New York for 2 and 3/4 terms and ultimately his manufactured charlatan ruse of being the default master alpha dog of the COVID-19 pandemic. While the Governor desired to have attractive women as aides to do secretarial duties, his bureaucratic team led  Magnificent Melissa de Rosa and her associates acted as Cuomo’s Variants,  hammering his orders via proxy to his underlings, advisors and elected officials, which were used in manic effect when they were prefabricating the nursing home death totals. This culture of intimidation was also apparent in the rushing of the opening of the Mario Cuomo Bridge despite infrastructure hazards so he can drive an old museum car over it.

But it isn’t like he sadistically did all those horrible things because of the power he held and wielded especially during the pandemic; he did it out of love. During his emmy-winning daily biriefings (and on his COVID mountain poster), Cuomo would sign off by stating that love wins. But in retrospect, the way Cuomo conducted himself and consciously diminished and undermine his staffers, aides and even high officials while making unwanted advances, it was more based on a philosophy that fear wins. While Ron Kim was shooting signal flares about apparent malfeasance in nursing homes following the death of his uncle while no one was paying attention, I saw this fear manifested when I got immediately blocked by a comedian who became famous for parodying Cuomo’s briefings when I suggested to do mimicries of his gaslighting statements as suspicions were starting to mount about his nursing home policy decisions that exacerbated the deaths of elderly residents. It really showed how far Cuomo’s frightening aura can reach people.

Or it might not end at all, despite the solidarity outrage. Because even after AG James report and the viral news and his menacing phone call to Assemblyman Kim, he was still allowed to enter the White House by President Joe Biden to have a sit-down meeting about the pandemic recovery with governors from other states. The most glaring thing of all that is Cuomo is still the leader of the National Governors Associated and has not been asked to step down from that position either.

Image

This is probably why Cuomo will not relent or even repent, because apparently the pandemic has made him too essential because of all the praise and accolades from corporate news and his former elected allies. Plus he’s still considered Democrat Party Establishment Heirarchy. And who knows what dirt the LuvGuv has on Biden.

Another thing that’s surely giving Cuomo confidence to hold on to his elected position is that he is still quite popular. He even still polls higher than the wretchedly opportunistic Mayor de Blasio who finally mustered to courage to say the word resign and has designs of primarying him for the seat in 2022. And his base on social media is very vast, these Cuomo variants (christened as #CuoAnon by stalwart Assembly Woman Yuh-Line Niou) have been relentlessly attacking Ms. Boylan and the other 6 (and counting) women, trying to cast a narrative of doubts about the timing of their accusations, never mind the confirmed fact that Cuomo hid the real data of dead people to manufacture consent of his farce leadership that is now under federal investigation.

This is another thing why Cuomo continues to repeat his claim about never being inappropriate with women around him, because he thought his lechery was playful, telling a reporter to “eat the whole sausage” and mansplaining to another how she “does a disservice to women” it’s amazing that he kisses his mother with that mouth.   Also even after he recently incriminated himself with his ME-a Culpa press conference where he feigned fraught emotions and remorse. But his infinite refrain of lies about the nursing home deaths coverup of which he still hasn’t apologized for are still being overlooked; lies to protect his inherently evil decisions to ensure his million dollar book deal and protect his nursing home and hospital executive and hedge fund donors.

As of this writing,it has been 354 since Governor Cuomo signed the law mandating nursing homes to accept #COVID19 patients and 347 days since he gave them immunity. And even though he rescinded the edict of mandating nursing homes to take COVID patients last May, a similar edict implemented in April mandated that group homes for people with disabilities had to accept and treat COVID patients and it’s still in effect even after a month of Cuomo’s double scandals. This malfeasance and maltreatment of New York State’s most vulnerable and aged along with the nursing homes and the initial vac rollout brings to mind when Cuomo was going to make cuts to Medicaid in last year’s budget right when the outbreak was about to kill thousands in a matter of hours. Even though it was thankfully not ratified,  it looks like with the majority of elderly and disabled killed by COVID-19, it already fulfilled the neoliberal driven measure of the cuts and recouping all that funding by vanishing them off the state coffers. And because of the immunity, there would be no one to blame but the Lord and Mother Nature.

In his rotten mind and soul, Andrew the Governor is beyond reproach and above the laws, even if his villainous exploitation of the pandemic is going to put him in the history books with other disgraced officials and even dictators from around the world for their autocratic decision leading to mass deaths. But he still there, opening up vaccination sites and having press conferences like everything is still new normal in the new leadership crisis of his own doing. No matter how many more prominent Democrats come out (and it looks like all of them did) Cuomo is not going to resign because he thinks he alone can make New York recover from the pandemic. He will continue to deny all charges of sexual abuse. Verbal and physical. There truly is no bigger ego in the universe.

As with the vaccines, we all are going to have to exercise a lot more patience for Cuomo’s latest American Crisis to come to truly fitting end.

Update:

President Biden gives Cuomo a pass. Making him the only and most important elected official and Establishment Democrat not to call for his resignation.

Governor Cuomo Confirms He Doesn’t Care

NY Post

“Who cares [if they] died in the hospital, died in a nursing home? They died.”

That’s how Gov. Cuomo callously responded Friday to the damning state attorney general’s report that revealed his administration downplayed the total number of nursing home residents killed by COVID-19.

During his first remarks on the spiraling controversy, Cuomo said, “If you look at New York state, we have a lower percentage of deaths in nursing homes than other states.”

“A third of all deaths in this nation are from nursing homes,” he said.

“New York state, we’re only about 28 percent — only — but we’re below the national average in number of deaths in nursing homes.”

“But who cares — 33 [percent], 29 [percent] — died in the hospital, died in a nursing home? They died.”

Well, now it’s out. It had to take an investigation from New York’s Attorney General Letitia James (who he endorsed to win) about his lethal edicts and internecine obfuscations and obstructions of the state’s nursing home fatalities data to finally come out with this callous take from Mario’s son Governor Cuomo. Fatalities which he also callously conflated with his own father’s demise, which happened by natural causes while he wasn’t in a nursing home, especially a nursing home that was given immunity from responsibility of the care of residents and patients.

But don’t be mistaken, Cuomo’s dismissive response about being accountable for his negligence is not out of character for a guy who once remarked when 73 people died from COVID19 back in May that because less people were dying of the contagion at the time that it was actually good news because of the absurd reality we’re all living in.

Looks like the covid chickens are coming home to roost now and this grotesque admission is just Cuomo basically saying that, eh, I’ve had a good ride with all the worldwide adulation, celebrity friends, a best selling book prematurely touting his leadership, a made up Emmy award, and fawning coverage from corporate news networks. Too bad this is going to put a massive crimp on his attempt to keep his job for another four years or maybe one more if AG James investigation finds more heinous discoveries behind Cuomo and his three pips Derosa, Muncia and his DOH patsy Zucker’s machinations that led to all those preventable deaths of senior citizens forced to suffocate and die alone.

It’s been an entire year since COVID landed in Washington. Followed by it’s two month predatory spread across the nation and ravaging New York, leading to over 30,000 citizens dead and now confirmed over 12,000 (and counting) senior citizens dead and Cuomo is still shameless and hubristic about it all. The governor is clearly more concerned about the brand he made for himself that he feels his decisions were acts of God.

“Everyone did the best they could” Governor Cuomo “humbly” said coming clean on the real total of nursing home deaths. “Everyone” meaning the Royal Everyone.

Governor Cuomo’s Lethal Ill-Logistics

Declaration of damnation in Thomas Jefferson’s hometown; Monticello, New York.

New Normal, New York

Where does one begin to discuss the current global pandemic induced phenomenon and cult of personality that is the governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo? Since he locked down the state back in mid-March as coronavirus cases grew by thousands and thousands and thousands, Mario’s son had become the chosen one; elder statesman of all things COVID-19 and the default rebuttal warrior against Donald Trump’s consistent, insistently brazen and meta-comical errors of the novel disease and how to fight it. (Bleach and sun anyone?)

Like the spiky red-pockmarked handball looking pathogen, Andrew has become quite the pop culture icon himself with his daily afternoon government issue polo shirt press briefings on the outbreak. It’s become as much national institution as the Price is Right used to be at 12 p.m. every day as snippets of his videos and images have gone viral; thoroughly giving his constituents and viewers across the country and the globe essential information about the contagion’s spread and the status of his state. His briefings have managed to even produce a spin off show via Fredo’s Chris Cuomo’s prime time “news” hour program on CNN. It’s quite a big ratings grabber despite the huge ass conflict this comes with as his kid brother “interviews” him about his brah governing the response and recovery while gushing about him in dreams and blatantly egging him to run for President.

About that. Because of all this attention, social media had dubbed and trended Andrew as #PresidentCuomo and corporate news grabbed onto to that to fill their webpages and hyperlinks with blanket speculation and suggestions about the COVID19 superstar to run for the white house too. Not to mention dozens of articles proclaiming how the suddenly hunky Cuomo is the boyfriend of America, but that’s just icky and gross so I’ll end it there.

Since this is supposed to be a devastatingly serious column,(note the header photo) but all that shit had to be prefaced to illustrate and elaborate how the goddamn Governor Cuomo does not deserve all these adulation and accolades or should still have a job right now regarding the consequences of his inaction and very suspect actions to stem the spread of the novel virus in his state besides lamely ostracizing people to wear masks.

As the days counted down to the cruelest April of our lifetime and humankind, Cuomo continued his daily briefings as a salve to his constituents and a reassurance to the nation following them as an alternative to Trump’s alternative facts.

Immediately at the start of the month the plague really came in. Yet here was the resilient and virile leader on the dais every afternoon in front of the camera, an exhibition of transparency reading out the morbid death tolls while quite oddly talking about flattening the curves as casualties started to mount. Yet the veneration levied to him by social and news media continued to shower on him…

…until he weaponized that veneration and adulation to shield himself

Flashback

Prior to his new found fame, Andrew Cuomo and his superego went to work on getting New York prepared for the outbreak. While he did order to close the schools and businesses deemed non-essential suspended until due notice, he waited almost a whole week to actually shut down the entire state. Because when Mayor Big Slow de Blasio wisely stole the San Francisco’s mayor’s idea to shelter in place 2 weeks after she instituted it, Cuomo blew that off for another 3 days so he can announce his own S.I.P. decree with the PAUSE initiative. So Cuomo didn’t want to shut down the state for the sole reason that HE had to name it. Which meant that state taxpayer time had to be used as the pathogen commuted through the five boroughs and upstate to come up with a FUCKING ACRONYM first to name it. That’s probably why it took 3 days, coming up with words to line up real clever initially is a rather tedious process.

When Governor Cuomo was queried about how the hospitals would handle the prospective (then inevitable and realized) meteoric rise of cases considering the insufficient amount of beds available due to dozens of hospitals going under in the past decade (two big examples being the St. Johns Hospital which is only an 8 minute bike ride from Elmhurst Hospital, which later became the epicenter of COVID-19 and the Peninsula Hospital in Rockaway Beach, abandoned and razed for “affordable housing”)  the governor reassured his state and the media gaggle that we had bountiful supplies and ample beds to handle the infected. Then New York and FEMA worked together to assemble triage hospitals across the five boroughs including a US Navy ship President Trump sent with much fanfare; But the nagging question is what will happen to the  nursing homes across the five boroughs and if the residents contract the virus; mostly the elderly, the most susceptible to perish from the insidious and tormenting virus.

Governor Cuomo did acknowledge that and showed valid reasoning by describing a scenario of COVID-19 and it’s effects on the elderly people as a fire going through dry grass. The problem is that days before Andrew made this frank observation, he and this guy he appointed to run the State Department of Health named Dr. Howard Zucker concocted a mandatory order for nursing homes and adult care centers to take in COVID-19 positive cases. But to make this edict sound more soothing and universally sentimental, Cuomo decided to name this executive order after his mother and Matilda’s law was enacted.ImageWhen April began on the weekend, about over 2,000 people died from the novel virus yet oddly the reported death counts from nursing homes were surprisingly low but it wouldn’t take long for the fire to grow into an inferno and spread through these privately managed hospice care centers like lava through soil.

A nursing home in East New York got hit with the virus so fast that the management there stored 10 dead people in a room on the fourth floor of the building and tried to keep the corpses cool by running the A.C. and left the windows open to prevent the stench of death from seeping out. In Cobble hill, 55 patients and residents died, leading to bodies being forklifted into big rig trailer trucks in broad daylight as hundreds of workers got infected. A nursing home in Flushing that was trying to cover up the body count while haphazardly trying to obscure the dying and dead enraged a man so much he threatened to kill everyone there. It got so extreme for one woman that she planned a late evening breakout to get her father out of poorly managed adult care center in Elmhurst.

As the amount of death in New York continued to mount, nursing home residents were dying by dozens yet the state’s tallying of the deceased amounted was suspiciously under-counted as deaths continued to pile by the hundreds as more New Yorkers got ill and tested positive for COVID-19. Hospitals were overwhelmed, especially the ones in lower area median income areas where most of the essential workers lived where COVID-19 attacked the hardest and fastest.

When pressed about these enormous discrepancy accounts of the dying and dead on his corona talk show and after nearly a month of his streaming videos of  updates plus all the information about COVID19 and his bureaucracy’s tenative response, suddenly the Governor blew a brain fart and claimed he didn’t know about the mandatory edict he signed that sent positive cases to nursing homes which he cloaked with the wholesome law named after his mom. Then his flunky Zucker weaselly demurred and feigned he hadn’t a clue either.

“I DON’T KNOW”

Cuomo’s obtuseness is striking considering that it wasn’t long ago that he gave himself   (with the help of an exasperated anemic Democrat partisan assembly and senate) expanse emergency executive powers which gave him the absolute power to sign Matilda’s Law in the first place. Even more striking is that the Covid King Of New York boasted that he alone was the government in a radio interview eight years before the novel virus manifested on this planet.

This is actually uncharacteristic of Matilda’s son, because like most comic book and movie villains he’s very intelligent, always cunning plus manipulative and ruthless and very cognitive and astute about the use of leverage and narrative. Who else would conjure up shit like shutting the government down to kill the bail reform laws, which would not have spared the health dept either. He also was toying with cutting 2 billion dollars of medicaid funding to the city and 400 million dollars from hospitals as the first COVID-19 fatalities were reported. Unfortunately, the senate and assembly meekly agreed to cutting 300 million from hospitals instead and decided to give Cuomo sole authority on budgeting. To compound these austerity cuts, they cut even deeper since Andy decided not to legalize pot and tax the obscenely wealthy again. Another strange thing The Luv Guv did was attempt to reject 6.7 billion dollars of federal grant money sent by Trump’s treasury to fund Medicaid as the outbreak engulfed NYC and state.

Surely with an ego the size of Niagara Falls wouldn’t effect the governor’s mindset that  much, especially since he’s been acting like a condescending know it all every afternoon on T.V.. But most of the press were speechless and allowed him to continue to feign ignorance, thus enabling and brightening his star power. But unbeknownst to Matilda’s son’s fans was that Gov. Cuomo was weaponizing his newfound fame to wield dickheaded power moves with his newfound divine authority the assembly gave him weeks earlier. What can be expected from a man who runs the state when he sent PPE’s to a NYCHA buildings and sent only four industrial size bottles of Andrew’s Prison Purell instead of individual bottles to each tenant, forcing  tenant leaders to distribute hand sanitizer door to door into bottles and plastic bags that the tenants had to come up. Some tenants reportedly cupped their hands to receive a personal amount. This was done despite the CDC recommendation to keep six feet apart from each other.

A few days later during one of his afternoon polo shirt chats, Matilda’s son appeared to stop giving a shit too after he got reminded of his edict and proclaimed that the nursing homes and other adult care centers had no choice to admit the infected from hospitals. To truly illustrate his decree, news reports surfaced that as COVID patients were being transferred to the nursing homes, piles of bodybags were delivered to them at the same time. Which would wind up immediately used in days or even hours. They also described these macarbe deliveries in the manifest as a PPE delivery! And the body bag deliveries continued until they were filled up with covid casualties every week as the state continued to avoid counting them.

Meanwhile as hospitals were reporting hundreds of people dying daily, residents at nursing homes continued to perish from the novel virus, but hiding the evidence of them was getting more taxing and even amateurish. At the Riverdale nursing home in the Bronx, it turned out 100 more residents died than what was initially reported. A nursing home in Washington Heights where 95 residents died from COVID-19 got so morbid that they put up tarp to cover the gate, vainly trying to hide trailers storing dead bodies inside. In a nursing home in Forest Hills, medication records were “doctored” and staffers were advised to write that the residents refused the medication that they never received.

The Cobble Hill home also exposed the narrative myths spewed by Cuomo and his health department bragging claims of their plentiful shipments to hospitals and adult care centers when a staffer told the hospice administrator that he had to conserve the PPE supply. But that fact was already exposed when nurses at a hospital told the whole world of government’s stinginess by donning garbage bags while Cuomo initially boasted of hospitals now debunked bountiful supply. The day when Matilda’s Son had to be accountable for his E.O. he pulled off a deflection that resembled Trump but with even less class by basically telling them to fuck off.. And also exempting himself from blame for the deaths from his executive order by reciting almost word for word what President said about the federal emergency stockpile when it came to getting PPE’s to nursing homes to New York by claiming it wasn’t his job to provide them either, even thought Cuomo’s New York runs a few senior homes. And even cheaply made expedient the federal PPE disbursement that caused this. He also conveniently blamed the nursing homes he saddled with caring for the contracted patients and vulnerable residents for not being able to handle the situation Andrew dealt them with as he wondered aloud why didn’t they transfer them to other homes and tripled down blamed the nursing homes for the data inaccuracies of the dead.

This was the most brazen attempt at absolute absolution probably ever made regarding the hundreds of preventable deaths in homes in the five boroughs. Even though the homes didn’t have PPEs or COVID tests available to prevent and prepare to defend against the virus, just like the city and state hospitals, nursing homes were desperately lacking the PPE’s and tests to protect the clients and themselves, which led to a high absence of workers. Cuomo’s executive order descriptively banned relatives to see their Mother and fathers and other kin as well. deftly obfuscate these heinous statistics and exacerbate their needless deaths. Not to mention the fact that coronavirus tests were scarce in the city and infirm people have no immediate or easy access to them.

Because of the state rules about keeping relatives from visiting to stem contagion, this extended to how staffers handled concerned phone calls from relatives as they kept their calls brief or kept them on hold as they inquired if the resident got tested, got contracted or died from coronavirus. People continued to wait in despair until Cuomo was forced to sign an executive order mandating all next of kin must be informed in 24 hours thanks to a law President Trump enacted (of all fucking people). Cuomo knew damn well that the elderly were most the most susceptible to die. Covid-19 was the accelrant that burned through dry grass, then Cuomo can be accused of involuntary (or voluntary) arson. The ban on visitors to prevent contagion was easy to exploit by these homes because no visitors equals no witnesses.

But when it came time to challenge President Trump with taking in patients for the USS Comfort and the Javits Center, Cuomo punted and rejected the pleas of nursing homes who told his health dept. that they couldn’t handle the crushing inflow of COVID patients like in cobble hill where over 50 people died as hundreds of workers got infected. Another big mystery was that there were 10 other temporary hospitals set up to take in COVID-19 patients in case the initial projections of people infected would manifest, yet the city and state didn’t bother to open them.

https://impunitycity.files.wordpress.com/2020/08/7f7ca-triage.png

Sure in retrospect it turned out the city didn’t need them (and wasted millions of tax dollars to build them to boot) but if there was no edict to force nursing homes to accept covid patients, these MASH units would have came in handy. Even if they wouldn’t have filled all those beds, but they probably would have came in handy being that a way to stem the spread is by distancing.

Another caveat of the mandate was that the homes weren’t to allow the relatives to visit their residents. for the reason to prevent the virus to spread. But from who to whom? If there were tests, the visitors would have took them as would the residents (who would have been sent to the hospitals or isolated) But apparently that regulation somehow included withholding information from the relatives of clients.

Also, because of the continuing difficulties in getting tests to the state (and getting access to them) Who knows if any of the convicts released from Rikers had COVID-19 and in the mad rush to stop the spread on the island’s prisons, the city sent those patients to nursing homes and shared rooms with the residents. As if the facilities staff getting infected wasn’t hazardous enough.

Myriad factors were brazenly on display in the homes as nurses were being trained on the spot because of under staffing, and the infirm laid on their beds like carcasses covered with bed sores. And it’s a bit difficult for a nursing home to transfer a patient they can’t handle when hundreds of other nursing homes are poorly run and maintained also.  It’s a crapshoot catch22.

When suspicions by the corporate local news and public funded media started getting aroused about the body counts in nursing homes, the State DOH commissioner Zucker was frantically trying to get the death stats in a hurry while also trying to semantically separate the deaths occurring in the homes or when they were sent to hospitals. After the alarming amounts were suddenly known, which was about over 1,000 at the time, Cuomo decided to rescind the mandate of the March 25 edict and then he ordered hospitals not to send COVID patients to the homes and then decided to enact fines for mistreatment violations that most of these nursing homes have been getting away with impunity for years/ And it wouldn’t be apropos if he didn’t give an nauseating obtuse defense about it as he remarked about the danger of spreading the disease that was obvious to him before he commanded the homes to take in ill people infected with a novel virus.

And then the covid chickens came home to roost, as suddenly there was more transparency of Gov. Cuomo’s lethal ill-logistics.

Cuomo’s NYS Department Of Health investigators hardly regulated the nursing homes or even went to them as well and when they actually did inspect them they gave them positive grades even when it was found that hundreds of residents died in there. It must have been interesting how the nursing home admins got a head’s up of an inspector’s arrival so they can turn up the A.C. in a room with ten corpses.

The sick thing is that nursing home administrators were telling the state they were willing to send these patients to other homes as Matilda’s son was cynically advising them too but it was all about CHOA (covering his own ass). The elderly weren’t the victims of bad policy fuckups but of the circumstances of nature according to the Luv Guv. But these ill-logistics fly in the face of logic considering that positve Covid patients were already being sent to homes because of the mandate.

Matilda’s son also blamed it on everything and everyone else based on the genesis of the disease to deny everything about his utter lack of preparedness and laizze-faire approach to the outbreak that was about to and did happen in the state he lords over. Sounding more preposterous and hyperbolic than basement dwelling conspiracy nuts by describing the pathogen as getting on a plane and nobody blowing a horn to let him know not to kill his constituents. Which is about as loony as the theory that the novel virus escaped from a lab in Wuhan like it was a Frankenstein monster.

But the real monster was the state mandate that Cuomo signed forcing the homes to take in the infected, which his Department of Health tried to throw into the memory hole.

And it turns out this mandate was a collusive operation by Cuomo’s administration and  a consortium (or a legion) of hospital and nursing home executives, board members and administrators called the GYNHA, the Greater New York Hospital Association which by citing the novel coronavirus, granted immunity protection to doctors, physicians and nurses…and also nursing home executives, board members and administrators. Which stemmed from a $5,000,000 donation from the (GYNHA) a consortium of health and hospice care executives and their lobbyists to the state democratic committee (which Andy is in charge of too) and towards Cuomo’s 2018 reelection campaign. So it looks like Cuomo had to return their little favor by conflating nursing home CEO’s and VP’s and private equity CFO’s with frontline working nurses and doctors by including them too. It’s more like a law mandating impunity against lawsuits.

GYNHA!GnYHA

This immunity, while clearly meant to absolve all those on the frontlines trying to save people ailing and perishing from COVID-19 which was nigh impossible most of the time considering the thousands who died, ultimately wound up acting as immunity and even an impunity law for the higher-ups sitting in their offices and board rooms whose decisions could have probably made a difference in bringing down the body count or exacerbating it.

Also tucked into this mandate was stipulations that freed hospitals and nursing homes from all liability of any malpractice suits because of conditions from the pandemic based on the speculated amount of cases coming in but also conveniently and disturbingly included a cavaet concerning the PPE’s and ventilators that were in short supply which actually happened during the first days of the health crisis, so thehigher-ups of hospice care centers will be immune from any investigation during a disaster which did not need to be set to any standards because of the nature of the contagion’s violent spread.

Then he ordered hospitals not to send COVID patients to the homes and enacted fines for mistreatment violations that most of these nursing homes have been getting away with impunity for years and were protected thanks to Cuomo’s evil incarnate edict and from the incessant lobbying and gladhanding from the private equity firms and LLC’s that own and run them . And it wouldn’t be apropos if he didn’t give an nauseating obtuse defense about it as he remarked about the danger of spreading the disease that was obvious to him before he commanded the homes to take in ill people infected with a novel virus.

It’s logical that Cuomo would want to protect these homes and do obligatory toothless investigations for AG James to gloss over since he gave 850 million to the worst nursing care providers after the consortium donated millions to him and the Democrat Party state 4 years ago, giving them carte blanche to juke the stats of COVID-19 casualties under their watch.

During all this machinating, Governor Cuomo continued his self-aggrandizing daily briefer shows and continued to take COVID-19 mulligans about his grave decisions and deflections of his responsibility of them, continuing to blame the federal letter agencies and the guy in charge of them President Trump. Then Cuomo sunk to blaming God and Mother Nature when he got bored of blaming Donnie over and over again, and at this time King Andrew was starting to grow weary of his daily media outings even after all the fame it brought him, which included the cover of the Rolling Stone (shows how we don’t have real rock stars anymore) as questions about his governing through the pandemic and the issue of his nursing home mandate got more probing as he behaved like a jaded sociopath.

But Cuomo didn’t waver and kept up his plausible deniability defense in the face of them. Because of his emergency powers legislated to him, he was still untouchable and his regal aura let them know it. Cuomo’s remarked about how he did everything he could to save COVID-19 patients that wound up mass killing the elderly and infirm and recited it multiple times that he even challenged for an investigation. To the weakened press corps there of course, only limited to a few questions.

Then he decided to end the daily briefings for good and made sure the last one was literally too brief for any press inquiries. As he proclaimed that the virus was crushed with the same vigor and legitimacy as when Bush announced the mission was accomplished in Iraq after two months in 2003. But he still does the weekly briefings, which he and his administration used to push their narrative as Matilda’s son refused to repent for his fatal executive order and waxed fatalistic and philosophical about the deceased as if it was expected, and heinously dismissing the carnage his decision caused as an inevitability.

Speaking of narrative, it should be dutifully noted that Cuomo hired the services of McKinsey And Company after he passed the April budget with the nursing home impunity law, for the reason Cuomo claimed to offset the misinformation about COVID-19 coming from the Trump Administration and mainly from Trump’s mouth (even though they had their own Covid rock star in Dr. Anthony Fauci, who Andy admires and trusts). In fact, McKinsey has obviously been scripting King Andrew’s Covid briefings since they got to Albany and their presence and expertise possibly came in handy as pressure mounted for bipartisan demands by congressional representatives and New York state assembly members and senators for an independent investigation, Cuomo and his toady Dr. Zucker assembled an investigation of themselves by themselves. Which absolutely absolved all those in charge of  the under-staffed nursing homes and conveniently placed the blame on the essential workers who got infected or were asymptomatic. Everything about this report is CTA (cover their asses) spin to absolve the Governor, Dr. Zucker, the Department of Health and all the suits running the nursing homes, adult care centers and assisted living facilities from all responsibility. Cuomo and his gang couldn’t have not known about the glut of nursing homes in his state that were consistently getting health and safety violations. Particularly since a bulk of these nursing homes are owned and “run” by private equity firms, notorious for being the most mismanaged, uninhabitable and blighted facilities in the nation and are the source for about a 1/5 of the U.S. deaths from coronavirus.

The funny thing is that after this thorough bleaching of the recidivists running these negligent nursing homes and Cuomo’s immunity/impunity law protecting them, is that it was collectively rejected by families of the 6,600 deceased and skeptical journalists and the G-board warriors on social media aggressively demanding better data and answers. About that 6,600 deceased, that was the exact amount of patients that were transferred from hospitals to the nursing homes and it’s surely possible that it could be more than that, because vacancies at New York’s hospice care centers doubled since the pandemic started and Cuomo’s state Health Dept. COVID-19 edict was authorized. That’s about over 13,000 people made expendable by the state, all under the edict and rubric of preventing the spread of the contagion to save lives.

That is some macabre kismet right there, which a man who had to say rescue his father from one of them to remark about Cuomo’s mandate that it was the “dumbest decision by anyone can make if he wanted to kill people”, so you don’t have to be Perry Mason or even Quincy to deduce how this immunity law can be manipulated for nefarious means. (Although Dexter definitely could have seen through this lethal policy).

Cuomo and Dr. Zucker continue to play rope a dope with the news media and legislators over the true data of the nursing home casualties, protected by the emergency laws enacted to battle the novel virus, even in the face of new revelations coming out about their lethal ill-logistics. A report that exposed how gravely ill residents got transferred from nursing homes to two hospitals in Albany were sent there with DNR (do not resuscitate) orders and wound up dying at those facilities, almost a week before Cuomo decided to rescind the March 25 mandate.

All of this resembles a criminal conspiracy by the Cuomo and Zucker and the State DOH along with the owners and executives and the private equity and hedge fund backers from the sanction plausible deniability mandate to shuffle around the still surviving bodies in the nursing homes so the mortality rates and stats get juked to give the appearance that they were being well managed. It was a conscious decision to manipulate and undercount the covid19 death tolls by getting them out of the homes so they would count them again when they arrived and eventually perished at the nearest hospital.

There’s another clue to find suspicion in Cuomo’s condescending briefings whenever he justifies his lethal decision and ill-logistics, and that is the state budget, which was 6 billion in the red. Instead of raising taxes on the ultra-wealthiest New Yorkers and legalizing pot to get some back in the state’s coffers, the deaths of over 13,000 speculated deaths of elderly and infirm people probably saved a bundle of funding from the Medicare Cuomo was planning on cutting from the last budget. Another reason why Cuomo’s health dept. desired to play musical chairs with the nursing home beds from the hospital transfers was to get more federal money from a tweak to Medicare laws to offer financial aid for nursing homes to take in new patients. Homes that took in COVID-19 patients were paid four times as much to house than the residents that were already residing in and depended on them to live. So it wasn’t just the donor cash that inspired the March 25 edict, April fool’s day immunity law enactment and neoliberal ill-intent management scheme, but the filthy lucre they would re-accrue and gain from the losses of these lives and downsizing of the essential workforce. And since Cuomo’s state has to pick up half the tab of Medicaid, those costs would surely go down immensely if tens of thousands of recipients just drop dead in a span of a month. This falls directly in line with Cuomo’s department of Health and his flunky Dr. Zucker’s early weaponization of #COVID19 and pandemic guidelines when they ordered EMT’s to refuse resuscitating patients without a pulse. An EMT was quoted that all the patients she was picking up were being sent to die at the hospitals where she was taking them too.

Despite this mountain of expose’s growing day by day, Cuomo vehemently refuses to admit the mistakes he made that led to the confirmed 6,600 deaths in his state and (also the over 30,000 total from his delays to shut the state down). Instead the Luv Guv responds with building a mountain of his own. Which he mightily unveiled with his staffers and displayed for the press that he continues to treat like a bunch of five-year-olds.

This mountain would wind up as a model for a bespoke old-timey poster he would release a few weeks later that would document his metaphorical and dementedly tone-deaf take on how the coronavirus ravished the state he governs and how the curve flattened. With stupid little images, his own banal quotes and platitudes and little inside jokes for the groupie viewers of his daily briefings.

As usual with Cuomo and with his criminally incompetent(and just plain criminal) response to the pandemic, his massive ego and  does a poor job covering up the actual facts and leaves this document of self-aggrandizement open to easy analysis and re-interpretation. And the one obvious thing that stands out are the absence of the March 25th edict forcing nursing homes to take in COVID patients, the follow up Matilda’s Law shielding them from witnesses by banning relatives of the residents and the immunity law protecting hospice care centers from regulations and investigations of wrong doing, artfully depicted as little scrolls of paper with an feather pen and an inkwell beside it. And if Cuomo’s depiction of his bullshit mountain is suppose to be a symbol of victory showing the curve flattening from the peak, it more accurately resembles a mass grave from hiding thousands of bodies buried in a short period of time, say like about 50 days.

Another thing about the poster is the rendition of Cuomo and his team on the bottom, who are not socially distanced nor wearing masks for some reason.

Andrew in a ironic attempt at modesty labels himself as 56 and in an hilarious display of defensive insouciance, labels his DOH toady Zucker as “Dr. Knows Best”. The one to Andy’s left is Robert Muerica, who is employed as the state’s budget director but is more like Cuomo’s yes and hatchet man and the impeccably and flatteringly drawn lady to his right is his secretary and top aide “Magnificent” Melissa de Rosa.

Emperor Cuomo’s regaling of Secretary de Rosa is not without merit, because she’s actually the biggest player in Cuomo’s administration that is not himself. Besides being a reliable women’s empowerment figure for Cuomo to site, Magnificent Melissa is an empowering figure in her own right. Cuomo’s branding of her makes her sound like a ladies champion wrestler too, and her status plus her motivation makes it self-evident, plus she seems like a very scary person too. And her traits and influence are manifest in the obfuscation and management and profiteering of the COVID-19 nursing home crisis. Because Magnificent Melissa de Rosa has 3 relatives that are lobbyists for GYNHA and their firm donated 40 large to Matilda’s Son re-election campaign themselves and she was having sit-downs with all the higher-ups as the outbreak was raging across the state and while COVID19 patients were being sent back and forth on the nursing home and hospital pipeline to manipulate the statistics while under the optics of aiding the frontline workers with PPE’s, of which they didn’t get until it was too late when the curve sloped down the mountain.

Cuomo, Dr Knows Best Zucker, Magnificent Melissa and all the pandemic profiteers keep moving the goalposts and plausibly denying their culpability and their complicity for getting away with their systemic human being lawnmower care system. But since Cuomo is basically the King of New York now thanks to the pandemic he should beef up his staff to continue his narrative and brand. Now I know that’s what he hired McKinsey and Co. for but Andy should reconsider contracting a mutli-million dollar agency and employ a man named Kenneth Turnage, a city planner from the East Bay enclave of Antioch in Califoria who would be very capable of messaging Cuomo’s edict without mincing words and who’s currently available after being fired from the board for writing a very harsh manifesto to deal with the elderly (and the homeless) while coronavirus ravaged the state on the facebook.

Right off the bat, Kenny describes the effects on the most vulnerable humans bedridden in nursing homes as a fire that burns the old trees, brush and weeds; which is more hauntingly graphic than Cuomo’s own depiction as a fire through dry grass. While Cuomo’s analogy is more benign, they both conflate old people as kindle that needs to be eradicated.

“…the World has been introduced to a new phrase Herd Immunity which is a good one. In my opinion we need to adapt a Herd Mentality. A herd gathers it ranks, it allows the sick, the old, the injured to meet its natural course in nature.”

Funny, because what that vulture proffered to his social media brood is practically the blue print of Cuomo’s edict and the subsequent Immunity/Impunity Law for hospice care suits, because they herded all the positive covid-19 patients into the homes and care centers and God and Mother Nature took over.  Really, if there is a deputy position under Commish Zucker, Kenny would seamlessly fit in. To his credit, Cuomo isn’t that crass and abominable. But like Kenny, Cuomo thinks of his constituents as products and statistics, which reflects his hiring of McKinsey to manage his narrative and brand as a leader in the fight against Covid.

There’s more. Kenny goes on by justifying how expendable the aged and destitute are by extolling that there will be less Social Security cash to dole out and significantly bring down health expenses. The latter which falls in line with Cuomo’s obsession to cut Medicaid and funding for hospitals and the zeal and sneakiness how they were transporting them in the hospital/nursing home pipeline and the legislation and ratification that enabled all of it. Then Turnage mused how the novel virus would rid the burden of the still growing homeless population on the streets as well and if they and the aged were to gathered in a herd the quicker the virus will work to get society back on it’s feet faster and resources will be more plentiful and there will be less work for the nursing homes and hospitals to do. And in the homes case, that would be easy with more vacancies in them. Ironically, if there is another outbreak come autumn and winter, with the tens of thousands of new vacancies in nursing homes there is more room for another meteoric rise in COVID19 cases and the all the fed money and profits will roll right in for the nursing home execs and their private equity and hedge fund owners. And it’s not like the state or city are building any new hospitals, because they fucking aren’t and don’t plan too.

As Governor/Emperor Cuomo continues to belittle the press and officials for questioning his policies, management, machinating and tactics while gaslighting his adoring fans and partisan Democrat believers, and as his toady Dr Knows Obfuscation Zucker hides behind the emergency edicts he concocted, and as the press is limited by social distancing guidelines preventing them from getting closer to them, the toxic narrative of Cuomo’s COVID-19 defense and his lethal ill-logistics will proceed without interference and consequence. As Cuomo will continue to lord New York and weaponize the pandemic for himself and the sith lords of the hospice care industrial complex like a omniscient and dominant dark force until a vaccine for the novel virus is finally released.

Hopefully, a day will come when the walls close in on Cuomo the way they closed in on the victims of the genocide his policies caused. But as long as COVID19 still remains in the ether, the force of Cuomo’s power and celebrity will remain and get bigger.

For now, New York will remain not only under the existential threat of the insidious virus, but also under the grasp and force of Governor Cuomo next decisive acts.
